Having a hard time changing my address because I changed my bank information

Ive been using this post office for 26 years and overall, they have been great. Theyre a small post office, so understand that there will be a wait to send out your packages during the holidays. The employees are friendly and efficient. Our mail carriers have always been a delight. Ive had few problems with my mail being delivered either to and from my home. I can deal with an occasional mistake or oversight; considering the volume that this post office deals with; its understandable. Compared to what you pay for other mail/package carriers, the USPS is still a great value. However, I do wish that they hadnt removed the lobby stamp machine. That made getting stamps so convenient.

I wish they had kept the self-service stamp machine. That made it so much easier and more convenient to get stamps.

Two stars only because our mail carrier is good.I have never had a friendly or positive interaction at the post office itself. Every time I go in to mail anything the front desk is always sour and impolite.Better off going to Newburyport.

Delivered my priority mail package all bent and with a tear through the cardboard envelope on a saturday after the office closed. No notice or apology for the damaged condition as in the past. They just dont care apparently.

Even with everything happening, my order was going to be sent back because I carelessly put in the wrong address. But when I called they said that they could drop off my package at the right address so it doesnt get sent back and I dont have to come down.

Bob went out of his way to help an incorrectly addressed package get to the correct customer. Thanks!

Scheduled a delivery for Saturday when I would be home but they decided to deliver my package on Friday for some reason, package sat at the door while I wasnt home and eventually got stolen. Theyre incompetent government workers.

Wow. I really wish I had better things to say about this place. Ive lived in amesbury for 3 years now and every single experience I have going here is terrible. My mail man is perfectly nice (1 extra start just for him), but going down and trying to mail something? Forget it. Overpriced, unfriendly and completely unhelpful.Today we went to mail our save the dates for our wedding. They wanted $3 a piece parcel mail. The guy who custom made them told me $.70 was standard. So we went to pakmail in newburyport. $.65 each just like he said. Do not let them rip you off.

The worst customer service. Talked to three different people in the matter of three days and all three got angry when I asked if they could tell me where my package is. With one saying not my job to make your package appear. Wish I could give zero stars

They never deliver packages on time and dont leave messages stating that they were there kinda sucks when u need your packages
