I switched to this dental office after years of going to a different one and I’m so happy I did. I had 8 permanent teeth never come in. After years and years of feeling insecure about my smile and having all different kinds of work done, my previous dentist told me that they would not be able to give me dental implants and I would need to go through the hassle of braces again. My dad and I decided to get a second opinion. I made an appointment with Elite Dental and they got me in super quickly and when I walked in, I was immediately happy with my decision. The office staff was so friendly and so on top of everything. The dentist actually listened to my concerns and started the process of my implants that day. Within weeks of going there, I finally became happy with my smile and they gave me everything I wanted. After years of being so loyal to this other dental office, my dad was so impressed that he switched over too and was so happy with the work he had done from them as well. I 100% recommended this dentist. Very friendly people who actually care and want to help.

Elite has been my dentist office for years. Both dentists are awesome. I also really like the professional attitudes of the front office staff. I often feel the front end people either make or break a medical office. These ladies are great to work with. I also have to give big thanks to the dental assistant or hygienists I love my teeth cleanings so much. I recommend this office!

Weve been going to Elite Dental for a few years now, and have been impressed every time we go. Today was my 4 year olds first time going to the dentist, and was very nervous. The team made her feel comfortable and excited about everything. Im a loyal patient, because I know they are a great team committed to doing whats best for me and my family. These Dentist and Hygienists are top of their class. We moved from California and were blessed to find them. Everyone I have dealt with has gone above and beyond taking care of us. They are explaining proper techniques and help you make suggestions. I got my one stop shopping a few months ago with my cleaning. They hit me up with new resin where my gum were receding and a replacement crown. Typically in Cali that would have been 4 visits total. I was done quickly in one chair relaxing. Caring, kind, takes time to ask about us and skilled dentistry....practically pain free. Met three little girls as we left that were delightful and actually excited to be going to the dentist. Kaitlin Holman was so professional and friendly. She made my experience enjoyable and it’s the 1st time I have actually looked forward to my appointment. I had to schedule 2 appointments back to back for deep cleaning. I rearranged my schedule just so I could have Kaitlin be the one that did my deep cleaning. Its my first time to come here, my mother in law introduced this place to us , and Im really glad we came, all the service are amazing, warm. I highly recommend Elite Dental! They went above and beyond for my son last week at his appointment. My son came in for a cleaning and a possible cavity. It turned out he needed a root canal! My son was here visiting from college for spring break & he wouldn’t be back until May. So they miraculously did the root canal for him at that same appointment even though it wasn’t scheduled. I just switched to these guys and am SO happy I did!!! I had a crack near an old filling that my old dentist was going to do a whole new filling on, it had no decay. Dr. Braithwaite just buffed our the crack and polished it and didn’t even charge me!😄 super happy with this place!!

Both Dr. Steve and Randy have worked on me and I have had no problems with any of the work they have done. Recently I had an emergency root canal done by Randy. It was a hard case and I am so happy to report that after the procedure my tooth has felt perfect ever since. They are highly skilled and use quality materials. I also love that they have a high tech machine that makes your personalized crown IN OFFCE. I don’t have to deal with temporaries anymore. If you want an office who gets things fixed and respects your time, then this is the office for you. Also, free nitrous and bleaching is a great perk.

When my husband and I moved into the area we looked at a couple different dentist places but felt best about Elite Dental for some intangible reason. These guys are very deserving of their 4.9 star rating. I had a deep cavity that luckily avoided a root canal. Steven Braithwaite filled it, and I think he is probably the most skilled dentist Ive ever been to. Numbed me up quickly and painlessly, and was completely done in less than 20 minutes. His assistant was very good too. The office is nice, new, and the office staff are extremely pleasant. On top of it all, it cost less than a cleaning would anywhere else.

