The store has a big selection. The staff a friendly and knowledgeable about jewelry. They do a great job with jewelry repairs or customizing a special piece for your lady.

Walked in to the Ames Riddles for a watch pin replacement. Very pleasant and happy to help. Within minutes watch pin was happily replaced. I will return to actually make a purchase. Great inventory.

Riddles is by far the best jewelry store in Ames. The sales women are always warm and inviting and always help me find what I am looking for. The selection of jewelry is unmatched and I love using the Riddle’s app to look at additional jewelry when I don’t have time to pop in store. If I could rate this store 10/5 I would, they are simply unmatched.

Riddles went above and beyond the other stores! They were super easy to work with and got everything done super fast! They also, had a a wide selection of wedding bands. I drove 3 hours and 40 minutes and would do it again (partly because my fiance was working in Des Monies). Words cant expressed how pleased I was with this experience!

They have also created custom pieces for me. Riddle’s and Tracy is always the first place I go for jewelry and I’m never disappointed.

I experienced nothing but incredible service with everyone at the Ames store. I found out just 4 days before the proposal that the ring I had purchased was a size too small. Everyone seemed just as interested and excited for the proposal as I was and made it their mission to help me achieve it. Even though my ring was not a Riddle’s item, they were able to resize the ring for me at a reasonable price and in an urgent manner. I recommend this store to anyone and plan to do all further care and purchases through them!
