This is the best dentist Ive ever been to, and my wife agrees. The staff are all great and friendly, but most of all Dr. Bott seems to genuinely enjoy being a dentist. Pretty much every other dentist Ive seen has recommended replacing fillings and getting crowns, but Dr. Bott will do everything he can before doing any kind of procedure. Hell try to explain whats happening and then recommend the cheapest option to taking care of it. Seriously Im blown away by how good our experience has been with him and the whole place, and I dont know if Ive ever recommended anyone or anything as highly as I recommend this dentist.

We have been so impressed with Dr Bott. He is a very good dentist, but also extremely compassionate.Tonight he stayed 2 hours after closing, on a Friday, to repair my sons front teeth, damaged in an accident. He was very thorough and concerned for my sonscomfort.

Dr Bott is so awesome! After re opening from Covid he was so busy but took extra time to help me with my unexpected dental issues. I give him 10 stars. Nicest guy!

My first experience at Willow Creek Dental was very pleasant. From the time I walked in, I was promptly taken care of. I had to be somewhere else right after my appointment and they made sure I was in and out very quickly. Tami was an awesome hygienist! Dr. Bott is hands down the greatest dentist I have ever been too. AND I can say that confidently. He is super honest and good at answering all my questions. He really took the time to explain each procedure to me. I have referred lots of friends to him and everyone has been so happy with their experience. He is the best!

I like this place. Theyre nice, efficient, have a good text-reminder system, and it feels comfortable. Its easy to ask questions and if youd rather not chat, theyve installed some ceiling TVs. Ive been going here for 4 or 5 years. If youre looking for a good dentist, Id recommend Dr. Bott.

If you are looking for an honest, kind, and gentle dentist who is also good with kids I highly recommend Dr. Bott. I had a rather deep cavity that he filled recently and I couldnt feel a thing. (Not even the shot) Im a huge baby when it comes to getting my teeth worked on but he was patient with me and is seriously one of the most gentle dentist Ive ever been too.

Ive been going to Dr. Botts office for six years and hes awesome. Always professional, does great work, and doesnt talk down to patients. I highly recommend him.

Dr. Bott is the best dentist I have ever had. He is honest and he only wants the best for his patients and it shows in his work. My kids never liked the dentist until we started going to Dr. Bott, he is very calming and gives the best shots, I can barely feel them! I always know what the procedure will entail and his office manager is always upfront with cost and I know exactly what I owe at each appointment.

Dr Bott is seriously the best dentist that I have been too. He is so patient with my children and they love going to the dentist because of him. He is very understanding and great at explaining where there are problem areas. Love his staff they are very gentle and explain my insurance benefits completely. We are moving out of state but you can bet we will still make the trip to Dr. Bott 2 times a year.

Dr. Bott is awesome. Ive had some tricky teeth problems and he always takes however much time it takes to get it done right. Also super personable and friendly. Dr. Bott and his staff are fantastic! They are professional, courteous, and very thorough. Best of all, you can watch Netflix while you get your teeth cleaned! I’ve had cleanings and a cavity filled. Great, pain-free experiences.

I love Dr.Bott, he is always attentive! He knows my name and also remembers where I work. He is always asking how my life is going and how work is. He is very personal. When I moved to Utah I was worried about finding a new dentist. The dentist I had before I had him for over 5 years. I can say Dr.Bott is better then my dentist back home.. :) when my time comes to leave Utah, in going to miss him as my dentist.

My son was having anxiety about going to a dentist. Dr. Botts was very kind, reassuring and gentle with him. He was honest, straight forward and informative about the condition of our teeth and what needed to be done. I was very concerned about the cost of our whole family getting the work we needed done as we did not have any dental insurance. But the family plan made it affordable for us allk to be treated ( 5 in our family). The office staff are warm and friendly, personable and knowledgeable. Makes going to the dentist a much less traumatizing experience 🤗🙄

I highly recommend Dr. Bott. He really cares about the long term health of my familys teeth. After my son knocked out three teeth skiing I immediately called Dr. Bott and he came in on a Saturday to put the teeth back in and stitch up his lip.

Went here based on other reviews and regret it now. Dentist was nice and seemed good, but I was left really sore. Apparently the root canal was not done properly. Its now only a few months latter and my tooth is hurting and infected again. On top of that their front desk / insurance biller doesnt know basics of insurance and demands that you pay now. They are supposed to bill insurance first then your insurance sends you a confirmation of what you owe (EOB). She argued with me and then charged me more than what they should have and still havent paid me back the credit. Wont be going back.

I cant say enough good about Dr. Bott and his staff! They make my kids feel like one in a million and their quality of care is above and beyond!
