My mom and I have gotten work some by both Steven and Martha and they are both AMAZING! They have gentle hands, fast techniques and theyre quite possibly the cleanist place Ive ever seen. 15/10 would recommend. Of my 5 pieces theyve done 4 and and I love each one more and more!

I came to this tattoo shop to get a double band on my forearm. Unfortunately the artist(Martha) helping me did a horrible job. The lines were not straight at all, it was not filled correctly and she had left multiple scars on my skin. She had sketched my skin using a pen and did not follow the lines at all. I had two sessions with her and the second time I came, I brought my own paper template to help her out. she did better the second time but the overall result was hideousAfter it had healed up I called back to get it retouched and hopefully corrected and the artist had been fired and they couldnt honor the retouches for free as promised.I went ahead and scheduled a time with Will who fixed it for nearly free, I only had to pay for the ink. I am glad the previous artist had left because I really didnt want her to touch my tattoo again. Will does do a good job with tattoos. I highly recommend himHere are the before and after pictures

So I only got a Second Lobe piercing and my sister got a flat but what a cool place!! The Employees were so sweet and super fun to talk to! Overall a great experience would recommend for anyone wanting a piercing

I’ve gotten a total of 5 piercings here and I won’t ever get any from anywhere else! Everyone that has done mine has been so nice and made me feel less scared and comfortable. They really know what they’re doing and weren’t over priced at all! $80 for my seconds AND cartilage and today I got my thirds for $40. I highly recommend getting any piercing here!!

I went here twice last week. First to get my daughters ears pierced, and second to get my nose repierced. My daughter is fairly young but wanted it done. She doesn’t do super well with random men, so I was a little unsure how it would go. To add to that - I told her it would be painful, but I don’t think she understood HOW much it would hurt. The piercer seemed pretty young and I was worried he wasn’t going to know how to engage with her warmly, but he did an excellent job. He was kind, respectful, and empathetic. With me, I was a little worried because I’ve had a double nostril piercing that’s already been done twice, but he got through the scar tissue without any issues and it looks great! This place is budget-friendly (without sacrificing safety or quality) and we’ll definitely be back for future piercings. Thanks!

Was searching for a shop for over a year. Decided to stop and check this place out and I was amazed on how clean it was. Will did my first tattoo and watching him set up I almost thought I was going in for surgery. Yes they make sure everything is clean. He did an amazing job Im so happy. I took my baby in to get her ears pierced and the employees were extremely professional. They offered to let me watch them set up the room and sanitize everything so I could rest assured it was very sanitary. Will did the piercing and he was outstanding! Caden got us all our paperwork and helped the process move smoothly. I’d recommend to everyone!!

My son got his lobes pierced here. It is very clean. They were also able to accommodate us quickly. Kayden was super kind and made my son feel at peace and comfortable. He said he does free touch ups on his tattoos for life. We will be back.

Got my ear pierced when the shop opened today, and it was an awesome experience. Quick, thorough, super clean, great prices ($40 for a set of lobes, plus tip - way cheaper than Ive been able to find anywhere else), just a fantastic place and great experience all around. We had an appointment at 1, place says it opens at 12. The signs says open but doors were locked and they wouldnt answer the phone. Really sad we couldnt even go in or talk to anyone about what was going on.

I got a tattoo done by Martha about 2 weeks ago. She drew up a really cool design for me and I got it tattooed the next day. The tattoo healed beautifully and I love it so much! The shop is very clean and welcoming, and the people there are so sweet and accomidating. I cant wait to come back to get my next tattoo/piercing!

They accepted walk in piercings, super clean workspace. The poor guy working was alone but we had to wait an hour and a half to get our piercings, another person called before us and he took the job which was annoying. When we finally got in there the guy was super nice, only my mom and sister got piercings, and I am strongly considering going back for a bellybutton.

Just had an awesome experience at Living Canvas. The guy at the counter was super knowledgeable and friendly about the various meanings the symbol I was getting meant, and Martha paid attention to detail and resized the drawing I brought in, no problem. The guy eventually gave me a sheet of paper that he had taken the time to write a diagram of the mythological underpinnings of my tattoo while I was under the needle. Really nice of him, going above and beyond. Anyway, thanks Living Canvas and Martha for welcoming me in on such short notice and doing such a great job.

