I called in to get a quote on cleaning my upholstery. I was informed that Kelly no longer does upholstery cleaning right now because of an injury. I understand. That’s fine. I Asked if they could kindly give me a recommendation of somebody else to use in the valley. She had no desire to help me out with giving me a referral to someone else. She was very short and then hung up on me. I definitely will never be using them. I am in sales as well and I have competition. If I’m unable to help a customer out I still give them a good recommendation to a competitor who may be more suited to help them. Bottom line… is you want the customer taken care of even if you aren’t the best option.

Kelly is amazing! We have used him multiple times. He always gets the odors and stains out of our carpet...from pet pee to kid vomit. He even gives you tips on getting stains and odors out yourself. Once we had a vomit situation the day before we had to leave for vacation. He was fully booked the following day but came extra early to clean it up before we had to leave. He’s always on time. If they don’t answer when I call, they call me back super fast. This week he made our couches look brand new! He’s our guy, and we recommend him to everyone.

I had my living room carpet cleaned today and Kelly arrived right on time. He was done within an hour and my carpet was actually a shade brighter, it was beautiful! Kelley came and cleaned my basement carpet, stairs, two rugs and an upholstered chair. He was able to get out a dry erase marker from the chair and gum from my wool rug. I would highly recommend Kelley to anyone! He was very reasonably priced too. I expected to pay more but was surprised by the affordability.

The only reason Im giving this company 3 stars is because my tile got scratched. The man who came was very pleasant to talk with, and worked really hard on cleaning my very dirty microfiber couch and recliner. Im just really disappointed in the damage done to my floors, and that there wasnt an effort to make it right.
