Had to do the body work twice and got my car back in unsafe conditions. The mangers told me my front end problem was my tires which is wear my damage was done.I took it to another mechanic shop and found the problem .never was it my tires!!!! My vehicle had never been in an accident and run like a charm before this its a Toyota.Caliber told me they were done and did not do their job even though they got paid..They wasted my time for a month and loss of work i had to take off...Now i have to start over again to get it fixed right and safe...definitely not here..

They made the experience of an unfortunate accident into a smooth and seamless fix. Id never been here before and decided to use their shop/services to repair my vehicle. I was updated frequently once the repairs started. Their estimates are very accurate, and there is no back and forth on pricing. I will definitely be using them again if something unfortunate happens to my car again.

I hate to write this review.... But they did a fantastic job, having a white car with Pearl like flakes in it makes it difficult to match, and after driving it for a week it makes me realize how much I missed my car, still have a flake of the window to help me remember. But they did such a good job I might forget.

They did a fender bender repair about two years ago. One panel started to peel. They looked it over and redid the work, free of charge, as per their awesome quality guarantee. Manny was easy to work with. They completed the work on time and with quality workmanship. They even vacuumed out my Expedition and washed it. (That was almost embarrassing because I left it in an awful state, not realizing they would do that.) I highly recommend this repair shop!

Daniel Luke was amazing. He kept me updated throughout the whole repair process. when I had questions or needed anything from him he was very prompt and responding to me and getting me what I needed. They did a great job on the repairs the Van looked like it was new from factory. Im very happy with all the serviced I received and highly recommend using them. this was my fist time using them and Ill take all my vehicles to only them from now on.

This Caliber Collision is awesome! Employees are all kind and courteous and work hard to make you a happy customer. Manny was quick to notice what was causing my car door problem, got the part in quickly to fix it, and had me back on the road with a working door in no time. I am so grateful for their help as I was from out of town and was worried about not having a working passenger door until I got back home.

We had someone back into our van in a parking lot. Our insurance company suggested this place and I can see why. From the moment I walked in I was greeted and they were ready for me. My 4Runner was hit in a parking lot and I had some minor, but aesthetic damage to my vehicle or so I thought. The employees were easy to work with and kept me updated on every step and progression with my vehicle. I ended up needing a sensor replaced as well as the cosmetic damage. They completed the work earlier than promised. They worked well with my insurance company as well. It is a pain to have to have a vehicle in the “shop” but they made it as painless and quick as possible while doing great work.

Went here after my wife’s car was hit in a parking lot. They came and did the walk through inspection with me and highlighted everything. They were very knowledgeable, polite, but best of all honest. I asked how long, the gentleman I worked with said with Covid-19 issues 1-2 weeks. They texted me throughout the entire process, and when the car was completed I got a call from the gentleman saying it was done; nice touch that it wasn’t an auto generated call but a real human being. Car was ready in 4 days, they were only $39 over the quote. We went to pick it up and we couldn’t tell where we had been hit and what had been patched. 5/5 definitely recommend!

I came to Caliber after my car had been backed into by a boat and it seriously looks like nothing has happened to my car!! If youre lucky enough to wrap your beloved mid-life crisis car around the bumper of a trailer made of 4 ft. thick iron (allegedly) and you need that car restored to mint condition, you need to get Caliber Collision in American Fork STAT! From the minute I spoke to Dan Luke, I knew I was in excellent hands. Dan took the time to explain to me what it was going to take to fix my car, the timeline, and how it would go. He was excellent at communication throughout the entire process and Calibers text service meant never once did I have to call for an update.The finished product more than exceeded my expectations. It is flawless and looks absolutely beautiful. I cant say enough good about Caliber, Dan, and Manny. With all apologies to Brigham Young, this is the place...for restoring your car after an accident.

I was clipped by someone who wanted to keep the accident off of insurance and wanted to pay cash for the repairs. (I did have all the information if needed just in case) Caliber collision worked with me to get the repairs done while I worked with the person who ran into me. I was able to get my vehicle back quickly and close to the original estimate that was given which made the inconvenience as convenient as couldve been expected

My daughters car was involved in a traffic accident. We got a quote at Caliber Collision and decided to get it fixed there. Caliber took great care of us and got the car back quicker than promised. The repair job was great and the car came back to us cleaner than when we dropped it off.

I used them when my daughter backed into a neighbors car. They were very kind, thorough and professional. They made a tough situation not as frustrating as it could have been. Joe was great and I would definitely use them again, but hopefully not any time soon.

I have used Caliber Collision a few times for body repair and paint on my vehicles. Every time I have been completely satisfied with their expert work. Each time, my vehicle has been completed before the scheduled finish date. The paint matches perfectly. I have had other parts of the vehicle that I needed touched up with scrapes or dents and they have fixed them for free. Manny and the other guys there are great! The shop is clean with amenities and enterprise Rent-A-Car is right there inside their lobby. I wouldn’t use any other autobody shop.

Though my repair needs weren’t too big, he was able to get the part that I needed, repair it, and have my car very nicely cleaned within just a few days. He told me what day he thought he’d get it done but warned me that it might take a little longer. He and his team completed it on that exact day and helped me get all the paperwork completed quickly so I could take my car home! They also kept me informed along the way- I never questioned if it was just sitting in the lot or actually being worked on because there were daily updates!

At first went here to get some cosmetic repair done but went back and had our AC fixed as well. He already had someone else look at our broken AC and Clint got us a cheaper quote. Someone gave us a ride home for free after we dropped our car off. They also replaced another part that was needed for free despite being $100. They also dropped our car off for free when we had driven down to get it but needed more time since they had found another problem. They also advised us on other fixes to have done and not to leave on our trip until they were addressed. Clint and the team are awesome! Message us during the repair time for updates. Place is bad. The adjuster didnt want to fix my truck. The moonroof has a small leak and I want to fix it before it gets bad. They wouldnt give me a quote, said they cant fix it well enough. What kind of body shop is that? I didnt tell the guy but I used to do autobody and am a icar certified tech. Glad I am not using them if this was to hard for them to do. Go someplace else.

We were extremely pleased with the service, communication and quality of work on our Lexus repair from Manny and Caliber Collision. We were paying out of pocket for our vehicle repairs and received estimates from 3 different auto body shops. We decided to go with Caliber since their estimate was just slightly less than the others and Manny was helpful with answering questions about the repairs and costs. I knew there could be some fluctuation in the final costs of repairs, but I was pleasantly surprised when Manny called to let me know that the repairs were actually going to be less than estimated. My car was also repaired very quickly and the quality of the repair was fantastic. I also appreciate the interior and exterior cleaning of my car before I picked it up. The office staff was extremely rude to my daughter when she asked if someone was supposed come out and review the needed repairs. Instead of assisting her, she was chewed out for not not having a mask on while standing at the door. So she left in her rental. Then we get a call asking why she left without inspecting the repairs.

They were great with communication of how I wanted to receive updates. They sent texts every few days on the update of my vehicle and got it done a week faster than expected. They also have a rental car station there to where I was able to pick up and drop off the rental at the same place.

I have had to take my truck back twice in to get things done correctly. I was doing front brakes and noticed things still aren’t done right. Several things are still crooked and aren’t even attached. Then here is the big deal. They forgot to put a simple $2 clip on my transmission fluid line that left me stranded in Wyoming on a Sunday night. I had to get towed to the nearest town and luckily their was a mechanic there that helped me get home.
