My experience with Cornerstone may not be the norm, but nonetheless I wish to make it known. The counseling staff I’ve had no issues with, and Dr. Jacobs who was my counselor, is an excellent person to work with. However, Cornerstone failed to communicate to me that my insurance was not covering my virtual sessions. Now, while my insurance is also to blame in my scenario, Cornerstone continued charging me for sessions for 4 months, all on my deductible without my knowledge, and now has left me with a bill of $600. They do offer an option for payment plans, but I wish I had known way way sooner because now I can no longer afford further mental health services.

My teenager had a pretty severe panic attack and needed to get in right away after an ER visit. Warren stayed after everyone else had left and talked with him and they hit it off. So grateful to have a caring counselor to help my son navigate this difficult time. Highly recommend.

We set up an appointment for my son and Dr Santiago forgot about it. While another counselor called him we rescheduled for the following week. He never put us in his calendar nor called us to make sure we were ok as he forgot his own appointment.if you are having a hard time with your teen, he is definitely not reliable.
