Im always treated well and with respect when I go in for my appointments. I know that my Hearing aids are helping me a lot at work and in my life. I can hear everything said at meetings, on the work room floor and I can hear my co-workers conversations with me and others. Its great knowing whats going on. I feel twenty years younger. First, the FREE hearing test was exceptional because I was put at ease, made very comfortable, and felt I actually was important to Mike and his staff. Ive had hearing tests before, but they were never as thorough as the one at My Hearing Center.Mike explained all of the options of every hearing aid they offer, and was not a pushy nor a typical salesman to buy the most expensive hearing aids. I knew every detail of every hearing aid and made my decision freely.Upon purchasing my hearing aids and going in to adjust them, I was again set at ease, made to feel very important, valued, and the attention Mike gave to me was exceptional. I was SO nervous about adjusting my aids on my phone (Am NOT technically oriented) but he did it all and indeed, using the phone app was just as easy and simple as Mike promised.The office staff was/is very polite, patient, professional, and caring as well.Three steps out of the building, I was instantly amazed! I had not realized how much I have been missing. Imagine, all the time since buying my SUV, I actually thought the blinker was silent! Every day is an adventure!I was blessed to have a benefactor who bought the top line hearing aid My Hearing Centers offer. What a blessing! I had NO idea on earth how the technology of hearing aids have advanced! They are MAGNIFICANT, so very easy to operate, and work wonderfully in every way. Easy to use, I completely control them, and they are all but invisible. My sound on my TV use to be around 40 to 50. Now I put the sound at 10 to 13.Life at 74 is a brand new adventure! Mike Kofford is very professional and cares about each individual. I never have to wait a long time to see him. My hearing center has a very good follow up procedure that keeps my hearing aids in good condition but I can get an appointment whenever I need one quickly. Good product but not so good customer service after. American Fork hasnt returned my calls to make adjustments. Provo did but then hasnt followed up to fix my problems. Frustrating.