Searched for a dentist on Google Local because I needed a dentist that was closer and that was available in the evenings. Elite Dental had some really good reviews online so I decided to give them a shot. I love that I get two dentists in the same office so I have access to two opinions without having to shop around. Both dentists are extremely personable and the staff is genuinely caring and friendly. I also like their in-house insurance/discount plan, which is very competitive. Very pleased all around. :-)

We’ve been going to Elite Dental for the last 12 years or more! The entire staff is so awesome to interact with and they have been amazing through all the different changes of insurance we’ve had. Not only have they been great for both my wife and I but our kids have always felt comfortable and trusting to go and even return to get cavatives taken care of. I cant say enough good things about Elite Dental! The atmosphere is clean, quiet, and modern. The staff is welcoming when you come through the door which is sometimes not the easiest to find. My daughter was throwing a tantrum as I was getting work done and they took her aside and calmed her down so that we could finish. First time coming here. It was an excellent experience! The wait was minimal and Cami M was super nice when she did my xrays and cleaning. I have to give a shout out to the people at Elite Dental in American Fork. They are wonderful. I have been searching and searching for a dentist since mine passed away. I was amazed at how friendly, attentive, and encouraging they were about my teeth. Other dentists had wanted to just about overhaul everything in my mouth but not here. They will take care of my teeth needs for a MUCH smaller fee then other places I tried. I am happy with them, they seem to HONESTLY care about the patient and the needs of the patients!

I visited Elite after my sister had only good things to say, and finding a coupon in a money mailer. They were able to fit me in pretty quick and my cleaning was great. Steven had a great mood and positive energy. His work was quick, professional and pretty much pain free! I would recommend them to anyone!

Finally found Timp Plaza Dental after trying several other dentists in the area. Our favorite thing about the office is how personable and capable they are. Before coming here, I couldnt remember the last time I had a medical professional remember something about me and ask about it the next time I visited. Im always a little wary of going to the dentist but after my last visit I am much more trusting. They did a great job and my teeth feel great! I really appreciate going to Elite Dental. Dr. Steven Braithwaite is so kind and he has so much he can do right in the office. I really enjoyed my visit there. I had reminders, they took my insurance, it was clean, and I loved the atmosphere. My visit was quick and everyone including the doctor was extremely friendly. I felt very comfortable there. This was the only other dentist I have gone to besides my childhood dentist who was also a friend of the family. I had no issues what so ever, I didnt have to wait very long at all, just enough time to fill out paper work.

With so many dentists in Utah, I really didnt know how to choose one. Im so happy I ended up here. I was seen immediately and the hygienist was professional, intelligent, and friendly. Randy, the dentist, took time to show me exactly what was going on with my cavity on the X-ray. No one tried to talk me into unnecessary procedures, something Ive had happen in the past. The office staff clearly explained the costs of the filling and all my options. This was probably the best dental experience I have had.

I give Elite Dental 5 stars even though I have only been twice. We have struggled to find a dentist that we like since moving here but so far we like Elite. They were able to get me in quickly for a much needed tooth abstraction. They were friendly and assured me I would be taken care of as I expressed my concern about other dentists I had visited. Love these guys. Their office runs like clockwork. I appreciate that the hygienists spend time actually giving me details about how my teeth are and even share compliments on how Ive been taking care of my teeth, because it motivates me to keep it up. This is a smaller office which I like because they give me the attention I need. My wife and I have been going here for about 5 years now--and we have never had a bad experience.

Ive never been a fan of the dentist and after I moved from Salt Lake i was not looking forward to finding a new one. I got on Facebook and posted around asking for suggestions and several people suggested I try Elite Dental. No one had anything bad to say about their experiences so I decided to go and give them a try. They are wonderful! All of the staff are very nice and knowledgeable and can answer any questions you have. I have had Dr. Randy each time i have gone and he has done excellent work. I always leave with my mouth feeling clean, happy, and healthy. They are great!

They were awesome! I was having problems with a specific tooth and I thought it was a cavity but there was actually a problem with the filling I already had from a previous dentist. So easy to fix! They were so nice and great to work with. Very understanding and accommodating to busy schedules.

I received an advertisement in the mail for Elite Dental and decided to set up an appointment. I havent had a dental exam in 2 years so this was going to be an experience. The new patient paperwork was available to print online which made the process easier. The office staff were pleasant and helpful. The hygienist that cleaned my teeth was friendly and talked my through everything she was doing and gave me pointers about how to have healthier teeth. Dr. Braithwaite was also very friendly when he came examine me teeth. I was in and out as a new patient within an hour. They even gave me a new tooth brush and floss. Plus they have TVs on the ceiling above the chairs so that you can have a distraction if you have to have work done. Great experience.

