This store is horrible. No one new where anything was located in the store. It told us where to look for the item in the store on the website, but the isle was non existent in the actual store. The workers were awful, too. Then, everywhere I needed to go, they had the isle blocked for those mobile carts they use to move heavy things. I will not be returning to this store any time in the future.

Kee Kee, the team lead was exceptional. She saw that we needed assistance and came right over. Although I do not think this was her usual station she was still well-versed in paint product selection and mixing. I say this because we just relocated here and have been in multiple times a week while our historic home is being renovated and an incredible young man named Leon has become our trusted advisor but he was not in today. She set an exemplary example for her other associates. She treated us kind and cared for our experience all the way to checkout. We complimented her superior customer service and noted that we always have a nice experience in the store. She said that, the reason they do so well is because they value the customers. The only way they are there is due to us. I know that talent like Kee Kee is hard to find in our current workforce. Leaders like her are the reason people travel to Lowes in our town to spend their money. The hope is they keep coming back and patronizing other businesses in our area as well. A great customer experience goes beyond a simple hello, it is treating everyone like they matter and are a reason to show up everyday. Kee Kee should be your model of superior customer service acumen.

Asked 4 employees that were sitting and talking to one another where an item was located and all I got was, we dont sale those anymore. Yet, the website says they do. They werent where the website said because they are moving stuff around in store. For d it on another aisle. I had ordered online and had questions about the product. The customer service representative called for someone to assist and he was so helpful. He took me to the correct isle and selected the items I needed. I will be shopping here again!

Associates always willing to help

I was treated with kindness and courtesy. Everyone that I came near greeted me, and some asked if I was ok. That so important to me. I have several health problems. Compassion goes a long way.

I was waiting on a someone to help me and I was waiting for an hour til someone even ask if I needed help. When he left I waited waited for 30 more minutes til I got help...

Lowes is so much higher in price then Home Depot. If Home Depot wasnt so far I would shop there regularly instead of Lowes.

I had 3 things to find. One I found with mo problem. The others, I was lost. Thats when Miesha stopped what she was doing and offered assistance. She took me right to the mailbox flag. But my last item, she didnt know. She went to the computer to search for it. When another employee walked up, she asked him. Instead of telling me where to go, she walked me down there. She also stopped to answer another customer on the way. Once we got there, Thomas L helped us pick our the right item. KUDOS TO THEM BOTH!

So far I am not impressed, it took them two months to install carpet that they said would be installed in a week, it has a warranty and they called me back and said they were closing out my complaint because they found nothing wrong with installation. I found nothing wrong with installation I didnt say anything about the installation being bad except for it took them two months to install it and that was the contractors. The problem is the Berber carpet every time I vacuum rolls up around my vacuum cleaner brush it has a 5 year warranty and apparently whoever answered the phone doesnt know what the hell Im trying to explain

I have some any DIY projects but Lowes was great, the store wasnt packed. I got what I needed and was in and out in about 20 minutes.

Only one register is open every time I go there. Very slow checking out.

If I could, I would award a ZERO. I just returned from the Americus Lowes store. I am in a particularly vulnerable population segment and am trying to protect myself and others in view of COVID 19. I observed that many of the Lowes employees were not masked and many of those that had masks were wearing them on their chin. One person offered to assist me, and when I asked him to put on his mask,, he simply walked off without a word. The cashier was not masked and refused my request that she don her mask. When I tried to locate a manager, no one could be found. This behavior is certainly not consistent with the message that Lowes continues to disseminate during this time of crisis. But I cant say that Im surprised.

Great prices, just was not to happy about the pressure treated plywood sheets they sold,. Pretty damaged, deep marks on whole sheet.

I love Lowes I could spend hours just looking and wish. Some things are kind of pricey but its Lowes. You got some nice people that will be glad to help and you got some thats there for a check and dont care but thats most places.

Ive been in and out of this store since June 2019. Some was good and some sucked it just depends who is working as well as who is there for just a paycheck. But overall it was ok, the renovationa continue hope to be done within six more months. I need a name tag as much as I stay in Lowes.

The word people were really friendly their Santa Claus was there and his grumpy old elf which is awesome. Limited amount of Christmas trees to pick from in limited very limited ornaments to pick from that I was not pleased what they should always have everything restocked even though its the Chris Box the Christmas holidays.

This is a very well run Lowes with a cheerful staff who is always willing to help. (One note to Lowes Corp: why do you change the layout of the store often? I memorized the places for specific items and now they moved)

Im not sure what a code 50 is, but it is always going off every time I go to the Americus Lowes. No body is ever where they need to be because there is always a meeting that hinders employees from working and answering the phone that never stops ringing. The only time I ever got decent customer service was at 5:55 pm on Easter when they were closing at 6:00 pm, but that was only because they wanted to get me out of there. They should provide that service regardless of the day or time!

Wanted to get a John Deere lawn mower, according to their on line page, they have four of. When I get there the only ones there are Troy Built & Husvarnas. According to a helper in the store, I aint never seen no green mowers here! Oh well,, at least they did get my My Lowes Card working properly this time on a few small items I purchased. May have to go to another Lowes for my JD mower.

Employees are great and knowledgeable. The associates are very friendly. But as far as management, the same cannot be said. The managers are rude and very short and unfair to the subordinate employees. Just as a customer I witnessed the down talking and harshness when a cashier bothered to ask one for an override.

I get a military discount which helps on small items, but even more so on big ticket items, so I definitely look first at Lowes before purchasing items.

It was awesome the store was clean they had a variety of products but the staff was hard to get.

I had tried to order a grill online for 2 days. I kept getting calls that it was sold out. I called the store in Americus and left a message for Shane the store manager. He actually called back. He not only had the grill but he is shipping it to my house at no charge. I live over an hour away from Americus! He put me on the line with Mary. What a sweetheart. She took all my info and completed the order and next week I will have my new grill! I am so happy. Shane and Mary showed outstanding customer service today. Way to go guys! You Rock!!!!

First, they did not have what I was looking for. Then I FINALLY got someone to help me and she found the guy that worked in that department and while he was supposed to be helping me, he was standing there reading text messages or checking his e-mails. Not my best experience in this store by far!

Things were going well until we came across a ladder that had the same model# as the ladder that was there. It was on sale for $86.40 but when it got scanned it was priced at $169. The ladder that was on sale finally got found up on top shelf. Was somewhat disappointed when the first ladder cost more. It and the one on sale but were Werner ladders with m17 on them.

A must visit for any building or remodel project. Beneficial to both homeowner and contractor.

Asked 5 different associates standing together where a certain product was and not one of them knew what I was talking about I could tell by the dumb founded look on thier face and not neither one of them made an attempt to help me locate this item.. When specialty stores hire employees they need to make sure that your employees know what products they sell or at least train them
