If I could review this business 0 stars I would. I took my car here when my car began having issues. They told me my car would be 1,800 to fix in which I told them I couldnt afford that and they told me they would wait to fix it until I decided if I wanted to get it fixed or tried to figure something out financially. They then took it upon themselves to fix my car in which ended up costing 2,600 and they also broke my windshield in the process. I told them there was no way I could come up with the money to fix it and they told me they werent going to fix it. I then told them there was no way I could come up with almost 3,000 dollars and that I needed to come get my things out of my vehicle. They refused and told me that I couldnt get my belongings after taking it upon themselves to fix my car without my permission. I lost all my belongings including important documents and my wedding ring which was in my car. I wouldnt recommend this place to my worst enemy. They are con artists and severely unprofessional.

We were visiting the area from out of state. The rear brakes on our truck began to make strange grinding noises. After several calls to local dealers and auto repair facilities who could not look at our truck until the following week, I spoke with Daniel at Snider Auto Care. He said come on in and we will see what we can do. This all happened on a Friday afternoon 2 hours before closing time. The right rear caliper had lost a bolt and was out of position to the point that it was grinding on the tire rim. Daniels procured the necessary parts for the repairs. He also checked all of the other brake systems for any issues. We were on our way by 4:45. If you are ever in the area and need help, Snider Auto Care and their crew is the place to go. We just picked up my daughters car and its too early to rate the workmanship/repairs. We did not have a pleasant experience. They obviously were not happy doing another dealerships warranty work. We were told different things by different people and we still dont know if the repair was truly covered by the warranty and what it might cost. I hope customers without warranty work have a better experience.

I cannot stress enough how amazing the manager , Daniel Jones is at snider auto car! He went above and beyond with my warranty repair. I will never use another shop again. They have won my loyalty for life!

Attentive helpful, follow thru and let u know updates on your car... Not super expensive... I had almost ended up riding on my rotors on one side n they changed out both... Friendly... Will be going back soon

I live in Daytona Beach. My car broke down on August 15th in Americus Georgia. I had my car towed to this company not knowing what they could do. First off they were really honest and told me they were booked up and they would get to my Dodge Charger when they could. I said ok no problem. Let me tell you. In 2 days they were working on my car and it was fixed. I actually got a call every step of the way. Come to find out it was some fuses. It only cost me 169 dollars. Paid them on the spot. With that I love this company and would recommend this company to anyone very professional place. Thank you for everything Snider Auto Care

Away from home and our brakes died—we called the shop at 1 in the afternoon and by 1:15 the car was on the lift and by shortly after 3 we left with repairs done. When you’re from out of town you can get had pretty easily but we had nothing but professional quality work and timeliness. Recommend completely.

This shop is just awesome. I have been taking my truck and my wifes SUV out there for about 2 or 3 years now and have had nothing but excellent service. I would highly recommend you try them out!

Earl Snider who owns the shop is a real straight shooter, and his team of mechanics are top notch. Earl and the guys are going to make sure everything’s done and it’s all done right. They are quick and responsive, always courteous and explain everything in concise detail.

These folks know what theyre doing! Ive tried other mechanics, but Ive never gotten the good service and reliable work that I get at Snider Auto Care. They keep my cars with more than 300,000 miles on the road (amazing)! Earl, Rusty, and Spencer are really friendly and helpful. They put up with all my phone calls and questions. Snider is the best. So thankful for Mr. Earl and the rest of the crew for always taking such good care of my car! They are so kind and professional and have always been reasonably priced. Cost over 600 dollars for complet break job and my breaks were still making a noise and took it back and they said nothing was wrong and its still making a noise took it back again and guess what it is still making the same noise

Fast professional service at its best

From out of state working. The last thing I need was vehicle problems. Not only did I have vehicle problems I had a transmission to go completely out. Had no knowledge Of any auto mechanic shop in Americas Georgia. And what did I do. I Google auto mechanic shop. Snider Auto Care appeared with several other mechanic shops. Snider reviews were awesome. I knew from that moment I had to give those guys a call. They dispatch a tow truck to the local hotel I was staying in. Diagnosed the problem gave me a call by noon to inform me that the transmission needed to be replaced. They did not waste any time in 3 days I was back on the road I recommend Snider Auto Care to everyone that need work did on their vehicle.

Quick and friendly service. Didnt get the mechanic we asked for though and kinda made me ill. I dont trust just anybody to work on it so in that respect was the main thing we didnt like was wrong mechanic. Waiting on hubby to drive it cause I felt no change.

Ive been going to Sniders for a while now because i was treated poorly else where. No matter what issue I have with my vehicle they are quick, polite, and honest with repair options and their prices. When I got a diagnostics test done on my vehicle they were honest about what really needs to be changed, from priority down to will need attention.

I was working out of state when I had auto problems. Got a local estimate that seemed pretty high. I called Snider Auto Care and spoke with Daniel. I sent him a copy of my quote and he got right on it and worked me up a quote that was over $300 less than the quote I originally got. Ended up saving a good bit of money thanks to good HOME TOWN people!

But they took a second look at it and I ended up only paying less than 300.00 for the fix. I was very satisfied with the service. I will be using them in the future.

They to dam high charge Almost 300.00 just to flush coolant jug then wanted to charge almost a thousand dollars to put a water pump so I do not recommend no one to take car they are to high with their prices

With nothing open, and me without my tools, I took it to Snider Auto Care on Black Friday afternoon after a quick call to see if they were open.Im extremely pleased to say that they were fast, honest, and very reasonably priced [I usually work on my car, so I know what things should cost!!] Plus I arrived at 2:15, and was out by 3:05.Earl & his crew even went the extra mile to check on another minor issue at no charge.I highly recommend these fine folks if youre ever in Americus!!

I found this to be a shiesty repair facility that overcharged me for a repair that was discovered to not have been done. Would never recommend this place to anyone! There’s no integrity here.

Even though I had a prepaid maintenance plan with my dealer I didnt have the time to drive and spend half a day there. Needing to go out of town for the weekend. I called the service team at Snider asked if I could get an oil change. I was giving an appointment. I went in and by the time I finished my cup of coffee they were done. Thankfully they also checked the battery. Even though the car is under 2 years old the battery had been week but I forgot to mention. The test came back weak. With the holidays coming up and travel the last thing I wanted was for us to be stranded out of town. The battery not being standard wasnt in stock. I was told no problem they could have after lunch and told me they would call me when in. I left did what I needed to do. I got a call went in and they quickly got it changed out and us back on the road with confidence.

These guys are top notch!! Extremely helpful guys who have a vast knowledge of the auto repair industry and make sure they diagnose and fix the right problem, not make a new one ! Thanks guys !!
