My experience at Aspen Dental has been positive and every visit I am made to feel welcomed with genuine care. Being greeted by the attendants at the front desk as I walk in, to the personal interactions with Dr. Divya herself and the dental assistants. I received quality care and any questions I had were answered.

My elderly fathers partial plate broke. He needed it repaired so he could chew his food. I called aspen dental and they were able to see him the next day. They were able to repair his denture in their lab on the premises in an hour. He is very pleased with the results. It fits comfortably. They were able to give him a couple of discounts making the cost of the repair very reasonable. The staff were also very nice and accommodating.

Great staff, super clean location, and very accommodating for anyone without dental insurance. This place is worth the experience... I heard more laughter and cheer than that terrible high pitched drilling noise we all fear. I enjoyed this place so much I might even let them rip out a few wisdom teeth.🦷

I am new in town and was looking for a dentist for my primary care. I only wanted a cleaning and to meet with them. There were no issues. They accepted my appointment and performed all of the annual x-rays that my insurance covered. Upon completion of the x-rays, I was informed that they do not have a regular hygienist on site and I would need to make another appointment or go to another facility who did. That was disappointing since my only reason for making the appointment was for routine teeth cleaning. They could have made me aware of this prior to my initial visit. I will now have to take off work again for a second and possibly third appointment. Definitely could have communicated better.

Unprofessional and thiefs. My sister came in to have your wisdom teeth removed. They told her it would be $2500. We paid the full amount and than they scheduled the surgery a month later. On the day the surgery they told us we have to pay an extra $500 because some specialist noticed something extra.If we had known the actual cost at the start we could have shopped around. I dont see why we have to pay extra for their mistake. They knew she was in pain and took advantage of the situation. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE OR YOUR GOING TO GET ROBBED TOO!!!!

Today I saw Jolie for a deep cleaning and it was a very good experience, she was very professional, explained every step and its purpose. She made sure I was well informed as to what I should do when I got home and in the future. Keri at the front desk was also very helpful in making sure I understood all.my options for payment and that I got the appointments I needed to fit my schedule, as I work nights it can be difficult to get an appointment and get sleep for work so thats much appreciated. Overall the experience was a great one

I had some concerns at first about going to a chain dental practice, but I was pleasantly surprised as the staff was very courteous, the technology was all new and state-of-the-art and every procedure was explained to me in detail. ive been close to a dozen times now and the staff has been great. im impressed by the amount of new technology they have.

Had a few teeth bothering me for several days. Trying to stay committed to quarantine in support of our daughters who are in the medical field and in support of all employees out there assisting others. I realized I had to be seen. I went on line scheduled an appointment at the Amherst NH office. It was for 9:00 AM the following morning. I arrived on time, checked in from the parking lot as requested from staff. Not even 30 seconds after checking in I was welcomed with a great smile, professional approach and was made to feel very comfortable. Not too long after in the building a lovely young lady called me into the X-Ray room. She was very professional, quick and caring around my needs. She brought me into a room which was distant from other rooms. You could tell they were strategically placing patients. She prepped me for the dentist. Dentist was a very nice woman, professional, kind and caring. The dentist is never a place I want to be never the less during this epidemic we are fighting. With that said I had the most pleasant visit I have ever had on this day. I have in the past had extremely poor experiences. Great Staff working on Thursday March 26th.. Kudos to those individuals working.

This location was so helpful and nice. It was an extremely better experience than the previous location I was going to. The entire staff was so nice and helpful. Christina at reception was so sweet, so helpful and made me feel so comfortable with what was going on. I was so happy to be her first! I am a nurse so it is difficult to schedule an appointment when my shift change often. I called because I felt I had a tooth that was bothering me. Unfortunately, because I was honest that I had tested positive for covid-19 8 weeks ago , and have tested negative since , they refuse to see me. so if youve ever had covid-19,I suggest you get paperwork in order or go see somebody else. It would have been nice if this have been mentioned to me and I could have contacted Health occupation for my results.I personally consider this discrimination, since there were multiple patients waiting in the waiting room with no masks on.I was looking for a new dentist, it will not be Aspen Dental

My father went in to get 1 tooth pulled, they pulled a fine tooth next to it because they had to. It took 3 hours, they broke his jaw, it bled for a week, and now his jaw wont line up... Unbelievable!

