TMs repaired my Hustler. The carburetor had a problem. They replaced it as well as some other work I requested. A week or so later, it would not start. The next morning, I called to report the problem. I didn’t hear him pull up late that afternoon. My wife heard him and I went out to greet the owner. He had already fixed the problem. This guy is a CROOK! I dropped my 4 wheeler off to get the carb cleaned and get the bike running. When I called to square up and get the bike, I was told the bill was over $800. Without asking, he decided to change out all the brakes. Something I never requested or authorized. When. I confronted him about it, he said what was done was done. In a nutshell, these people are a bunch of crooks. Go there if you want to get ripped off!

From the genuine concern and kindness shown from the first phone call, this is hands down the best customer service that I have ever come in contact with, and Ive lived in several States in my 58 years. I had been abused and bullied so horribly by another automotive shop here in Americus, when the kind lady on the phone began guiding me on my new journey to getting my car fixed, I was so relieved and comforted that I broke out into tears. Look no further this is the place that you want to be.

Very knowledgeable of many type of vehicle repairs. Honest and upfront about what the facts about expensive repairs can get into. Knows that a simple explanation of why something isnt worth repairing if it isnt done correctly and agreed upon that it probably shouldnt be done; or at least there.

Terrible experience quoted 150 then charged 470dollars for unfinished work, treated me like dirt. Guy refuses to fix it after 5 minutes gone to test drive. I even still have wiper hose that they put on as gas hose. Frozen and brittle. They shouldnt be able to do this to good people. Guy refused to even let me see it and before I paid the bill.the first and last time it drove was leaving the lot n I had to get a tow back to him . Try to leave it for an overhaul M paid later when I pick it up guy refused to give me a refund and hold the vehicle until job is Finnish guy even started ignoring me and closed the business down around me. I have never been so disrespected humiliated and mistreated in my life I would never send someone to this guy He is definitely a dangerous person to trust with your safety
