Ken and Austin came out to winch out and tow my daughter’s car that went over a cliff and into a ravine (thankfully no one was hurt!). I’ve been towed plenty of times over the years. This was not a simple straight-forward tow, but one that clearly took experience and some creative problem-solving. These guys were pro all the way, very friendly, knowledgeable, careful, and respectful. I was very impressed.

They are very reasonable and kept a bad situation from getting worse.

My van broke down and Beehive was the first towing company I called. And Austin got my information and said he was on his way. And he was there much faster then I was expecting. He got it up on the truck and we got in and took it to the mechanic and while I was filling out paperwork, he unloaded and asked me if I lived near by, and if not if I could use a ride. I already had made arrangements. But if you need a tow truck, I would definitely call these guys.

Worst company and customer experience ever. Parked my car along a grassy gray curb for 5 minutes to go grab my friend and pick him up for dinner. My car wasn’t blocking anything or anybody, and I came outside after 5 minutes and they already towed my car. I immediately went to pick it up, and they charged my $180! “$40 per day, and $32 admin fee, and $108 towing fee” and it was there for a few minutes. No warning, no discount. Nothing. They were super rude, and wouldn’t look me in the eye. Not once. Super shady, nice business there guys. Straight robbery.

Beehive Towing is amazing to work with! We got in an accident and they showed up super quick. The driver was very professional and was so good about trying to comfort me after the accident! Very professional and comforting to work with!

Our car was towed - our fault, we parked illegally. The problem, though, was after calling Beehive Towing multiple times without an answer, my husband received a call from Beehive Towing saying that his car was towed, but he wouldnt be able to pick it up for another 2 hours. What kind of 24 hour business is that? When we pointed that out, the person he spoke with threatened he could delay it even more. Then when we were finally able to pick up the car, they didnt have change for my husband when he paid the fee, so he had to go to a gas station to get change. Surprise - a towing company thats rude and unprofessional.

Towing company towed my car after ten minutes of being parked at my siblings house.Then when I called to pick up my car they didn’t have anyone at the office for an hour. I thought they were a 24/7 business? They just robbed me.Highly dislike this company and my HOA being contracted with them.

Absolutely the worst tow company i have ever worked with. Do not give them your business.

Towed my Car from in front of my house. There is no “no parking” signs or red paint on the curb. Tried to tell me that there’s a law where you can’t park on the road during winter in Draper. The cost of the tow is 450$. They told me if I didnt pay that immediately then theyd auction my car. I asked if I could get my personal belongings out of the car before they did and they said no you can’t. Very corrupt and horrible people

The owner is giving himself good reviews, dont trust the good reviews, this place has the most awful costumer service ever, they are dishonest, rude, they charged extra fees in your credit card without you knowing, dont trust this company, they will steal your money in so many ways and their costumer service is the worst costumer service, they will let you hours waiting, disconnect the phone on your face, charge you extra fees on your credit card, they are the most dishonest company ever. AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COST!!!!!!!!

I couldn’t have imagined worse customer service, I finally had to hang up on Rachel when she started yelling at me over the phone for asking for a video recording of the towing.I was also told over the phone that “there are several signs all over the place” but I have pictures and videos of the area to prove otherwise. The immaturity and poor attitude of every employee I interacted with was appalling.Phrases used by both Rachel and Kaden I’ll list here:“I could have refused to release their car because of the way they acted.”“I’m going to need you to give me your car keys for our protection.”“I’m not give you the recording because it’s mine and I don’t want to.”“It’s actually not your car, it’s your mom and dad’s car.”“Asking me to send you a recording of the towing is the same as me asking you for a picture of your driver’s license or social security card.”

Super impressed with this company! My car broke down on the side of the road and they came in a time efficient manner which was very convenient. Not only that but the driver super nice! He explained everything to me and answered all of my questions, he was very polite and respectful towards me. Im very grateful for him, he made an aweful expirence bearable and Im grateful for his hard work especially in this aweful weather.

This company is a vulture company looking for people to step out of their cars for a minute then tow your vehicle away. They recieved a one star review from me only because there isnt a no star option. This company is dishonest and corrupt! I will never support this company and I will spread the word on their lack of character.