I had a badly chipped front tooth and thought surely I would need a crown. They got me in quickly. My dentist masterfully crafted a filling that was perfectly matched and looked just like my tooth!! My family moved to American Fork last year and needed to find a new dentist. A friend pointed us to Elite Dental and we are SO glad they did. We have had great experiences every time. The office is clean and new. There are TVs on the sealing. But most importantly the staff is AWESOME! They are always so friendly. They always ask about any sensitive areas and are careful as they work around them.Steve and Randy are also both great guys and do a good job. Unfortunately I have had a couple of cavities, but they have taken care of them as well as I can guess they could be taken care of. They have also fixed a few things with my teeth that have been bugging me for years.If you are not 100% happy with your current dentist, you should really set up an appointment with these guys.

The Carr family began our relationship with Elite Dental when Steven was just starting out in American Fork. Through the years, we have received excellent care and attention. We had to switch providers briefly during that time and had unpleasant experiences in another office. We changed our insurance back, as quick as we could, to the Braithwaite brothers.The office is warm and inviting. We have always been welcomed with sincerity upon entering the front door. The hygienists are especially good with our children. There is a no cavity club board that my children hope to be able to put their names on twice a year.Overall, I can honestly say we have never had a negative experience with Elite Dental. I have had 3 fillings fall out in less than 3 years all done by Elite Dental. My Grandpa is a dentist and after talking to them he basically told me they arent preparing the tooth correctly and most likely (obviously he doesnt know for sure since he hasnt seen what they actually use) using the cheapest filling material on the market. I would never go there again to even get them fixed. for me its worth my money to go somewhere that will actually put a filling in my mouth that will last like it should. Horrible work by Elite dental.

I have been really pleased with Elite Dental. I love how they greet me by name when I walk through the door. They do a good job at cleaning my teeth, and take their time at doing it well. I even started bringing my kids to them because they do such a great job at cleaning. I used to take my kids to a pediatric dentist but felt like they rushed through the cleanings. Elite Dental does great with kids.I also have been pleased with the dentist Steven Braithwaite. He is friendly, honest, and does not seem to rush through things. He takes the time to show me any cavities on the X-rays and tells me if the work is necessary or not.

Elite Dental does a fantastic job and makes going to the dentist a real pleasure. They have a wide selection of movies to choose from while youre work is being done, complimentary tooth care kits with each visit, and even sticks of gum on your way out. All these little things and more make the otherwise dreadful experience of going to the dentist quite pleasant. Both the dentists and the professional staff are always on the ball with reminders, knowing what work needs to be done, and making sure you feel at home. I first went to Elite Dental because it was close to home. Now I still go there even living in a different city because they do such a great job.

I moved here from Georgia and waited over two years before scheduling a dental appointment. I chose Elite Dental based on all the positive reviews, and the reviews proved to be true. The staff was very approachable and friendly, the hygienist took time to understand my concerns, and Dr. Braithwaite was very thorough in his explanations. I have to go back to have two cavities filled, but I have no doubt that the follow up experience will be just as pleasant.

The AWESOME Dental Hygienist took the time to go over my X-Rays with me and explain in detail where my cavities were, what needs to be done and how I can best prevent cavities in the future! I am a crazy freak at the dentist! Seriously, BAD. Not only were they really considerate of my fear but it was fairly painless. A lot of times after fillings, my teeth are sensitive and funky feeling for days but this was fantastic. The dentist did absolutely fantastic work. Ive inherited an irrational fear of dental work from my mother. I am happy to have found a dentist I can be comfortable with. Dr Braithwaite has been my dentist for a number of years now and I am comfortable with him working on me. That may not mean much for some other people but that means a lot coming from me. I drive 23 miles for my appointments and Id drive twice that far knowing Im in good hands. He is absolutely a dentist I can recommend.

