Brittney was amazing!! Our situation was a little tricky, and I had about a million questions, but she was always so kind and patient in helping me. We were just at the finish line when some documents didn’t get signed (my fault), and she was helping me on a Friday night at 10pm to make sure we got it in for the low rate. I usually called yearly to get my 1099 from a manager. Unfortunately, this time the manager is not back till later of the week. Getting a loan does take a bunch of time, in total we spent about 4 hours, however it was a pleasant experience. Ashley helped us and she was amazing. I stop by the American Fork branch and was greeted very warmly by Aline. I was very impressed by her professionalism and friendliness. I have never had a bad experience at Utah first credit Union and would recommend them for any auto loan needs.

My call was answered by very friendly customer service agent. Made sure to verify my identity (which I really appreciate). I was able to fully express my issue. My agent made sure they had all the details. Unfortunately it required higher approval. Was placed on a brief hold, when they returned, answer were clear and precise wich lead to a quick resolution.

Visa fraud contacted me the day before our vacation cancelling my card Both Rebecca and Lidia were very helpful in getting me taken care of. I got one involved and probably should have waited longer, but I panicked and called again and was connected to the other gal. My review is especially for my loan officer, Spencer Epperson. I was completely defeated. I was a newly-divorced, single mom with a credit score that circled the drain. I have had a real tough time with my bank I’ve tried to start my own business and ask for any help or direction they could help me with because I’m trying to fix my credit but they would just help me they even told me to go to a different bank and close my account and I said won’t that effect my bad credit even more so I went to another bank that has been so helpful with everything that’s the kind of people that helps people isn’t that what it’s about is helping some one in need but they don’t think like that it’s money even though I have had so many fraud things taken out of my account that I’ll never see the money again they did not even help me get my money back but on the good side most of the employees are very nice and polite maybe I should just close my account they have not been much help I’m sure they are to rich clients
