(My cousin)I was going for a more detailed design and at first one of the guys said he was able to do it. Then changed his mind, so I had to change my mind on what I wanted. While he was doing my nails he has cut me twice and it’s been 5 mins after and it still hurts very bad. And he also told me it was going to be 40$ then proceed to up the price when nothing has changed.(another cousin) she has showed what she wanted then he kept assuming the colors even after she said no it’s this color. Then got mad at her then told her to pick her own color.

Some of my nails are square like I asked some are coffin shaped they are not all evenly filed some are more pointed on one side the color is right the tips are all you shaped instead of flat squared like I asked

Unexperienced, they’ve cut my finger twice, two different people. had to walk out because i didn’t trust them finishing. don’t recommend, at all

Great experience! Got a pedicure, my first since 2016. The nice lady who helped me was quick, efficient and gentle with my horrendous feet. Im gonna have to come back with my wife next time she has her nails done!

I thoroughly enjoyed going here love my nails and there were very nice and professional very clean definitely recommend it was more than I expected to pay but still worth it.

Always when you go to pay and hand them the money a lady runs up and screams more tip. I gave them 20 and she screamed i need more tip. I had spent already 200 there and they have raised there prices. So even though i was reaching for more i stopped and told her no. I will not be returning. My mom had the same experiance a few weeks before. I was very disappointed

One of a few manicure shops that is open during Covid. Seating outside enforcing social distancing and everyone is wearing masks.The staff and quality of work is absolutely fabulous! You are in & out, in under an hour. Extremely clean, well appointed and every nail color you could possibly imagine.The staff is professional, kind and lovely.I would highly recommend this shop.

I’ve been here before and been happy....but went to get a standard nail fill and a standard pedicure no gel on toes. They charged me $75 .. seems like an awful lot.. considering they didn’t even get the callous off my heels and the now that I’m out in the day light you can see that the acrylic on my nails is lumpy. its sad :( feels like their overcharging :(

I tried this place out a few times before I wrote my review. Salons can be tricky to review because your experience can be different each time you go. You may get someone whos great and does an amazing job and then go again and get someone who does the opposite. So far this place has been good each time. Its clean, decent customer service, and the gels lasts. I usually walk in and they usually just fit me in. Tina, who helped me on several occasions, is friendly and quirky. Its good for I come in for.

I am not a huge fan of pedis or manicures, but this place has you covered. The massage was pretty good, I got my toes and my nails done simultaneously (my seat allowed this, and it was just regular nail polish on both)My mom in law likes this thing that is some form of powdered calcium, she swears is the most durable -not acrylic- manicure you can get. And they can refill it as your nails grow.

I like this nail salon a lot! I came in town to visit family and found this amazing nail salon. What a hidden gem! The people here are incredible, they were really welcoming! They have a adorable mascot dog name Lucky which is so refreshing because I love to dogs! He is a perfect asset to this place. I love the fact that they were very careful and gentle. Such a great team- from the moment I stepped in to the salon. Such a friendly environment. They were extremely busy, but I didnt mind the wait! Well-worth it, plus it was the holidays. I found myself falling asleep during my pedicure. Love the wax mask for my feet! The pedicure service was great and reasonably priced! They were very accommodating and helpful. Their equipment is new and sterilized after very use and that made me feel very safe. Techs are very friendly. They all kind of smile back when they caught me looking. It was very easy for me to tell the tech my requests. My nails turned out stunning as they were using good quality products and beautiful colors. Highly recommended!

My wife talked me into having a pedicure for the first time in a long time. They were very good and made feel like I made a good choice.

First time at this new nail spot. We usually go to the overpriced spa in Napa. I am so glad we found this hidden gem on the way to Napa. The price is great for the services. I really like the options of different packages too. I cant say enough good things about the quality of the services here. Had a manicure and pedicure done here. I like how great everything looks. They use top quality products and take their time on services. Best of all, staff is so friendly and accommodating. Ill definitely be coming back when we visit!! I cant say enough about how wonderful Perfect Nails Spa is! The salon is clean and spacious and they sterilize their tools right in front of you and they give you the nail file they used on you if you want it - otherwise they throw it away. They are perfectionists and extremely talented.

My favorite place to get my pedi. They take walk-ins but I recommend calling at least a half hour ahead. Clean! Autoclaved instruments, new files and feet scrapers and a cute dog named Lucky.

Horrible service. The people rush their work. The woman who serviced me was taking short cuts and was talking on the phone while working on me. She was very rude and I could see she was talking about me to her coworker. The place looks dirty and not relaxing at all. I dont recommend this place.

If I could give 0 stars , I would. Okay so I always get THE SAME NAILS , AND WHAT?? THIS GIRL TRYING TO CHARGE ME 30 BECAUSE ITS DIFFERENT SHAPE?? UM EXCUSE ME ?? ALSO SHE TRIED TO CHARGE MY DEAR FRIENDS EXTRA FOR NO REASON. ALSO A WHILE BACK THEY CUT MY FRIEND WITH THE ELECTRIL FILE AND SHE BLED. DO NOT GO TO THIS SPA, DONT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY THANK YOU .

THEY WERE MAKING MY FRIEND PAY MORE ($35) BECAUSE SUPPOSEDLY THE MATTE COST MORE BUT SHE GOT THEM FOR $25 BEFORE. AND THEY DO THEM SO UNEVEN AND CROOKED.

I got shellac here. Within three days it started peeling. I gave them the benefit of the doubt and tried them again and this time my $30 shellac peeled off in two days. WORST MANICURE
