Worked with Martha - most helpful psychotherapy I have had in my life. Helped me increase in my ability to function and succeed in everyday life. Thank you!
Im a student at Iowa State University. I have been directed now two times to Compass for long-term care, once at the beginning of the semester and now again at the end. Signing up on the phone has been decently easy process. Getting a session seems to be the difficult part. At the beginning of the semester, when they supposedly had space, I never received a call back on making an appointment. This was fine, because my issues werent serious and I was just taking preventative steps since I get worse as the semester goes on and the seasons change (surprise). I was discouraged and didnt follow-up when I should have, but I shouldnt have needed to in the first place. Months later, I understand that they may be busy. At least give me a call and tell me that. One of your core values a counseling company is probably to validate your customers feelings, and right now that isnt happening. If its an insurance problem, call or email. If its a space problem, call or email. Leaving your possible clients in the dark when they really need some light is one of the worst things you could do.
I have received care from Maureen for 5 years now and she has been a life saver multiple times. The only con is metered and limited parking.
