Working with AIRTECH has been nothing but spectacular. This company is extremely customer focused and you truly feel like they value your time and business. Their customer service is so incredible that I will no longer work with any other heating/cooling company.Our relationship with the AIRTECH started in November 2015 when my wife and I were across country for Thanksgiving vacation. The person watching our house called to say the furnace was not working. After a quick search online I found AIRTECH, called, and scheduled a visit. Juan (the technician) was extremely flexible and accommodating. The problem was fixed the same day we called. Via text message, he kept us informed of the issue, cost to fix, sent us pictures of the furnace working after the repairs had been conducted, and we were able to make our payment over the phone. Super easy.Fast forward 6 months and our old furnace was acting up again (completely separate issues from what happened in November). I called Juan directly at 0730 to schedule a visit and he picked up the phone immediately. No need to go through some “big-business” corporate scheduler. After meeting with Juan to discuss the options later that day he provided three different quotes for our review. We ended up getting a new, 96% efficient, tri-zone furnace. Needless to say, WE LOVE IT. Prior to getting this new furnace and system the house always had different temperatures between the floors/rooms.
