Spring did an amazing job on my manicure and pedicure. Her attention to detail did not go unnoticed! My natural nails are all evenly shaped and were all appropriately prepped prior to doing the dip. Will definitely be going back!!

This place was amazing and so warm welcoming! I was looking for a nail salon to get my acrylics done last minute on a late Sunday afternoon. They welcomed me in as a walk on and seated me within 20 minutes. The lady that did my nails was so sweet and so professional! She is the only one I will go to now! Amazing place!

I requested a difficult design and I think they turned out great!

The workers were nice but the nail job was not 1st when she glued the top of the fake nail to my nail she used way too much glue so i had glue like all over my fingers. I asked for a stiletto & she gave me a coffin so i said again that i wanted stiletto but she gave me a mix of oval & almond, for the polish some of the coats were uneven so they were different colors and on my middle finger it had a bunch of bubbles on it, on my ring finger which was 2 lines a above the cuticle & she messed them up which would be ok if she just redid it but she didnt. then after that she charged me 70 bucks plus tip it was 90. I would have added a picture but i already took them off.

Today I went to get a pedicure with my boyfriend and was told it was a 45-60 minute wait. Which was fine, after 1 hour and 10 minutes we were told to pick our pedicure seats and we did so we could atleast soak for a bit but No one ever came over to greet us or start our soak. We just sat there for another 20 minutes as others passed by. It would have been nice to atleast be acknowledged for the wait, we wouldnt have mind. Even in the process of us getting up to leave, no one acknowledged us! Poor customer service, wont be going back.

This was my first time coming to BeBe Nails and I will definitely be back. Belinda did my pedicure today. She was very kind and gentle. She did not rush and made sure everything looked great. I got French tip and Im very happy with my experience there. They allowed my mom, sister, and I to bring in our own wine. The place itself is absolutely beautiful inside. Very clean environment. I cant wait to come back. I definitely will have Belinda do my pedicure again. She made me one happy customer today 😌

First time I ever went there last week with my daughter I got a manicure and a pedicure my daughter got a manicure the place is absolutely amazing my nails are gorgeous nail techs were professional I’ll definitely be back again! Reasonable pricing

I love Bebe nails, every time I walk in I’m welcomed with such lovey receptionists. Those girls work hard! The techs are so sweet and do such an amazing job on all the other clients. Sometimes the waits can get a bit long, but I feel as if it’s because they do such an amazing job people will wait to get the best of the best. Can I also mention how good it smells in there?! This salon is the best salon I’ve ever been to. The staff is so nice and they do exactly what you ask. They don’t try to sell you anything you don’t want. The salon is very clean and pretty inside. I love the environment and overall appearance. I have had Kelly several times and she is fantastic. I highly recommend this salon!

Twice I went and had nails break within a week, the first time was so bad that I was injured n had to wait a few weeks for new nail growth, I thought maybe it was the tech so I requested a different one this last time. I went in on Monday of last week and while opening a new jar of basil my middle finger snapped off, went back but was going to have to wait over an hour so I went back today after yet another nail snapped.. they charged me saying I broke them... Kelli is the best tech there and is very sweet but she’s always booked I’m guessing because of her quality work.. very nice environment and everyone is very friendly I just don’t appreciate paying 60 one week and having to go back weekly for repairs that they’ll charge you for... I’ve been getting my nails done for years and nothing has changed in my routine and I’ve never had this problem..

Definitely overpriced unless you get just a basic manicure I imagine. Quick service but overall just okay. Thought Id give this place a try to stay in town but I wont be going back. Nails were thick at the base and bumpy. My nail tech barely even spoke to me and that made it kinda awkward. The shape is decent and no crooked nails so Ill give it 2 stars.

Worst gel manicure and pedicure EVER!!! Do not go to this place. It’s unfortunate because it’s a beautiful salon with substandard nail technicians. I had to constantly ask the tech to “fix” my polish. It was a waste of time and money. My mani and pedi looked two weeks old on day two. Just terrible. 😔

I found this place to be clean, bright and relaxing. I got in right away with no wait time. Belinda was very professional and friendly. Everyone wore mask. My nails look great. I got gel powder dip polish on my own natural nails. No added length or anything else special. It was done quickly and professionally. I haven’t had my nails done in months. I did not give it 5 stars because I thought that $48 was kind of pricey for gel dip powder nails. Maybe that is the going price but I don’t remember paying that much before. After tip it was over $50 for them. So other than the price it was a good experience.

They are so thorough on the pedicures and the scents available are awesome. The gel polish job was so nice and perfect.

I went over a month ago and had a fill done and my entire experience was awful. Overall the nail tech was super rough with my hands and had a very bad attitude. When I went to check out the lady messed up the check and accidentally used someone’s else and didn’t tell me until she put my card in and charged my account. I tried to give them a second chance the other day. I called to make sure they were accepting walk ins and asked the wait time for me and my friend to get fills and she said 20-25 mins. My friend and I went in and the girl at the desk told us to sign our names and put our numbers down and we can leave and they’ll call us when it’s our turn. She said it would just be another 20-25 minutes so we left and sat in the parking lot. It ended up being over an hour after talking to her and so I called back and the lady on the phone was very rude. I asked if they still had us wrote down and how much longer it would be. She proceeded to stay on the phone and tell/ask one of the nail techs “these two girls who didn’t answer the phone and didn’t come in want to know when we’d have time for them”. Then she got on the phone and said it would be another 20-25 min because they were busy, and I said “I’m sorry I never received a phone call before and okay”. She then said “well we’re busy” and hung up the phone. Never got a call after that, and never will go back.