Do yourself a favor and find a good local non-chain dentist. These guys will try to suck ever penny out of you. They wanted to charge me $2000 for a deep cleaning/scaling. Went a couple miles down the road and had it done for $700 and the employees were much more friendly. They also charged me $750 for 2 extractions that took the dentist less then 15 minutes to extract. Get a second opinion people. You will thank yourself later.

Recently moved to the area and had my initial visit at Aspen Dental in Amherst. The staff was outgoing and knowledgeable. I highly recommend them and will be using Aspen for all of my family’s dental needs.

Never have I experienced a health professional who exhibited such a low standard of care and professionalism. Dr. Reddy refused to repair a damaged tooth until I agreed to pay for an additional $1500 worth cleaning and other services. Even though I was in pain, she refused to do anything to remedy the condition, even temporarily, regardless of the fact that she herself admitted it would be a simple filling if done right away. Her primary motivation was clearly to milk every penny out of me she could. The funny thing is, had she been able to work with me and tackle one problem at a time, she could have made thousands on me in the coming years.Clearly, whatever institution she got her education from did not include bedside manners in their coursework. The entire time she was with me, she made me feel horrible for not having had enough money to keep up with necessary dental work over the past few years. She also went out of her way to intimidate me to with the issues that need to be addressed with my teeth, clearly with the intent of scaring me into paying whatever they tell me I need to pay.Overall my experience felt like falling victim to a telephone scammer calling about my virus infected computer, only they added the lovely experience of getting my gums stabbed a bunch of times.Do yourself a favor and avoid this practice.

Great staff. I had made and appointment for my boyfriend and I had to take his slot, and they were so friendly and helpful.

I was sent to two other locations after their inexperienced dentist was unable to perform a root canal. He was unable to numb my mouth and I felt everything. Instead he numbed parts of my face making it so I was unable to blink. The pain and the panic setting in from being unable to close my eyes for an hour made me beg for them to stop and they sent me to the Nashua location which I had to drive myself to. They did not contact Nashua so when I arrived they couldn’t even see me. I was then sent to Manchester where an actual experienced dentist was able to do the root canal with no problem at all. I went back to this location to tell them what happened and they promised me the charges would be removed because of my experience. Over a year later and I am still getting letters demanding payment and the office manager is extremely unhelpful when I call trying to correct it and their front desk is horrendous. Now it’s hitting my credit report and they are saying it’s out of their hands. This is the worst business I have ever dealt with in my entire life. Would give them negative stars if I could. I tell everybody I can to avoid this location and recommend anyone reading this do the same before they get screwed over with an experience like mine or by one of their money grabbing “programs” forcing you to pay for work you don’t need just to charge you more money

My experiences with Aspen Dental has been fantastic. My appointments are on time and every staff member has been professional and friendly. They explain everything they are doing and make sure you are comfortable and have no pain. I have a clear and concise treatment plan and know exactly what is covered by my insurance and what I am expected to pay out of pocket. I will recommend this office to anyone who is looking for an awesome place to get dental treatments.

I can say that our experience locally was the worst we have ever had any dental practice. They promised to do dental surgery for our mentally disabled adult daughter only if we would pay FULLY in advance. They ended up charging her almost double the initial payment (that was supposed to cover it fully) after surgery. Then they said they would not accept a payment plan for us to pay on behalf of our daughter (since she has no income) - And this is one of the key services included in their national advertising! So they will go after our daughter for non-payment but they will be denied by SSI. Dont go to Amherst NH Aspen Dental!

While the people are nice, my teeth are never fully clean when I leave, they are currently trying to sell me something or upsize the situation. They always take us late. I desperately wish our insurance covered somewhere else.

BEWARE - predatory business practices at work here! Came here to get a standard set of x-rays, exam and cleaning done. After the x-rays and exam were done, the (very rude) office manager dropped a $4,000+ bill on the desk in front of me outlining a bunch of major work to be done, including some periodontal stuff. I told the (very rude) office manager, Ill wait until my private dental insurance resets in January to have the periodontal work done -- I just want the cleaning done now. The office manager (did I mention how rude she was?) said, No dice. We cant do the cleaning because the Medicare insurance wont cover it unless the periodontal work is done. What a bunch of B.S. Not only WOULD the Medicare insurance cover the cleaning, I went to another Aspen Dental office in Manchester to have the cleaning done -- and had no problem! Furthermore, I went back to my previous dentist to have him evaluate all the $4k worth of other charges. He informed me that NONE of this work was necessary. Bottom line: if you have unlimited resources and like to get fleeced by your DDS, this is the place to go. Otherwise: avoid, avoid, avoid!

