It took a week for them to even diagnose my car, when they did, they told me i had an ecu issue, I provided my own then once they told me the car was having the same issue i waited until they actually found the issue which was the fuel pump (something i stated was probable in the beginning) they replaced it without my consent and after a month long wait in total I finally got my car back in total i spent 250 for labor 550 for a new ecu (they were going to charge me 800) and 350 for a fuel pump (which was used so i was overcharged significantly) if you value your time and money dont come here also i put my old ecu in to see if it would work because i knew they were lying and it worked when i came to pickup my car they said it was the ecu and the fuel pump. Downright dishonesty

My experience was so good I had to leave a good review on every platform. Long story short I was having car problems that turned my life upside down.. I was blessed to come across Ramirez Auto as he guided me through every step and explained everything to me for me to understand. Cheapest estimate by far for a broken alternator. Most places wanted way more. Owner is chill. They even changed some belts for free. Work was done in 2 hours. All in all if youre in a jam and need a quick fix for a reasonable price look no further. I highly recommend them.

These guys are so amazing. My ignition switch locked up and I couldnt get ahold of anyone. Mr. Ramirez picked up immediately and said he was super busy, he somehow managed to get my part and fix my car in less then 2 days.