Horrible service. Came in for a cover-up tattoo that the owner James did a year ago that looks horrible. I live out of state & and was in town last week. I went into the shop to ask if they could touch up/cover up & Kayden looked at it and apologized for the shawty work he stated he doesnt usually work on Sundays but he would come in and do the cover up for me.. James was not around. He showed me his work that he had done previously and we decided on a plan & made the appointment for a couple days later. I was VERY excited to get this completed and fixed and not be embarrassed anymore. Kayden texted me and said he cant get into the shop the keys not working he would keep me updated. He had called his co-workers and was trying to get the other key. it was still 2 hours before my appointment. He never showed up! I waited for 30 minutes at the shop... I texted him and called him and no response.. called the number on the shop door and voicemail is full. I rearranged my whole day to have this done. Very disappointed! I do not recommend the shop to anyone!!!!!you would think that they would follow through if they want to run a good business, but obviously they dont care: ( I was surprised because Kayden had really good reviews.

I went in to get my daith done. I was a little anxious, but the guys there were great!!!!! Everything went great. Although it hurt it was not as painful as I thought. Additionally, the guys talked to me and kept my mind off things. Will did a great job and I highly recommend them.

HORRIBLE SERVICE!!!!!! I made a tattoo appointment ahead of time and paid my deposit. I watched Will write down our appointment in their calendar book. The day of my appointment I showed up ON TIME and the doors are locked and the lights are off. I’ve tried calling the shop several times, calling, and texting Will and no answer. Waited for over 30 minutes for some to show up and nobody came or returned any of my calls.

I have not personally gotten a tattoo here. But I have attended many friends getting tattoos and piercings. The staff is always knowledgeable and fair priced. They are accurate with there work, and they care about your designs. I would recommend.

We needed to do a jewelry exchange because my 16 year old pierced her own lip, and had nothing appropriate to put in it, especially with the swelling she had. First, it is awesome they only charge about $5! Second, Kayden was professional and relatable. Very clean, also.Would recommend going there for piercings!

I came in to get my daughters ear pierced, and Steven was super helpful! He was so good with my daughter and made what I thought would be a really unpleasant experience a positive for her, she feels a lot braver now! He also fixed my Daith piercing, I got it done a while ago and it wasnt working, it was constantly infected, and he pointed out that it was too far back and re pierced it in the right place for me- I felt INSTANT relief, I will definitely be coming back to him! The shop is super clean, and I really appreciate their preparation! I really like that they give you jewelry that will help your piercing heal better!

I walked in with my request a month in advance and never got anything drawn up despite several promises of having something before the deadline, and was cussed out when politely asking for an update. Customer service is a major part of owning a business. 2 stars instead of one because this new owners work did look promising.

Living canvas was super clean and the employees made the store feel comfortable and professional, overall I was very impressed. Looking at the pictures it seems like you can get a great tattoo here. I came in for a simple ring tattoo, really just a straight line, mine definitely did not turn out great. They do offer lifetime touch ups, but I’m afraid to go in again if my tattoo would end up just as bad again or worse.

Spur of the moment decided to get my ears pierced. They had already been pierced before but had closed up. Will did a great job, even having a lot of scar tissue from previous piercings.

I got my earlobe pierced and it was a fantastic experience. The customer service was fantastic and the staff was super nice. The facility was clean and the piercing went really smoothly. The only incomvienant part was the parking.

I go here quite frequently. I love the people here. The shop is such an amazing and calming environment. They also do amazing work. I have gotten 3 tattoos there so far, and I plan on getting many more there. Steven has done all of my tattoos so far, but i am going to have James finish a half sleeve that I have had for a few years from another shop. They really care about their customers. I would definitely reccomend going here.

Kira gave me the most beautiful tattoo. She took an outline from a motorcycle I had done a few years ago, and turned it into something really incredible. She was fast, yet detailed, and the result is something I’ll love forever. She’s also super kind and easy to hang with for a few hours! Her books close super quick, so get in for a consultation with her because she’s damn good at her job. XO

James fixed my first tattoo that looked so awful. Now I love it. Its what I wanted it to look like and he added a beautiful realistic bee. I always get compliments on this tattoo. I have never smelled marijuana or alcohol in this shop. Good customer service!

