In two days, Ive gotten five (seven, now, since I wrote 30-minutes ago) telemarketing calls from Woodbridge Windows. --and I already own Woodbridge Windows (--they should have records of that, too!) I told each the situation, and was told each time, that Id be removed from the list. Do they not have a system of callers whove rejected their offers? . . . And Ive gotten an additional 2-3 calls in the last week or two.When I moved into this house, it already had Woodridge Windows, some were in need of repair, then. As time went on, more were falling apart, too. Door-to-door marketers promised to send help. Calling their toll-free phone-number, I requested help. Months later, they called back. Each time, I was promised help. More months later, when help came, the two sent, didnt have the proper simple tools or tiny attachment --even though I had described the same problem for each window. A month later, a fellow came, and repaired it. He was really nice! --we had a nice conversation. I gave him two books.The windows are designed and engineered NOT to be used often. I open and close my windows to let fresh air in my house. Apparently, that is too rough of treatment for Woodbridge products. Before I opened them the first time, I noticed major dust had collected in their not-to-tight design. (I had windows in my house growing that were better designed, --back in the early 60s.

I highly recommend NOT even asking Woodbridge for a quote on services. We reached out a couple years ago for siding. They gave us a quote of almost double what I even paid for my house! Tried to tell me that I was basically going to get a whole new house with their siding. Passed on their offer.Fast forward to the last couple months. Theyve been calling me multiple times a day (I mean at least 5 times usually unless I answer). Caller ID always says spam and not Woodbridge. Tried to tell me that I asked for window quotes a while back (again it was siding). Ive told at least 4 people that Im not interested and to quit calling me. Still just got 2 calls within an hour and a half of each other today.Dont call Woodbridge unless you want to be harrassed.

I called them to inquire about their windows back a few years ago. Since then I have been receiving calls from them (at least 2 per month) even though I no longer need windows and have told them so many times. They keep claiming we will take you off the list... but dozens of phone calls later still AND spam blocking their numbers does not stop them. I suggest never contacting this company over the phone and never giving them your phone number unless you want just another telemarketer calling you constantly.

We had new vinyl siding, eaves and trim installed on our home. We love it! Everyone from the sales team to the crew who did the work was friendly, professional, and cared about doing the job right. The crew was very respectful of our time and property, and didn’t leave until everything was just like we wanted it! We are very happy with the whole experience, and will recommend them to anyone needing home repairs.

The service persons only have us two days notice to schedule the work. Thus made it difficult, but we had waited for 3 months for the installation.One of the things I asked for was a certain date for my payment due date. This is because when I had my windows put in, the finance company set my due date on a bad day of the month. It was terrible trying to get the date fixed. When the salesman made the contract, I requested a certain due date and it was put in the contract. The finance company refused to give me the date I asked for. You told me that you didnt have the ability to grant my request. I still had trouble getting what I requested. This sours my feeling about the deal.

I finally decided to put windows and siding on my home. I shopped around with different companies but Woodbridge was comparable in price and has lifetime guarantees that cant be beat. The quality and workmanship is second to none. My house has never looked better. The peace of mind that I have knowing any problems that arise from here on out will be handled is very important to me.

I really enjoyed meeting the installers Roy Smith and Thomas Taylor. They were very professional, knew their job, worked very well together and you could tell that they loved what they were doing. I enjoyed talking with them, very pleasant and good natured. I love the windows they work great. It was a great experience all the way around

Stay away from this company!!! I had all my windows replaced on Dec 8-9, 2020. In addition to making a complete mess in my house due to them chipping mortar inside my house; they were all installed incorrectly. I have windows that you can see daylight through the felt. Several have tilts that do not hold in the rail, so the top of the window freely comes out when they are not locked. When the wind blows, there is a howling sound throughout the entire house! My utility bills have actually gone up due these windows leaking worse than my old windows. In Feb 2021 a tech came out and found deficiencies in every window they installed. He did not have the resources to fix at that time and advised that he would return at a later day to fix everything. Essentially, he said he would have to reinstall and shim the windows (all 11 of them). Its now the last day of May and these windows are still not fixed. In addition, they pulled the permit on Dec 10th when they installed the windows on Dec 8-9. That permit is still open because they dont dare have the city come out to inspect and fail them. That permit expires on Jun 9th. They talk a good game, but heed my warning and stay as far away as you can!!!!

