The only reason not 5 stars is because the key is hard to turn inside the lock. You have to force it a little but other than that it works as it is supposed to.

Lady on the phone was pretty rude, I didn’t want them to give me a call. I just wanted a phone number. She wouldn’t give me the phone number and actually hung up on me and still had them call me

Dont ever use this company. I only called to get a quote for a new key, nothing immediate. When they told me $120 for the car key then $29 for them to come to my house, I told them I would ask my husband and call them back later.I was then bombarded with calls every 2 minutes and texts asking when they should come by to make the key. I told them multiple times I DID NOT NEED A KEY RIGHT NOW, PLEASE DONT CALL ME BACK! I I would get another call. Also, I was quoted 3 different prices from different people- $150, $170, $190?!?!? Which one is it???After an hour of this, I told them I would not be getting a key or any service from them even if it was free because of how much they aggressively harassed me!!!

If I could give them a negative number I would do so. Guy that tried to make a key for our stranded vehicle messed the ignition cylinder up so bad with a hammer and lock grips. Key was found next day, but the ignition cylinder was so messed up I had to drill out the cylinder. Would never use these guys

They wont give you a price until you pay their $30 service fee. That is a scam!

I ordered and paid for 10 keys, but the machine only gave me 9. I called their customer service, and had to wait for them to call back. A refund for the missing key was issued, but the store where the machine was had closed, so I couldnt replace the key,. When I got home, I tried each key in the lock. While I was able to force some of the keys to work (not all) to work,, none of them worked smoothly like the original key. Holding the original and the duplicate together, I could see that the duplicated key cuts were not precise and did not line up well. I ended up throwing all the keys away. I loved the concept, but their product was a big failure. I will not use them again,, even though they offered to re-cut the keys at no cost. Ill pay for a real locksmith to do the job right,

Wanted 40 dollars for a motorcycle key. Alpine lock and safe in American fork gave me 2 copies for around 14 dollars

Great for house keys, but neither the machine nor the app could copy my mailbox key correctly.

It was so easy to order the key on the kiosk...and it came to our door. Better price than buying it from the car dealership. Thank you!

Scammers. Here’s why: Called to get help when I locked keys in my car. They were very difficult over the phone then told me it would be 30-45 minutes. I didn’t trust them for a couple reasons so I ended up calling someone else’s door cancelling with this place. The other service I called informed me about how some places scam you by charging $25 dispatch then hundreds more when they get to the site after making you wait. Sure enough they call back shortly after and try to tell me I owed them $25 since someone had already been on their way. Total scammers.

Personally i like cafe rio better but costa vida has some great great food. Their chicken is definitely superior to cafe rios. That is the main reason why i would go here. It also feels like the healthier choice between the two. All in all i would go here regularly and i do love the food. Great service and my food is always warm and good. And they have drivethrus! Always a plus with 2 young kids
