Everyone was friendly and helpful about where things were. They also toured me around the warehouse and showed me that they are keeping track of things. Plus I got paid within 3 days of helping them out.

Super helpful parts desk. I have a Minoura phone holder and they went above and beyond to get me the handlebar shim I needed. They took the time to understand the issue and shipped me out a solution. It was old school customer support / service. Thank you.

Purchased a set of tires that said were in stock and a sealant on the website , received the package and found only the sealant. Contacted them via. email multiple times and took days before getting a reply asking me whether I want to wait until June of 2020 in which the tires will be re-stocked.I said no and asked for a full refund and didnt receive a reply for days. Finally I contacted PayPal and opened a dispute, received a full refund a day after.Do not deal with this business. One of the poorest managed businesses I had to deal with. I see why this business has such a low rating.

A very impatient company that only works with you half way.

Worked there for two days job was not a good fit and a better offer came across the table at almost six dollars difference in pay.that was almost a month ago pay day has come and gone but still have not received a check for the work I did did how ever get a new time clock number in the mail this was a week after I left the company.So wonder where your refund is,wonder how well they take care of there customers.Do your research before you buy know where and who the bike is coming from.I guess sales may be down and the need the money more then me why cant they find good help could be the way you treat hte ones you have there now.

Packing was excellent, Needed an specific list of components, not familiar with the new bike I was worried if small parts were missing. Turned out to be complete .

Horrible company, refused to pay me after I quit. If I could give zero stars I would. Theyre a bunch of crooks!
