Awesome tow company came out in 15 20 mins and took really good care of my car getting it to where it needed to go.

Had car towed from my house to dealership, $250. I I thought it was because I drive a Cadillac and they assume you have money. Wish I had looked at these reviews before calling Kinney Towing because they sure have a racket going on. And the only reason I gave them two stars is because they were polite on the phone. Fool me once shame on me...

The owner Bill was extremely condescending, rude, and combative when I tried to ask for more information regarding my vehicle. Constantly spoke over me, and belittled me.My car is now damaged when it did not enter the lot this way.Also refused to wear a mask during this pandemic, going against state mandated regulations.If I could rate this any lower than 1 star I would. This man profits from the misfortune of others.

Disgusting human beings. They have quite a racket with the local PDs. If you can avoid them, youll be doing yourself a favor. If you cant, I feel sorry for you. Zero empathy for anyone. Not their problem.

My truck just shut down in a TD bank drive through . I called the Kinney towing and they came 20 min. Later so greatfulThey tow the truck to the Dodge dealer in Milford.

Over priced red neck operation. Told me it is $75 storage fee for 5 minutes. Bad reputation with reputable local junk yard.“Looses” keys and is typically hard to deal with. Rude and disrespectful to women!! Cash only? Shady place. Probably to avoid paying taxes. Disgusting, heartless, kick people when there down and rob them! God knows.

This place was truly my best experience with a tow company. My vehicle was towed by police and I wasnt able to pick it up for over a week. They really worked with me on the fees. I wouldnt still have my vehicle if they werent so kind. Very professional and kind. My son says thank you too because it is his first car.

You do not get the corporate shoulder, but actual human beings that will talk to you, friendly and helpful, and they do things quick and efficient. I had my RV in for NH inspection June 2020.

If you have a choice - stay away from this towing company. If you dont have a choice and police tow your car using Kinney Towing - prepare to pay through the nose. And not just for towing, for storage too. Seems they have a cozy relationship with local police department. Police keeps your car as long as they legally can - Kinney Towing charges you as much as they can. Everybody happy except for your wallet. So stay away.

My SUV had a rough week and needed to be towed twice. The first time I was with my vehicle, the quote was quick (and it was exactly what I paid in the end) and Dane showed up fast. He provided excellent customer service and definitely went above and beyond. The second time I had a scheduled tow from my home to the mechanic. Once again the quote was exact and they delivered my vehicle on time. I will be using Kinney towing for all my future towing issues.Thanks guys!

I do not post reviews, but this story has been brewing in my heart for a long time. I am a retired, disabled POW, live in France and a few years back went to US to visit my dying friend with whom we served together for the freedom of our great nations. I parked my rental car on a designated disabled parking spot with my Disabled Badge from France clearly visible on the dash, few hours later came back and the car was gone. Called 911 and they told me that my car has been towed for parking violation and is located at KINNEY TOWING AND TRANSPORTATION. I took a cab and went there. For a few towing miles and a few storage days William Kinney wanted over a thousand US dollars in cash. William Kinney capitalized on my situation and came up with that exorbitant fee because I was a helpless, visibly disabled senior, a foreigner with little English and knowing that I would not be able to take any legal actions since I am flying back home in a few days. My car rental was a hostage and William used my situation for his extortion operation, which he was running under the umbrella of PD. What happened to your Great Nation, Americans? Dollars and greed substituted people’s hearts and souls. Is that what we have been fighting for?

If I could give it zero star, I would. While my vehicle was parked at their yard, many things were stolen out of my car including Costco card, sunglasses, charger, a knife, wheel lock for my lug nuts, and my sun hat! Receipt was not provided. Demanded cash only! I suspect they do double-accounting for tax evasion purpose. Would not recommend to anyone.

Worst driver I have ever seen. Completely cut into my lane on an exit ramp, while towing a car, caused me to slam on my breaks or get drivin into a guard rail. Laid on my horn but he could careless. He rather run someone off the road then miss his exit. Driver was a guy with long blonde hair. I caught it all on dash Cam. Video was turned over to the state police.

Safest drivers???? Are you kidding me??? Whomever was driving the flatbed tonight nearly killed my family and me. The truck was turning left off of Witches Spring Road onto South Merrimack Road...DID NOT come to a complete stop...and proceeded to pull out in front of our car, and nearly caused us to crash into the end of the flatbed...as the truck also cut the corner tight. Total JERK move!!!!

Do NOT, I repeat DO NOT use Kinney Towing. My brother had his car towed 2 miles, and they are charging him $375 and will not accept a credit card payment. He has no money until Thursday and the only way he can pay for it is with his card. He has medicine in the car and they will not allow him to get it unless he pays $75, just to go in to the car. The people who own this are the most disgusting and rude people I have ever in my life encountered. Stay FAR AWAY from these slum buckets raking in cash off peoples misfortune.

Terrible company. My friends car broke down, he used Kinney towing to take it 2.5 miles down the road. They wanted over $300 and would only take cash. Who has that kind of cash on them? They took his car and wouldnt let him get his personal belongings from it. The police had to get involved because it is against the law for them to do that. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!

Dane provided great customer service and was speedy and efficient towing my truck back to my house. The price was fair and he was gentle as he could be with my brand new truck. Thanks Kinney Towing!

These people are disgusting! My son broke down yesterday with his 2 year old and 1 year old in the car. They would not tow the car to our mechanic unless he paid $175 in cash (mind you our mechanic is about a mile from where they were). He didnt have the cash, I was 1/2 hour away and said I would pay when I got there, they were unwilling to do that and towed to their shop. We got to their shop BEFORE the car was removed from the truck. The jerk was unloading it and we said we wanted it taken to our shop, he said hes already unloading it. I called their office and was told this driver had somewhere else to go but he had another driver available and would send HIM over (why not send the other drive to the other stop and bring our vehicle to our mechanic? Because they can charge me for TWO Tows!). They had another drive come and pick it up to deliver to my mechanic and $375 in CASH ONLY!

Driver on rt 3 north tonight almost hit 3 cars while speeding past everyone. Almost looks like drunk driving.

These people are rude and have zero manners. After towing my sons car out of parking lot I tried to call and get it out. My sons fault for parking some where he shouldnt have yes and that not my problem. When I then called at around 8pm to get the vehicle the person on the phone was rude and honestly should never answer a phone. Then told me I could pick it up but its $75.00 more if I picked it up that night than the next day for $200.00. Obviously I opted for the next day. After rudely hanging up the phone on me I thought in my head what kind of business is this. The next day my wife and son went to get the vehicle. They noticed the whole front bumper had been scratched underneath and also the license plate holder in front was completely broken. So if you do need your vehicle towed wouldnt recommend them and if the y do tow it check it over before leaving.

I cannot believe these people are still in business. They are thiefs and I couldnt get my car til the next day til I got paid then they said i had to pay 75$ to get medicine that I really needed or i couldnt have it.. thats scum. Have a heart. Oh and the only 5 starts they have and good comments are from family members. Cuz no1 in there right mind would go to pos like them willingly. Scum bags. Wish i could give 0 starts

Worst towing and they are very irresponsible , They towed my car from private parking on 03/08/2018 afternoon and they charged me $281.00 and they make me sign on receipt and at the time when park my car at parking lot everything is good and after i paid the money for tow then i went to pick the car Front tier broken and Rear rim got bend and lower control arm broken , its costing me around $500-$600.00 very bad service
