Their helium tank didnt make our balloons float. What exactly did they sell us?

Got balloons for my nieces wedding. They need to figure out a better system when there are a lot of orders. Employees were super nice though.

Experience was great! Special shout out to Elizabeth, Cara and Cadence, they were all super helpful, very professional and made sure everything looked great! Give them all an extended lunch or a bonus!

Seemed a little empty at the moment. Had only the essential party supplies and a lot of costumes. Perhaps theyre in between holidays?

I havent been in this store for a while, I dont remember how many things it has, not only for parties but a lot of costume accessories as well. I was pleasantly surprised.

Their balloon service is so good! They helped me make my friends birthdays so special. They helped me through each step, and had my order processed right away. I called back to reschedule and add highfloat, and they very pleasantly accepted my wishes and whimsy. When I went to pick up my order, I had ordered to much to stuff in my car on such a windy day by myself. They held one portion of the balloons while I maneuvered the first batch in, no questions asked. They were considerate and flexible and Im glad I have them close by. Ill use them exclusively for my party needs.

Worst customer service experience, in a retail setting, I’ve encountered in a long time.I’ve had to complete several balloon bouquets over the years. I’ve been to Zurchers in Orem all the Partylands in Utah county, several miscellaneous florists and never had a problem, until today.They were out of several balloon colors I needed to complete a bouquet. Skye had me running to different aisles to look for balloon colors that she was out of behind the counter and would charge me individually for each balloon and had to ring me up several times as she refused to begin the balloon bouquet until every balloon was paid for. Every time I walked up to the counter with more of the balloons they were out of she ignored me and chatted with her coworkers until another coworker would approach her and ask her to help me. It wasn’t until the supervisor stepped in that my order that had been taking FOREVER was completed smoothly, he helped me get the balloons I needed and helped put them together I’m also pretty sure I was over charged as I paid $25 for 12 highfloat balloons as she failed to listen to how many balloons out of the packet I wanted inflated. I was so relieved to no longer deal with this employee that I left without contesting the over charges.

They had just what I was looking for. The staff is also very kind. They waved goodbye to me as I left the store

It was good, they were super nice. I ordered some balloons with the Hi-float option but out of 19 balloons more than half deflated after 2 days.UPDATE: Zurchers quickly reached out and corrected the problem. I had given them a 4 star, but moving to 5 for the great customer service.

If you need a last minute Witches Hat, thats not going to break the bank, THIS IS THE PLACE!!! This one I picked, was $10

I dont like party stores, but the nice thing about this one is that you typically only have to hit one and youre done (because the selection is great).

Great party supply store. I have to come here all the time for work - the staff is helpful and cheerful, very rarely have I not found what I’m looking for, the prices are fair, returns are easy, and placing balloons orders online makes for an expedited experience. Well organized and clean store - it’s my go to shop to simply liven up my home and the office for holidays and celebrations.

I always walk in for something specific, and easily find it, but I always end up browsing the other aisles out of curiosity, a big thank you to the staff, this last visit everyone was so friendly and helpful and fast

Went there because I got an inflatable banana for a ring toss game that needed to be inflated. They were super sweet and did it for free even. Great store. Super helpful and polite. Will def shop there again.

Ran in to pick up a balloon order my sister had placed for my moms 60th birthday as I was on my way down from SLC. When I got there they notified me it had been placed with the zurchers in drapers. I was on my way to her surprise bday in orem which would have meant I would have had to skipthe balloons. Immediately the manager took care of me and made sure I walked out with the balloons. Super helpful and easy.

Zurchers is a great place to get last minute party supplies. Have a much better selection than Walmart and Targets party supply. I have always been so impressed by the employee named Kensley. She has always been so helpful and has an awesome eye for things that would look good together.

I went in looking for some simple costumes at reasonable prices and I was not disappointed. The staff was friendly and the selection was great. Overall, I will definitely be returning in the future.

Waited in 3 different lines to buy balloons and they let 3 different people purchase and retrieve their stuff ahead of me. I was fuming and the team manager was chanting about how well of an oil machine they were. Never even realized that i was furious and never ever going back.

