One cabinet was damaged in shipping, and she quickly resolved that by ordering the replacement and getting it to me while my contractor was still on site, not moths later. I renovated 5 kitchens and tried 4 other kitchen designers before I found Emilie at Carriagetown Kitchens. Emilie is by far the most enjoyable to work with. She made the process simple and fast which is very appreciated when flipping houses. This kitchen was complex because it was a 240 year-old home, complete with crooked ceilings and floors. Emilie spent over an hour speaking with my contractor to find the most economical way to finish the kitchen nicely. I’m extremely happy with her knowledge, eye for design and understanding of the construction process. The cabinets are excellent, they feel solid and glide smoothly.

They did not do work for me, but were very willing to set me in the right direction. I was looking for repairs and hoped they could provide them (it’s not something they do), but the person who answered was very kind. She asked me to send them an email so she could send a list of contractors over to me, which she did berg quickly. We used Stephanie from Carriagetown Kitchens for a recent gut renovation of our kitchen. Stephanie was great to work with - our space was tricky and she worked hard to incorporate everything we wanted into the kitchen. Any time we had questions or issues she was responsive and calm, consistently providing solutions and working with us to make sure we got the kitchen we wanted. Although Carriagetown only has one cabinet brand, there is enough variety in finishes and cabinets faces that we didnt feel limited by the singular option, and the cabinets are both high quality and very reasonably priced. We are thrilled with the final result and would absolutely recommend Stephanie for future renovations!

We recently had to do a complete kitchen renovation after mold remediation left us with a half-gutted space. Stephanie was wonderful to work with--responsive and professional, and she listened to us so was able to come up with a design that suited us perfectly. Every question we had was answered quickly and knowledgeably. This was the first time we had undertaken such a huge project and were extremely grateful that it was such a good experience. We felt well cared for throughout. And the final product is stunning!

When we first got started she layed out a 3D floor plan of what the cabinets and appliances would like like which was extremely helpful. Hi Emily,We received the delivery of the LeMans II shelving last Thursday and Iinstalled it on Sunday.When the delivery came, I only expected to see the two gas pistons that allow the shelves to retract so, I was surprised to see the complete kit with the two pull-out shelves and all needed replacement hardware!With the help of the on-line video and the accompanying instruction manual, the installation took less than an hour. The hardware and itsdesign is incredibly impressive and weve been very happy with this practical corner storage solution.We are very appreciative of your quick responses and for arranging for such a great resolution to the shelving issue. We used Carriagetown Kitchens for the design and purchase for ourrecent kitchen upgrade. We selected Emilie after an extensive searchfor a designer. We have a unique post and beam structure that is notamenable to serious modification. As a result virtually all otherdesigners wanted us to significantly modify the exterior profile ofthe house to get the cabinet storage and counter tops that wewanted. When we first spoke with Emilie she offered to create a sideby side design with our current front running design. She had greatvisualization software that gave us 3 dimensional views which werevery helpful. Her design and cost break down were significantlycompetitive with the previous designs we had. We then agreed to haveher run her own design to see what she could come up with. Her designwas an immediate favorite. She was able to accommodate the need forcabinets and counter tops without modifying the exterior profile. Thequality and configurations of the cabinets were a big selling factor.Emilie created an extensive and comprehensive design for the finalcabinet purchase. She worked with us to successfully utilize every inch ofavailable space. The final installation instructions were highlightedwith extra notations to emphasize installation requirements. Herattention to detail is remarkable. She came out to the sight severaltimes to facilitate the design and discuss special placements with theprimary contractor. Overall we are exceptionally happy with the effortEmilie contributed and the final product is better than we had hoped.The only negative issue we had was a couple problems withdelivery. There were a few damaged cabinets which delayed thefinishing the final product. However, the cabinets were replaced andwe are happy with the final product