I called to get information about services and the Office Manager, Kaylin, was not only super nice and helpful but very knowledgeable about treatment plans. She patiently explained packages and procedures to me and many options available. Going to the dentist can be very nerve-wrecking and she helped to comfort me and calm my worries. I really appreciated her patience and professionalism.

One of my teeth broke during the Covid 19 pandemic. They took me in right away, and, I am scheduled for a root canal. I am very grateful that they were there for me, especially during this time.

Always Friendly and professional! One secretary/receptionist in particular (Felicia) goes out of her way to help patients (such as myself) who bombard her with a barrage of questions every time I go! She is knowledgeable in her job duties and really brings a sense of well being and confidence to me, knowing that she is the one taking care of my chart and making my next appointments. She is thorough in explaining the various financial aspects and patient responsibilities to me and has never made me feel belittled for asking yet another question! Felicia is a great asset to your company and a wonderful role model for the new people coming on board with Aspen Dental.

Everyone was more than welcoming and truly made me feel comfortable for my first visit. There was minimal wait time and even when you were waiting they reassured you that someone was coming. They answered all my questions and were personable. Truly a heartwarming group of people who seem to love where they work.

The facility appeared clean and well staffed. As is the case anywhere these days the first questions are about financing.There is much technical apparatus on site. And many people in lab coats well coached in human resource techniques.I have yet to have any actual procedures after two appointments. ? Third time is the charm ?

Very unpleasant experience on many different levels. First,They quoted me 115$ for a tooth extraction but charged me 313$ for it. They later told me that the first quote have been an estimate if Id read the fine print. All this time whenever I was calling them, I had to listen to their ad about how they provide peace of mind by giving their customer a quote that eliminates all the surprises. This was just adding insult to injury.Second and Beside the billing process which was a disaster, I was not also satisfied with my experience with the extraction itself. Ive had all of my wisdom teeth removed by surgery (all of them obstructed: hidden beneath the gum) with normal local anesthetic. Recovery for one them took one month but surgery itself was never been an issue. This time I fainted at the end of the extraction and I was nauseous for some time afterwards. After throwing up for 10 minutes I was able to muster the remains of my energy to drive back home. To be fair, I think this could have happened anywhere and might not be the surgeons fault, nevertheless my experience at this office have been very unpleasant from every point of view.If youre choosing this place for financial reasons, as I did, do yourself a favor and go to one of the dental schools near you. You wont be saving any money here or any other Aspen Dental with or without your discount plan.

As always, a good friendly experience. Went in for the deep cleaning, everything went great. Had an appointment 2 weeks before for a crown, they put a temporary one in. After my cleaning they put in the permanent crown, I was in and out no problems. Dr Kumar was very gentle and I didn’t feel rushed. The whole process was fast and easy! I have no complaints and will continue coming back for my regular checkups and other work I need done! Thanks a lot to everyone at the office for being so friendly and helpful, especially the front desk girls! Very friendly and explained everything very well! 👍🏼

I have to say Ive always been afraid of the dentist since I was a child. I went in for my first visit and they did full X-rays and went over everything with me. They are all so nice and explained everything to me so I know what to expect on my next visits. Im actually looking forward to going now. Ive NEVER said that before!

Excellent staff, I have extreme anxiety about going to the dentist. Had horrible experiences Growing up with going to the dentist. Very caring people here I really like the dentist that works here. She makes me feel at ease. Im scheduled for oral surgery coming up soon and knowing they will take good care of me has eased my anxiety. Also they are very up front with costs so I have no surprises. I would recommend Aspen dental to everyone!

For a long time I felt self conscious of my smile as I had major crowding on my lower teeth. After my Invisalign treatment at Aspen I can know smile with confidence! I could not believe the low cost for Invisalign compared to other places I have got quotes from! Thank you Aspen Dental Amherst for my smile back!

