Great friendly environment and quick service

When I came in to pick up a scheduled reservation, there wasnt a vehicle available . I knew then, this was a bad mistake not to choose the 1st option my insurance company had given me , which was Hertz. Anyway, I asked the receptionist why didnt she call me to let me know there wasnt a vehicle available then I wouldnt have had to make a blank trip. She offered no valid explanation nor did she act concern. I told her , I would call my agent, her reply ok with a dont care attitude. I then went back to the car and called Statefarm and let them know that a scheduled vehicle wasnt available. I was still at the location sitting in the car when Statefarm called inside the office. I chose to sit outside in the heat because the receptionist was so unfriendly. Within about 40 minutes someone was bringing me a vehicle from Albany, Georgia. The thing that amazed me, was why didnt the receptionist do the same thing or she just wasnt concerned . THE REASON IM GIVING 4 STARS. WHEN I RETURNED THE CAR I TOLD CURLECIA SCHLEY AND DEWAYNE MYLES HOW DISAPPOINTED I WAS WHEN I RECEIVED THE VEHICLE. THEY APOLOGIZED FOR THE BAD EXPERIENCE I HAD. THEY WERE SOOOOOO COMPASSIONATE , PROFESSIONAL AND APOLOGETIC. I THOUGHT I WAS IN A DIFFERENT PLACE. THIS TIME, I FELT LIKE MY BUSINESS WAS VALUED AND APPRECIATED. ENTERPRISE, IF I HAD TO RENT AGAIN, I PRAY CURLECIA AND DEWAYNE IS THERE. ONE MORE THING, THEY WERE SO WELL GROOMED. THAT ONE PERSON COSTED THEM 5*****Thanks,Cussetta. Journey

I reserved a car eight days before my trip. I get a call the day before my scheduled day to pick up the rental to confirm my reservation. The day that I was scheduled to pick up rental car I get a call about 2 1/2 hours before to tell me they didn’t have any cars at this location to rent to me. He said he was trying to get one from another location but it didn’t look good. After not hearing back I called several times and couldn’t get anyone on the phone. Finally get someone on the phone and he tells me he found two cars in Valdosta and they would be there around 4:30, if I would be there he would rent it to me. So 4 hours after I was supposed to have a car I finally got one. I guess I was lucky.

If I could have given a negative rating, I would have because of this locations total incompetence and lack of honesty. Ive been a faithful renter with Enterprise using them when my car was in the shop or travelling. However, this recent issue is too much and I am debating continuing to patronize the company. Its sad when one location can put a huge blemish on the entire company.

They were understanding of my situation and very helpful with advice on saving me money.

I understand its a small town but a corporation like should take better care of the building they are renting. Ill just say this. My Moma all was said if you dont have something nice to say dont say anything. -star

The representative, Aaron, is polite, quick, and full of compassion for his job as it shows through his charasmatic personality and the will to get you going when you need it most. Wish there were more reps like him in the corporate world.....they just dont make them like him anymore. I will be back to this branch in the near future. Thanks for everything Aaron! :)

The overall experience and quality of service rendered was painless and reliable.

The staff suggested a very specific time we come to pick up our vehicle which was later than we initially needed. We arrived early and waited for our appointment. No one was even at the location and didnt return for over an hour. Poor service.

The four times that I went there to take care of Buisness at 2 pm there was no one there.

Some time its better to book your rental in advance. Dont like when you are not able to have weekends rental because they are close.

First let me say they are never on time and always joking loudly. Not professional AT All. Reserve a car on Friday called and told them we would be late. Mate called that morning and reserve a car that morning. Same last name. The guy called him and said we couldnt pick up at 1pm. No cars available. I called back told me the same thing. Didnt check to see which reservation I was talking about. Once again not professional at all. I called back around 430 and spoke to a young lady that said he got the reservation mixed up. I tell her we still wanted the car she said ok and she gave us an upgrade. I told her we would be running a little late she said she would be there. We get there shes gone. So unprofessional

Car was dirt on the outside and you pay all this money, he took the van around back and wet it down and brought it back around, where is the first impressions, I paid to have it wash,crime shame Enterprise
