Wanted a smaller business that would take better care of my car and care about the end result. Cook definitely came through and did so much for my car thanks again!

Oh boy, where do I start. Well, like most of the other negative reviews, I was dazzled by how he claimed he could make my car look perfect. His price was fair, so I took the plunge. Big. Mistake. I dropped of my RX7 which needed some serious paint correction with the promise of a “mirror” finish. He came to my work to look at the car prior to me leaving it with him, and had no issues with the condition of the paint. Promised me this and guaranteed me that. Being a business owner myself, I was pleased with what we agreed on. I dropped the car off at 5:30pm Friday with an agreed pickup time of 2pm on Saturday. At one point, he texted me and told me my paint was worse than he thought and it would be a miracle to get it done by 2pm, but never asked me to keep the car longer. I wrote him at 1pm to let him know I would be there at 3pm to pickup the car, and his response was, “I’m almost done anyways”. The photos he sent, make the car look great. Great, however, it was not. I picked the car up parked under a tarp style canopy with no lighting aside from the overcast sunlight, so of course, it looked fine. I paid his wife $300(we agreed on $250) and was on my way. It wasn’t until I got home under LED lighting that I could see THE ENTIRE CAR was riddled with swirl marks. It’s terrible. The worst paint correction I’ve ever received. I’ve gotten 5 black cars done before and ALL of them were night and day better with proper paint correction. When I was contacted by Danny(at midnight)asking for more work, I simply said, “there’s room for improvement with my paint” and sent some photos. His response, was as bad as his work. He attacked me personally(I have proof) and told me he didn’t have enough time, blah blah. If he didn’t have enough time, then why send a car out, with your name on it, in such shape? After my response to his text, he told me to “go to hell” and then threatened me. If you’d like to see any of this, feel free to contact me via google and I’ll send him the proof. I look forward to his response. I’m sure by looking at previous responses, it’ll be my fault and some ailment will have hindered him from his promise.

I hired Danny Cook to do a ceramic coating on my new vehicle based on his high Google Review rating. After application it became clear the product didnt perform as it was supposed to. In talking with Mr. Cook, it turned out he used a product he hadnt had much experience with and apologized. He agreed to reapply a proven product however after many delays and failures to return my call he agreed to come out and reapply the different product IF I paid him for the product AND his travel time AND 1/2 of the total in advance. Then he tells me for the first time his work had failed because I hadnt brought the vehicle to him and so it wasnt temperature controlled. Whey didnt he tell me this before I spent $600? Why was he willing to do it the same way again? I refused his further work .

I contacted Danny, based on a referral, to have a ceramic coat put on my new Tesla. I had a great experience with Danny and Josh. They are very detailed in what they do, and I am very happy with how the car turned out. I would definitely take another car back to them and have them work on it.

NOT PROFESSIONAL! Scheduled a job with them just for them to be a NO SHOW! Excuses after excuses were made. They are not reliable and will not do what you ask or need! Good luck contacting them you’ll be ignored or blocked. I’d give a big fat 0 if I could!They claim we aren’t “customers”... we sure wanted to be but definitely won’t after the way we were treated.Just read their responses to the negative reviews. Definitely not a company I’ll be working with. Think twice before contacting this company!

By far the most pathetic company I have ever dealt with. Scheduled a job a week in advance and they gave me a price that we both agreed upon. They followed but 3 days before (was nice) then I Followed up the day before, no response. Followed up the morning of, no response. After calling multiple times and texting I got a text reply about how the money wasnt enough. So i told him i would pay more because we really needed the job done today and he said he would head over. 10 hours later they are still not here and are giving excuses such as 1. supposedly had something that was personal that was more important, flat tire, wanting to come after rush hour, and now no response. Oh and also he asked for $50 a few days previous because he was stuck in Wendover. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!Update: got threats, and yes we were trying to be but you never showed up so yes cant be a customer if you guys cant do what your business says you do.Update: Thank you for your response. Feel free to reach out if you would like to make things right.

My car was older and peeling. They were able to make it look fresh again. I am very happy with the results and the cost was cheaper than other quotes I received.

The best way I can think to describe the service that I received is disappointing. First, I was quoted at $600 to do a paint correction and ceramic coating on my truck, the was asked for another $100 to fix a dent that looks exactly the same as when I dropped my truck off, if not worse. No paint correction was done, there were still little dings throughout the vehicle. Second, I was told that it would take 6-8 hours to complete the truck; it took 2 days and the job was not complete. Lastly, after leaving his house and looking closer at my truck, I found all of the little blemishes that I had thought he would fix. I tried contacting him to fix it in which I was told to go to hell and my number was blocked, even though he told me that the work came with a 7 year warranty. To say I am frustrated is an understatement. I would not recommend his work to anyone simply because he is one of the least professional people I have dealt with in my life. 0 out of 5 stars if I could.

He did an amazing job on my WRX! He repainted the hood scoop and fixed a rust spot on the rear passenger door and did an amazing job. He is also a super nice guy! Thank you soo much!

Well I can tell you right now he doesnt have the most professional shop but the quality of his work is unsurpassed

I had Danny do some work on my truck a couple months ago. The experience was frustrating to say the least. Communication was bad and the finished product was not what I was told it would be. I had to have additional work done and have yet to confirm if the problem was fixed. I sent multiple messages that went unanswered and asked multiple times for a receipt and warranty information and never got either. I had about 10 people that wanted work done on their vehicles and I could not give a recommendation. I feel my money would have been better spent elsewhere.

Had my car ceramic coated and it made such a difference...was very pleased with the job and would recommend to anyone who cherish their car. What a shine!!!

Danny completely crushed it on 3 of our cars! 2 of them are black and were in pretty bad shape. Now they look like glass! Couldnt be happier, its like driving a new car!
