What a great experience. I. called around to get my riding lawnmower fixed but was told i would have to wait three weeks for any type of service. I called Flying wrench and was booked for three days later. Best Part about it....I was at work, they came to my house, fixed my lawnmower and sent a price for services that was amazing. So awesome!!!! Ill be using them for all of my small engine repairs from now on.

They showed up at the appointed time, diagnosed and fixed the problem with my riding mower. Less than $100. Excellent service and the technician was very friendly. Will definitely use them again when needed.

These folks are *amazing*!! The young man working on my mower (Spencer) was incredibly professional through out the service. He didnt just fix my initial problems, but additional starting issues as well. He spoke to me human to human (lets be honest, in these situations men normally speak down to women).. he even gave me future instructions!I would recommend this service over and over!! I wont go to anyone else from here on out!

In an age when your expectations for service ate tepid at best...these guys are hot. Incredibly they returned calls, made follow up calls regarding the necessary repairs and exceeded all expectations.Service is not a lost are at the Flying Wrench! I have never had a negative issue with any aspect of their service and I have been using them for service and repairs for the past several years. I had to wait three weeks for an appointment, but it was worth it! Phone staff was very pleasant in scheduling my appointment and even called to remind me the day before. Service tech came when expected and was very nice and thorough. Best yet, it was a little bit less than they originally quoted me! I didnt realize how bad the blades were on my mower, but my yard looks even better and my kids say the mower works great. I would definitely recommend this service to others!

I cannot praise this company enough ! They could only see me a week after my initial contact, but they were on time - and fixed my lawnmower problem within half an hour and what was most impressive was that in was cleaned both top and under - before showing me how easy it was to start and allowing me to try. The fact that it was a MOBLE service and I did not have to cart this heavy machine around - was such a blessing ! Full marks for service, efficiency and GREAT GREAT price ! WELL DONE !

I was pretty disappointed with my experience with Flying Wrench. There was a huge gap between what I was charged and the work that was actually done. I had picked up a used snow blower for $100 and wanted to get a quick tune up done to the machine. I explained this to the shop and that I didnt want to spend a great deal given how little I spent on the snow blower. He understood and gave me an idea on the price. The final invoice was nowhere near the original quote I received and ended up being nearly three times as much as what I spent on the snow blower.Prior to Flying Wrench dropping by my house to do the repair, I laid out very specifically what I needed to have done. There was no diagnosing that needed to take place. When I received my bill, there was $120 fee for diagnosing the issue - all I wanted was my belts replaced, belt cover replaced and a spring replaced. The only thing that ended up getting replaced was the spring. I ended up installing both the belts and the belt cover myself the following week.When I asked for clarification on the bill, it was explained to me that they spent hours at my house working on the snow blower, which is why it was so pricey to fix. I can tell you that the gentlemen who was working on the snow blower was by his truck most of the time on his cell phone and not in my garage working on the machine.When I attempted to work on the final bill with the company, I started receiving threats that I would just be sent to collections. Rather than having my credit dinged, I decided to pay the ridiculously overpriced bill.

Flying Wrench was great to work with! Very friendly service when I set up my initial appt. The technician, Taylor, showed up at my house on time. Very convenient that I didnt have to take time out of my day to haul my lawnmower around town. Taylor diagnosed my mower and explained the problem prior to doing any work. The price for the tune up was honest and fair. Highly recommended and very pleased!

These guys sharpened all my knives and tools. They cant sharpen the blades on electrical or gas powered tools though.

Flying Wrench is the best! This is the only way Ill get our machines serviced in the future.The prices were great. We paid less than weve paid when we haul them to a store for servicing. It saved me so much time and effort having someone come to my home to tune up my rototiller, lawnmower, and snowblower.The worker was very knowledgeable and explained the problems each machine had and gave me options for cleaning or replacing the carburetor on the rototiller. He also included maintenance tips on the emailed invoice.We thought our cheap lawnmower might need to be replaced, but now it runs like a dream.I cant wait for the first good snow to use the snowblower and not have it kill on me.A neighbor recommended them to me and two neighbors with riding mowers came over and asked for their card. Flying Wrench is friendly and honest and very professional!Call early to schedule an appointment. I called in November and they were already scheduling two weeks out.Thanks, Flying Wrench!!!

I have Flying Wrench come out to my house for things that I cannot get into the shop such as my tiller, lawn mower and snow blower. They do a great job, they are very, very reasonable in their prices and very friendly. If it wasnt for Flying Wrench I would not be able to keep these things in good working order and I have to be able to do this. Plus I dont get taken advantage of at the garages. They are not just for these type of things either. Basically if it has any type of an engine they can work on it. I dont hesitate to call them for my mechanical needs. You shouldnt either. Update: I received a call from one of the technicians that was concerned with my problem. He had me check the oil level and explained that it may be an oil level problem. I have decided to do a simple oil change and see if that helps. I am upgrading my rating as I am impressed with the level of concern shown to my problem. I am still keeping a star off as they seem terminally overbooked.One year ago we had extensive service done by Flying Wrench on our riding mower, and things seemed to be working fine. But when we started the mower up for the first time this year, it started leaking oil profusely and smoked horribly. When I called and explained my problem, I was told they were too busy and the earliest I could be seen was in ten days. Sadly, my lawn is uncared for and I cannot wait. While they helped initially, they are too busy to come back and figure out what went wrong. I will not be coming back.

Flying Wrench is easy to work with. They are prompt and do superior work. We have used them for the past three years. They have repaired and serviced several small engine machines. We highly recommend them.

BAD SERVICE! These guys put on the wrong belt on my snowblower. Came back up left the wrong belt on. Then would even bother to call me back. As far as I’m concerned 100% guaranteed means that I’m going to be getting my money back. Very unhappy with these guys.

The Flying Wrench has come to our house many times. They have always done a great job and have always been very fair in their pricing. Our lawnmower and other lawn equipment have lasted years past their prime because the Flying Wrench has made sure they are running well. I dont know what we would do without them.

I was very impressed with Flying Wrench services. They came out to do a tune up on my lawn mower. I told Dave the problems with my lawn mower and he suggested a course of action to repair my lawn mower. He told me the repairs would be about $100. After Dave did the repairs the lawn mower still didnt work and he suggested I buy a new one. THEN instead of charging me the $100 for the service he only charged me $35 for a diagnosis (although he already did a lot of work!) I was so impressed and grateful for his honesty and desire to help me get the best deal possible. I would recommend him to EVERYONE!

Have been using FW for a few years and theyre always top notch. The service tech that worked on my mower today was an excellent representation of great customer service and follow-through for a fair price.

I was not happy with my recent experience with Flying Wrench. I had a tune up done on my lawn mower. The next time I used it the choke would not work properly. I called them and they were happy to come back. The gentleman that returned made an excuse, absolving Flying Wrench, as to why it was not working properly and rigged a fix that would hold the choke in place when starting. When I shared my frustration that even though he had made it work, it was not working as it did before it was serviced. His response was that it may be a big deal to me, but it was not a big deal to him when starting the mower. May not be a big deal, but my mower is not working as it did before the service.

Flying wrench was exactly what I needed! Every year or so I call and run around to find some garage to service and/or fix our lawn equipment. This year I found Flying Wrench and will not go back to loading up, driving, and then leaving our equipment for weeks, waiting for who knows who to hopefully fix all the issues. Dave was right on time to our agreed upon time and date. He was very professional and went over everything with obvious experience. Every repair was made and every issue dealt with while explaining to me what needed to be done and why. The pricing was extremely fair without the hassle of waiting to get home only to find out something was missed, or didnt work like expected. This is the way to keep equipment running for years.