Decided to get a tattoo while I was visiting family, Steven was a really great artist, he did a beautiful Cross and rosary, I really appreciated his attention to detail. Very friendly, very clean, The price was amazingly good! If Im in Utah again, I will be coming to him for all my tattoos!

Horrible service. James is amazing but ever since he opened his shop in Florida the shop has gone to hell. The people there are rude. I payed about 40 dollars to have my spot held for two tattoos but when we got there me and my family waited 2 hours! We decided to leave and I never got my money back. Definitely not going back.

Went to Savage Ink a week ago Friday . I had something dear to my heart in mind. The ease of appointments was great and worked well with my schedule. The artist that did my awesome tattoo was Ryan Crown. He did a beautiful job creating my infinity symbol with my kids names along the lines. Its my sixth tattoo and by far my favorite he did some drop shadowing that really made the names pop which is exactly what I wanted. The pricing was great and if your looking for some fabulous ink ask for Ryan Crown!!!!

Ive been friends with James ever since he started tattooing me. I dont go to any other artist especially in Utah County, hes friendly, charges the best in the valley for what you get, and not to mention if youre a loyal customer he doesnt let it go unnoticed. His line work is the cleanest, his work ethic is amazing, his application of the ink is the softest and the healthiest to your skin because of how of the way he does his thing, and his color work is the brightest and heals the best. My daughters nose piercing came out during her sleep and because it was a corkscrew stud she could not get it back in. We went here for assistance putting it back in and we were told it had already closed and needed to be re pierced. This cost an additional $40.00 when right before we arrived here my daughter was able to get an earing all the way thru the piercing. After they supposedly re-pierced her nose my daughter told me she did not feel the needle re-pierce any of her tissue. They were friendly to us but unfortunately i feel like we were taken advantage of

Ryan was my artist and he gave me the sickest tattoo I have ever had. He is a perfectionist, we were almost done and he noticed a couple of outlines that he wanted darker, to make sure that they healed properly. He also told me to come in anytime for a free touch up. We are already looking at the next couple of tats. I recommend him to anyone who wants to work with an artist that will bring your idea to life on your skin.

My girlfriend came in to get very meaningful tattoos done and everyone there was high, drinking alcohol and smoking marijuana...everyone there is unprofessional...you cant go an hour without getting high and drunk to do a 15 minute tattoo? This place is a joke. I feel bad for anyone that goes there. And when you need your tattoo touched up or fixed they block you and ignore all your messages. The Owner should not run this shop he cant even help his clients hes to worried about moving into his house and going on trips. NO ONE GO HERE. most unprofessional disgusting place Ive ever seen. And all theyre tattoo rooms look like old run down apartments that a hobo just got kicked out of. Theres garbage and disgusting stuff everywhere. I do not recommend this awful shop to anyone. If you have common sense DO NOT GO HERE

He made me feel super comfortable and is fun to talk with. He did an amazing job and I am definitely going back to him for my next tattoo. The shop is very bright and clean.

I came here to get my nose re-pierced after having brought my daughter in the past to get her ears pierced. The piercer was so kind and gentle with her and I am happy to say that I wasnt treated any differently. The piercing was done in 10 seconds with no complications. Ive had my nose repierced 3 times now by different individuals. Hands down, Savage Ink was the best experience of the 3! Ill save myself the trouble and go there first in the future.

We booked an appointment for my husband to get his 1st tattoo. It was to be a matching memorial tat to mine in honor of our son who passed away 7yrs ago. Our artists previous client showed up with a much larger tat than expected, so Mat said he felt comfortable in doing it for us. Not only did he not listen to us but he BUTCHERED my husbands Tat. The lines are too thick, deep and you cant even tell what a big portion of it is. We are extremely disappointed and later found out that our artist didnt even go through a proper apprenticeship. Needles to say, he will be going to a different shop next week to have a cover-up done.
