I have used White Canyon software for years. Ive purchased several of their products but most recently Media Wiper, developed specifically for external media such as thumb drives. Originally I purchased this while running Windows 7, shortly after I installed Windows 10 on the same computer and because I purchased it digitally and downloaded it I was unable to install it into 10. I was able to copy the application onto 10, but when I try to open the application it asks for my activation code. I contacted WC customer service and was informed they no offer activations online. So when I need to wipe a drive I am relegated to logging out of 10, logging into 7, and while wiping the drive am unable to work on 10 where most if not all of my work is. I will never buy any of their products again.Reply to owner.:Great I can buy another piece of software that you will no longer support! No thanks, Theres plenty of software out there that dont discontinue. Ill go elsewhere.

WhiteCanyon Software came out and was really good. We just purchased a new house that had in-home wired networking. He quickly identified the network cables for each of the rooms and had our internet working in no time. His price was also very reasonable.

Horrible experience. Tried to run the program 3 times and the instructions were right justified on the screen so half of the instructions and buttons to proceed were not in view. The only help you get is an on-line chat, which took over 30 minutes, still to no resolution. Find a product that if you have an issue, you can speak to a human being. My guess is that if you could speak to someone directly, have them visualize and access your computer, you could resolve the issue in 5 minutes. I asked for my money back.

Worked great on erasing my computer. Erased all the data on my computer. Simple software to delete my data. Great tool to wipe my desktop. Awesome WipeDrive. Erased everything. Love it! Got rid of all my data. Quick and easy to use. Best computer wipe tool I found.

After a very near hacking scare, I contacted WhiteCanyon Software and am very pleased I did so. Within 24 hours from my phone call Maui made a house call. He cleaned up my computer and secured it. He also took care of all of my other computers. For friendly, efficient and speedy assistance I highly recommend this company.

The software is okay but they never do update, the release new versions which you are required to but if you want any updates. I also called customer support and they are pretty much useless.

My house had been poorly wired, and so I asked Maui to come sort it out for me. A few hours later and every room was properly terminated, the mystery cables had been identified, and we had the whole network back up and running better than ever before.

Wipe drive is the best and easiest to use hard drive cleaner that I have used. I would recommend to a friend.

Software works great but the cost is way to much for the average person to afford, i stopped using for that reason, i bought over 100 wipes you figure you would have something like buy 10 get at least 1 free....

WhiteCanyon Software were incredible to work with. I called on a Sunday and he was at my house the next day to help configure two new Ubiquiti WAPs and an EdgeRouter. He was prompt, knowledgeable and helped answer a series of questions all for a very reasonable price. I would definitely recommend WhiteCanyon Software will use them again in the future.

Great software! We use it for all of our clients to wipe a hard drive and ensure everything has been cleaned up. Support is amazing as well, for the 3-4 times Ive called them for assistance, its been promptly addressed and taken care of. Highly recommend this product!

This was a total waste. I wanted to donate a computer but the program did not work. On had error messages. Support not responsive. I will figure something else out.