Everyone is super nice! I also loved how throughout/before the procedure they talk you through what they are going to be doing so you know what is going on in your mouth. They are also very thorough which I love because I know that there wont be a problem with any work that I have had done.

My husband and I needed to find a dentist a little closer to home and we found the best one! I had my first experience with Elite Dental today and it was great! The staff was professional and kind and Dr Braithwaite was wonderful. So happy that we have found a great dental practice.

I moved over to Elite Dental after a couple of frustrating experiences with a larger dental office and I have been very happy! The hygienist was very thorough and friendly and Dr. Randy Braithwaite was great as well. I never felt rushed and all of my questions were answered thoroughly. It has been such a breath of fresh air to find a terrific dentist!

Spent the last year looking for a great dentist. The first dentist we found here in Utah tried so hard to find something wrong with my teeth that he broke the metal (explorer) tool off in my mouth. I left knowing I would never go back. The experience at Elite Dental was the exact opposite. The staff was very nice, the wait was short and the dentist did an amazing job on fixing my broken filling. Thanks Elite Dental.

Im new to Utah County. Went to Elite Dental because of a flyer in the mail...very different for me. What an outstanding experience. I went in a couple days early to fill out the paper work and the staff acted like I was a long time patient. Super friendly and seemed interested in Me... The day of the appointment the hygienist was great and kept asking if I was OK. She has soft hands and the high-tech equipment was totally pain free. Steve was the dentist for the check up and he has wonderful chair side manner. He explained everything he did and when I left they handed me a paper of possible follow up procedures and the cost of each. Im thinking are you kidding me no hidden high cost fees, everything shown up front. Elite Dental will be my source for dental need as long as I live here.

Our old dentist didnt take my works new insurance. We found Elite from the good online reviews. The hygienist and dentist both seemed to know what they were doing. The visit was quick and easy as I got my teeth cleaned while relaxing and watching the end of Avatar.

Staff are always friendly and professional. Never any issues with scheduling or reminders. Havent had a bad experience yet and Ive been coming here for years.

Great overall experience. I was brought back right on time and the procedure was quick and thorough. I really liked that I was given options and they were willing to explore different possibilities for my problem instead of giving up on me. I will be returning to Elite Dental!

I was referred to Elite Dental after my parents became new patients. I have loved it. It was easy to get an appointment. Kami did a great job cleaning and was very gentle with my sensitive gums. Megan was great to keep me comfortable while Dr. Randy Braithwaite worked on my teeth, including some cosmetic fixes. Im very happy with the work done and the practice all around. I will definitely be returning every 6 months.

Elite Dental is just around the corner from us. I had been looking up reviews for local dentists and while other places had lousy reviews, the Braithwaites were highly recommended. They are not in a big fancy building--but looks are deceiving. The inside is a wonderfully comfortable setting with staff that are very caring and kind. Our visit lived up to all the reviews I had read. Both my daughter and I had a very positive first time experience and look forward to working with them in the future.

They are very friendly and listen to my concerns. They are also so good with kids. My daughter had a lot of work that needed done once. She was little so they wanted to give her anesthesia. I didnt want them to at all. So they listened and said they would do it without. They did great and she even wanted to be dentist afterwards.

Great dental experience. Having lived in several states and been under the care of many dentists, I have found Drs. Steven and Randy Braithwaite to be superb dentists. They are gentle in their work (I have had a crown and root canal procedure), honest in suggesting what needs to be done, and have great bedside manner. From the office manager to the dental hygienists and assistants, everyone is kind and accommodating. They are quick to schedule when an emergency arises and sensitive to their patients needs. Have been a patient for three years and will miss them if I relocate. Great for the entire family! Nice facilities.

The Braithwaite brothers are extremely kind, efficient and caring. The staff is thoughtful when scheduling exams. JoEllen updated me often on my insurance benefits and was patient in explaining different options for treatment and payment. I have had a crown placed myself and my daughter has had several cavities filled. They are just a great family dental office, they are flexible and cater well to their clients.

Friendly office staff, efficient and experienced assistants, and intelligent and gentle dentists! I’ve been going here for more than 15 years and I always have a good experience!!!