By far the BEST nail salon. I had been searching for years to find my “home” nail salon and this one exceeds all expectations! They know me by name, very personable, and they do an EXCELLENT job each and every time! I’ll forever be a customer!

I wish the service menu was more clear on the timing of services. Had I known the signature pedicure was only a 10 minute pedicure and 10 minutes of nail painting I would’ve gone somewhere else. My feet still have plenty of dead skin, she didn’t push my cuticles back enough and the massage was nothing more than just rubbing lotion into my skin. Being in my third trimester of pregnancy with swollen and achy feet I was really looking forward to this. I’m a cosmetologist that did nails for 6 years so maybe my standards are higher than the ordinary client. It was very warm and uncomfortable in the salon. Receptionist offered others a beverage and I was hoping she’d ask me as well but she didn’t. It’s a beautiful, clean salon and I’ll give a star just for that.

Since recently moving to the area and after searching and searching to find a nail salon that does my nails well and treats me with kindness, i have found just that!! Kelly did my nails and not only was she gentle and so nice, i left loving my nails! Everyone there was so genuine and you could tell they love doing nails and love their job which is always a plus. This is my new favorite nail place in the area and i would 100% recommend this place to anyone.

This is my second time getting my nails done there. First time was good i was the first one at the door and served. Lady at table 1 was very nice, but second time they were super packed even though i put my name down and came back when told. Still waited, nail tech apologized many times. When i was up for a pedi, oh just unprofessional. Guy took the girl who name was after me and also served her right after he was done with nail and did her pedi (no she did not have an appt). I feel like it was out of owner hands due to she was busy. But there was one guy who was available after his service but threw up his hands and walked away to back. I rate it this low because of the guys performance, if a person is there before another and they did not have an appt why am i last. Why am i waiting 20 mins for a pedi (total 1hr)? If a person name is on list for a service you go in order not just look at the ppl sitting there and choose who you want. Very rude! Like i said first time was very nice.

Very overpriced and definitely not fully disclosing on their prices. Literally charged for rounding a new full set of very natural length nails, was not advised of the price even before asking if I wanted to pay the extra charge. On their list it says starts at $30 but charging someone $50 is almost double. Then after asking was told that’s the way it is. No discount for making mistake no sorry. Just looking out for themselves and wanting to charge way more then needed so they can put more chandeliers in their business. !!!!!! Wouldn’t go there if life depended on it !!!!!

I love it here.. very beautiful inside. Be was fantastic she has done a great job on my nails a couple times now, even got me to try the dip. The pedicure was so nice especially since it’s had been a few months since I had received one😬. Will definitely be back. A little pricey from what I remember pre covid, but you do get what you pay for and they do a great job. Everyone is very friendly and accommodating.

The salon has a very calm atmosphere. Each time Ive gotten a manicure it has turned out fantastic! Very friendly staff.

Bebe nails is a great place to get your nails done, they always do a great job BUT I think they take on too many customers at the same time. They tell you its a 20 minute wait and you and 6 other customers are waiting for over an hour with your toes in cold water.....I think they need more workers or appointment only

My mom is going blind and we did a mother daughter day. The guy my mom got for her pedicure was rude, and mean to her. She asked him about her one toe nail and he rolled his eyes and said she was fine. Not the service I would expect at all. Sad to see that he would treat an older disabled person the way he did. I dont know how to respond to your comment, but I will try here 1 more time and hope its better

The lady that did my hands did a horrible job she’s an older lady with a nose piercing was really rough on my hands and there was like bubbles all in my finger nail polish and she was in a big hurry never going there again 💯🗣 and had a couple nails break off and I didn’t even have them for a week just disappointed 💯

Charged $55 for acrylic nails with gel color the worker didn’t want to make me nails the shape and length I wanted because shirt square “was better”. They ended up too thick, lifting only a week after and two fingers the nails are crooked. Will never return.

Love this place! i’ve been to a lot of different salons and bebe’s is by far my favorite. everyone is so kind and accommodating, the area is clean and the overall atmosphere is welcoming. kelly did my nails today and did a lovely job and always made sure i liked what she was doing. i would highly recommend coming here if you haven’t already!

Cindy has been my nail professional for many years! She is always professional, friendly and her talents to get my nails perfect is amazing! I highly recommend her! CINDY earns 5 stars…the salon does not.Today:I was just in as a walk in and asked to see my Superstar Nail lady, Cindy!!!!Sadly the receptionist (shorter, young and blonde young lady) did not ask me what service I needed, didn’t offer to get my color, discuss the price difference between regular and gel polish or even offer me the color rings to look at while I waited.I at first gave the receptionist grace but watched the interactions within the salon. She was quick to greet people and offered assistance and stopped at each station to offer a beverage and a bit of small talk to the customers but never once did she stop at Cindy’s station to follow up, offer to get my color or offer me a beverage (and today with as hot as it was in the salon, I would have gladly accepted!) as she did EVERY other station and pedi chair in the salon.I don’t know what is going on behind the scenes and I really don’t care because I am a paying customer who spends a lot of money with my private cash tip to Cindy with each visit! Cindy is a professional and takes me care of my every mani and pedi need but the customer service by the receptionist should be to EVERY customer not just select people or stations.This is hugely disappointing and honestly, if it weren’t for Cindy being my Superstar Nail tech, I would not return to BeBe. I will also not be recommending the salon to others.
