Services rendered without any major issues. Periodic schedule issues in the past, minus 1star. Otherwise no qualms.

I have seen Chrystal Reinhardt for a awhile now, and have changed my opinion on her greatly. She is not listening to me when Im telling her I feel unhappy violent and full of rage. We have had the crisis center and the cops come because Im having breakdowns and she shows no emotion. Also, I asked her if she thought I was an attractive person because I dont get the praise I used to and she implied that I was not outwardly pretty and wrecked an already bad bad day. Its pretty mean . I cant stand the one receptionist that works there. She knows she isnt her best and is a mean old bitty. My mom cant even stand her and she loves everyone. Having her work at a health clinic? Really? Forget this place. I wish I could go elsewhere but worry too much about my insurance with all the political garble. But. These people dont care. They just want paychecks.

Ive been going here for treatment for a few months now, and its been wonderful. I have definitely shown improvement in myself and picked up on some very helpful tips and coping skills. This place provides you with a safe space, and warm, caring hearts that genuinely want you to get better no matter what may be going on in your life. The only downside- I do not recommend seeing the psych nurse. Id go to an actual psychiatrist for and medication. Doesnt seem like she listens closely enough to you...

Christel will throw away all previous medical history to enforce her own facts. Refused to continue certain treatments and lied about mediation regulation during visit. DO NO SEE!! Will be discussing her qualifications with my medical provider.

Draconian, useless, unhinged, and a PR nightmare. I had to do a 60 day drug rehab course through this company (It was NOT a choice) because I had a pipe in my car. Their course material is riddle with fallacies, and the staff are very uneducated and inexperienced in the subject, plus they all live in a propaganda-filled fantasy land. I was told I was an addict, I had to admit I was just to pass the class (if I didnt pass the class, I went to jail). I actually had a classmate that got busted for marijuana that she smoked to relieve her pain from her chemotherapy, they told HER she was an addict! My teacher had no experience in drugs/alcohol, he hadnt even had beer before. He was insolent, sabotaging, and hated his job. I cant imagine what the inpatient center is like. This place needs to be shut down. Its places like this that contribute to the drug problem we have in The United States.

Took four hours to get a drug evaluation. I was there at open. There was only one other person in front of me. They then forced me to do one of their in house programs after I pleaded that it would be a hug inconvenience for me. It takes me 40 minutes to get their and they will turn you away if your late no matter what. Worst part is the actual program. Its either a 30 year old DVD for an hour, or some aweful half baked power point that last 30 minutes so then your forced to just sit around for the rest of the hour. When I walk through the doors of this place I can garuntee I am a going to have a bad experience. Also useless and rude support staff.

I agree with the other two reviewers. Many great services at this place, but cannot recommend the psychiatric services. Dr. Dodd is great if you are lucky enough to see him, but the current telepsych, Chrystal, is based in her opinions to the point that she has refused to refill my prescriptions that I have taken for over 5 years. It took me many years to find the right combination that gives me peace of mind and allows me to function like a normal adult. After 5+ years of taking the medicine, she decides to pull me off for faulty reasoning. The study she mentions from 2012, as the reason for throwing away years of finding a working combination, was disproven in February 2016.Even if the telepsych changed, which it does about once a year for various firings, I still cannot reccomend their service. The replacement telepsychs are always just as bad in different ways.I have finally decided to find a different prescriber after going here for 3 years and with 3 different telepsychs. I would strongly suggest looking elsewhere. Barloon is a good start.
