Wonderful coaches, great atmosphere, welcoming environment. I highly recommend anyone to come in for their free trial class.

The food was really good and so were the drinks 10/10 would recommend the fish tacos

Im not a member, but my husband is. He goes several times a week and really enjoys it. The place is very new, so all the equipment is in good shape (still smells like fresh rubber) and the trainers all seem to very much enjoy the clients. There is a good vibe there (the few times Ive stopped in to cheer him on during big events). Also, plenty of parking.

Absolutely amazing! I dropped in for a week while I was in town and highly recommend this gym/box to others. The staff is fantastic, friendly + great coaching, the members are very welcoming, and the equipment is top-notch.

Cool gym. Has everything a CrossFit gym should have to get a great workout. Great people, atmosphere and equipment. I like the kids area, most gyms don’t offer that luxury.

Dropped in for two classes over the holidays and had a blast. Coaches/owner was great and extremely helpful and proactive. Definitely will be coming back this spring.

I dropped in to break up a long drive (my usual awesome gym is CrossFit Shockoe Bottom in Richmond, VA) and everybody was welcoming and wonderful. I got some helpful squat tips from Steve, who is a great coach!

Great gym, awesome coaches! I have learned a lot here and I have been doing crossfit for years, I am really enjoying the expertise of the coaches at this box!