It was my husbands visit, it was painful, the dentist and assistant were extremely condescending. My husband was in severe pain from a cracked tooth and nerve exposure, they did not treat it, due to the fact that it was Saturday and our insurance company couldnt be reached to confirm cost coverage. He was given 2 prescriptions and told he needed all these treatments before they would fill a cavity or do the root canal. Only AFTER the gum treatments and at least 5 visits would she treat the cracked tooth and the other 2 cavities. Then she said she would want to extract the 3 teeth. All this leading up to trying to sell him dentures. In NO way is my husband in need of dentures. The 2 cavities are in his back teeth. If all that wasent bad enough, the receptionist called this morning, stating that all the treatments would amount to over 14,000$, and we needed to pay the balance that the insurance doesnt cover before hand, she was rude, and again condescending, like we couldnt possibly understand what our insurance covers. Im extremely educated on our coverage which is actually outstanding as far as dental insurance goes, we have a very good plan. We will be covering our co-pay and going somewhere else.

This place runs a scam and nothing like their advertisements. My wife and I went here with insurance and theyre all setup not to take care of your teeth but to try to make you get a scaling which woulda cost me over 1k. They refused to clean my teeth. That cost was just for myself and no other dentist has ever said I needed this procedure.

You better check what they are doing and charging you for. They like to add services on without asking you first. They also like to change appointments then act like that was your appointment all along. Basically they are untrustworthy.Update - this is my yelp review I just postedThese people are so pathetic. First, between emailing calling and texting me to remind me of my appointment it must have been 10-12 times. Come on, that is very excessive. The Aspen Dental in Amherst is such a good dentistry!! I go as well as my children and everyone there is so friendly so helpful!! The doctor is so calm and gental, its not like my childhood experiences at all. The upfront staff is also fantastic with explaining prices and appointments and how my insurance works. Just all around great team!

Went in for my first cleaning at the Amherst office and was very happy with the experience. Have used Aspen Dental before at other locations and wasnt necessarily thrilled. This office was very different. Everyone Ive worked with so far from the dentist to the office staff has been wonderful. Christina you did a wonderful job with my cleaning! I had an appointment today to get an estimate for my wisdom teeth extraction. Had a great experience with the doctor and assistants, except for the front desk! To begin with, the dentist told me that I could schedule my surgery at another location if I wanted to do it before the end of the month (which is the only day the surgeon is at this location) so that’s what I told the front desk, the girl kept arguing with me that it was not possible until I asked her to check with the doctor again and then she came back with a yes. So the doctor was right and her information was wrong! Then, the girl gave me an estimate saying my insurance would cover only 20% of the cost, when I know my insurance covers 80% . I thought it was way too high and called my insurance to verify, and they gave me a completely different price. So I called the office back to let them know that there was a misunderstanding, and the same girl was absolutely rude to me again saying that if I don’t like the price I should go somewhere else. And that’s what I’m doing, there is no point in having good doctors working somewhere if the customer service for the front desk is far from decent! Never recommending this place to anybody.

Last week I had to schedule an appointment at the last minute, and they took me. Tracy was quite helpful. Today I came back for some work. Ping was great. It was a busy day, and there was bit of a wait. That is the only reason I give four and not five stars.

Staff was rude, facility was not clean, staff appeared unmotivated and not wanting to be there. Saw the MD who examined me and told me I needed to see an endodontist, 8 fillings and extensive work, spoke about two other patients in front of me whispering behind me to staff sent me to the office manager to bill me for the work they anticipated doing. Left their and got a second opinion...turned out I only needed ONE crown and a cleaning my mouth is in good health. Would NEVER return or refer anyone to Aspen Dental.

This place is well organized, the staff is knowledgable, courteous, and made things as easy and convenient for me as possible. You can beat the price. The Doctor I saw was super nice too. I am very pleased with my care, treatment and the estimated costs. It was an eye opener for me. Very good experience!!!

This is a sales driven dental facility. When your bills mysteriously add a $200 toothbrush you know that their main goal is just to take advantage of people.While getting my initial consultation, they stated I was on the cusp of needing a deeper cleaning, but could go either way. Upon seeing my statement, they did add the more expensive one. I asked to go with the regular cleaning, then had to wait for the hygentist. We recommend the deeper cleaning, but its up to you. I advised I wanted to go with the regular cleaning and they refused. So I guess her bonus for upselling is more important than my dental health. Most of the additional work they wanted to do was failing work from a different Aspen from a few years back. They also state they will take children but do not have the proper equipment to take X-rays! Then advised to get them done at another dentist... So Im not sure what part of this experience was positive. My kid got a cleaning... Other than that a learning experience. Aspen is the worst.

