They were very responsive and had my custom tires in just a few days. The shop was immaculate and modern. Both service technicians were polite and very knowledgeable. The tire change and alignment took less then an hour! Highly recommend this place!

Im going to try really, really hard not to write a novel about this place, but Carson City Tire is, simply, filled with some great people.I went through these guys three (technically four) times for some wheels on my 2019 Nissan Maxima, and was treated with care, respect, and kindness each time.Long story short, ordered some wheels, with the intent of getting a new wheel and tire package. Carson City Tire found three out of the four that were out of round. Yes, 3/4 of the wheels I ordered werent made right.I went through multiple rounds of Carson City Tire checking wheels with a level of scrutiny Ive never seen at a tire shop. This took multiple appointments, many of which ended within minutes because they found bad product. At no point did they lose patience, get upset, tell me to stop wasting my time, or just said to hell with it and mounted the wheels just to get rid of me. They checked the product every single time the company sent out replacements to make sure my car wouldnt vibrate.Carson City Tire is filled with good people who care about their work and making sure the customer gets the best result. At any time they could have said we arent doing this anymore but they didnt. They stuck with me to earn my business.

Came over on a Sat. Afternoon on a chance they could solve a new tire issue.They were pretty busy but the manager worked my rim test and mount balance into the schedule. Problem solved, but more importantly, now instead of going to the big chain tire places ( who sometimes promise more than they can deliver) and getting it half fixed( like my damaged rim that the big chain tire place failed to notice and mounted a new tire on) it gets done right the first time. I recently broke down and bought some high end steel belted radial Michelin tires, and have been amazed at the enhanced handling and MPG with those tires. My aging 2003 Corolla has a new life! Excellent place for buying and installing tires/wheels. If you really do your homework, you will find they are quite competitive with any on-line or large tire shop. Even more so, these guys have been doing tires, brakes, suspension and alignments for years. I trust this shop when it comes to properly (and carefully) mounting tires on expensive wheels. They are unbeatable with their road force balancing! Cant get that from the big stores, or on-line.