We have been shopping here for years and have always had a good experience. But recently I ordered balloons from the wrong location, and kensley the manager was very polite and made a whole new set of balloons for me for free.

The prices are high. You can find everything somewhere cheaper. But there is a HUGE selection. You could make just 1 stop here and find everything you would need for your party. They have games, pinatas, decorations, prizes, costumes, utensils, Fun cake pans....EVERYTHING

Zurchers is an amazing store. They have a variety of items in every color and theme possible. I love going there to buy things, I even get more ideas when I am at their store. I always go there for my party supplies, best selection anywhere

You had one job... Was doing a gender reveal and asked them to put glitter inside the balloons for which gender. When we picked them up we could see blue glitter on the outside. So much for a surprise.

It was very nice I was able to get in and out quickly. Nice people helped.

Always has what I need for A1M Arena. Employees are friendly, helpful and go out of their way to make sure my trip is easy and fast.

I love the variety of products but I felt the prices were a bit high in comparison to other nearby stores. The store was very very busy and they did not have enough check out help. I was in line nearly 1/2 hour.

DO NOT PURCHASE BALLOONS HERE! Purchased nearly $250 dollars worth of balloons for a company event and followed all instructions provided by the sales associate. Within 12 hours, 90 percent of the balloons had popped. I called in and expressed my frustrations with an associate, and I was told I would receive a full refund. When I returned to the store to receive my refund, the assistant manager (who was extremely rude) told me that I was told incorrectly and would not receive any refund amount. I also spoke with the store manager and she told me they could only give me back $50 of my original purchase. Extremely disappointed. I will not be shopping here again, and nor will the company I work for.

Service was atrocious. 6 people behind the counter all talking but wont help. Dont go there try a different location.

This store is amazing, but it is nearly impossible to get help finding items because there are not enough employees, and the employees that they hire are not trained well to be able to find things.

I am an employee at the American Fork Zurchers and it is by far the best job I’ve ever had. Maggie and Bryson the manager and assistant manager, are amazing to work with! I really feel like I have a second family when I go to work! And being in a great environment like that, I’ve definitely seen a change in everyone’s attitudes, because we are all happy!

I visited the store with my granddaughter, it was a fun and nice experience to not have to wait for help or checkout, the employees were friendly and helpful. The employees also had no frustrations with double tasking, prices were a little high but reasonable in comparison to area.

4-5 people behind the counter messing around and chatting including who I assume was the manager, took almost five minutes for them to come over and ring me up.

I can usually find anything I need here. They have a larger selection them most and carry items out of season for convenience.

They didnt have quite the selection of supplies that I needed (you would think youd be able to coordinate a specific color through all of their products), but I was able to get enough for my needs.

There were a lot of fun decorations. There seemed to be a good variety of items, just not enough people at the registers when trying to check out.

We ordered 18 balloons in-store FOUR hours in advance, we went in to pick them up and none of them were done. They also charged us for extra balloon bags and then ended up stuffing all 18 in one bag with norefund.

Pricey because they are one of three party shops in or around Lehi. Have the biggest selection which makes it super easy to get what I need

I found lots of different halloween decorations for our office. I couldnt believe all the crazy things they had for decent prices! Im going back to get more for my house!

DONT BUY BALLOONS HERE. I made the mistake & bought a big Mylar balloon & a couple of your average balloons; they didnt stay inflated or floating for ONE DAY. By the end of the night they were touching the ground & the next morning all of the air was gone out of them. Dont waste your time or money.

I was there and purchased a balloon pump and they charged me $2 more than the marked price when I showed them the marked price they told me that it was a different pump when I asked to see where the pump that I had was she walked me to it and it had the same price as the other rack where I got the pump from. She told me this was a mistake and took the price off. There was only one balloon pump in the store and I need a balloon pump so I bought it.

The employees were difficult to find for help. They were all localized to the front of the store playing on their phones and socializing while the rest of the store was filled with customers wandering the aisles aimlessly. They have a huge selection of party supplies and costumes...but its difficult to navigate through. The organization is not very clear. Prices are mediocre.

I always enjoy shopping at Zurchers. The staff very helpful and I love the selection in the stores.