My experience with Aspen Dental was amazing. I have a limited budget at the moment, and they are very up front about what things are going to cost and how much your insurance will cover for each part of every upcoming appointment. Taking x-rays was easy even though I am notorious for gagging when they put the bitewings in my mouth. The woman who helped me actually knew my husband, and that was very fun as well! Overall, I had a 10/10 experience. :)

Worst customer service ever! After my initial visit I called to make a change to my treatment plan scheduled for the next week. The receptionist was completely uncooperative and wouldnt listen to what I was asking but only offered to cancel my appointment and refund my deposit. She was so uncooperative and rude that I said Okay...do that then. I feel that they dont care what you want or need. They are just going to try and get as much money as they can out of you and your concerns are not at all important to them.

I did not enjoy my experience at Aspen Dental.First of all, my appointment was scheduled for 11:15, and I was not called in to see anyone until 11:35. The technician who did my X-rays cut my mouth two times while putting the plastic bite plates into my my mouth. I actually cried because it hurt so much! Then, when I finally was brought to a room, I waited another 30 minutes to see the actual doctor. She only spoke to me for 7 minutes. The staff at reception all seeemd overtired and not at all happy with ether jobs. No smiles. No going out of their way to be cordial. Pretty depressing, actually. I will not be returning for care, only to get my X-rays.

The hygienist that i had called me James in the waiting room...didnt talk to me very much and was rinsing my mouth and when she loomed away she sprayed my chin and neck with the water. I love Aspen dental but this hygienist i found to be lacking good manners and common sense.

Hygienist was rude, felt like entire staff was annoyed to be there. We have had nothing but issues with them and our insurance, constantly getting false estimates with much higher bills. appointments always run 20-30 minutes behind scheduled time even if you arrive 15 min early as they recommend. Doctor visits for barely a minute during checkup, doesnt talk to you at all, only to hygienist. During dental work i.e. fillings, did not let numbing fully occur before drilling, and when alerted that I was in pain, injected with more anesthetic but resumed drilling almost immediately, not even allowing anesthetic to take effect. Easily worst dental experience I have ever had.

Poor Communication!I called in to schedule an appointment for an emergency tooth removal and after driving almost two hours to get here, the receptionist informed me that this was a New Patient visit and the issue would not be taken care of today.With that being said, I was VERY clear on what I needed taken care of when scheduling the appointment and this was NOT it!I do not recommend this establishment, very poor communication and the receptionist was not sympathetic in any way, she was even a bit on the rude side.We will be taking our future buisness elsewhere. If I could give this Aspen Dental a negative rating, I would!

IF there were MINUS stars I would put -10. This place is fraudulent with everything they do! They are a scam! If there is something your insurance covers they will try to not tell you its billable to INS and make you pay out of pocket. With a payment plan on balances they STILL send you to collections with one last payment remaining. THEY ARE FRAUD they are Malicious and shady at best. THEY ARE dirty they do not wash hand prior to service. Their waiting room has dark stains on the floor. And it smells like cat pee.. DO NOT GO HERE!!!!

Very friendly and helpful staff. I usually get anxiety going to the dentist, but everyone made me feel very comfortable.

They were understanding and patient with someone who is nervous at the dentist and has neglected my teeth health a bit. Made setting up payment easy and affordable.

The doctors are nice but the girls at the front desk are the rudest people I have ever met. Not only do they lie about the prices they originally tell you, but none of their payment calculations add up. The tall lanky girl in billing is by far the rudest woman I have ever met and her voice is just as annoying. Instead of trying to work with you she fires back like she is a miserable individual. Dr. Lunar was the star during my visit. She calmed my nerves and did a pain free job in pulling the the wisdom tooth. 24 hrs later we have no pain and the bleeding stopped.We appreciate the care Thank you. Steve Ulicny

Dr. Shah is AMAZING! Im terrified of the dentist, and he was very kind, relaxed, and comforting. He wasnt pushy, and just wants the best solution to fit my needs and my budget.The only thing I would like to change is a more caring, personal experience with the intake representative over the phone. I have a bad abscess and they wanted me to go two weeks before going in. I called back and was able to change the appointment, but thats unacceptable. Infections in the mouth can be very dangerous.Overall, I love Aspen in Amherst!