The salesman was very nice and sincere, had great color choice advice. The team that put siding on was hard working and considerate of my property, left it clean. They did an excellent job. Mike followed up which really surprised me because these days once a business gets your money they are pretty much done with you. He saw a couple of places that werent done quite right and is sending a guy out to take care of it. He was very polite and really cared about the company doing a good job. I will be more than happy to refer Woodbridge to anyone I know needing the services that they supply.

Three years ago a rep knocked on my door and we discussed their windows. I agreed to let them give an estimate on my home. For my whole house it was going to be 10k plus. way too pricey for me to afford so I declined. Every year since then they keep coming to my door and calling asking to give estimates. I have asked several times to be removed from their list to no avail.This last time my young daughter was home alone and a salesman came and knocked on our door. She didn’t answer (stranger danger) and he proceeded to knock louder and yell “I know you’re home, answer the door!” Very unprofessional and it scares the hell out of my daughter, who called me crying not knowing what to do. I checked our video and low and behold it was a Woodbridge salesman. I called and was apologized to. I asked once again to be removed from their list and for them to not stop by.Laying down at 9:20 today, I get a call from, you guessed it, Woodbridge Homes! So I decided to leave this review. Terrible!!!Update: Just received the response below. smh. No! The whole point is to STOP CONTACTING US AND COMING BY!!!

A lady named Cassandra was soliciting for this company in my neighborhood. My husband politely told her he wasnt interested right now and she rudely asked if he was ever going to get the exterior of our home done. I called to speak to someone about this and got a Brock who blew me off and laughed about it. I dont think I would use this company after that and make sure everyone I knows doesnt use them if this is the way they try to get customers.

They will not stop calling me. Sometimes 5 times a day. I have requested several times to be removed from their calling list to no avail. This is harassment and my next step is to sue.

Woodbridge Home Exteriors in Amarillo, Texas did an awesome job on my windows. We were pleased with everything from start to finish.

I would love to review this company‘s product, however I never got a chance to use it. Woodbridge refused to come and give me a quote because my husband was not going to be at the appointment. My husband does not own the property and has nothing to do with the property, but they felt that he was a decision maker and he needed to be there. I spoke to several people at this company and they all said the same thing. After speaking to numerous people I finally got a man that said that he was sorry the appointment wasn’t made and he felt bad and he would like to make it up to me. By that time I was so upset. I certainly don’t want to do business with anyone that discriminates. It’s their loss. I have several rental properties that I would’ve loved to use them for. I will never use this company.

My husband and I bought our first family home. A sweet little 1960 ranch...with nearly all the 1960 pieces and parts still intact. We knew our home needed updating aesthetically and for energy purposes. Woodbridge came to our home per our request to talk about our options and we were sold pretty quickly. The products they have simply cant be beat. We wanted windows that were not only beautiful but highly functional and could help us conserve some energy as well. This company NAILED IT. We were blown away by the interactions with the staff as well. Nobody pressured us into purchase, and all the employees from the marketing manager to the contractors at install, were friendly and professional. The work was done nice and fast as well. We chose to update our windows during the hottest time of the year and it took no time at all between ordering the windows and the installation being finished. All in all it took a little less than a month.Can not sing enough praises about this company and their products. Highly recommend them for anyone ready to update their home.

Were a very satisfied customer with the window services and their staff. I made one call and staff member showed up next day. Windows were delivered in a timely manner and installed. The staff cleaned up the area before leaving our premise.

Hillary (sales lady) knew what she was talking about with these windows. I replaced the windows in my living room. These windows have kept the cold air out. My living room was always freezing. Not anymore!

Brad came to our house and simply demonstrated the efficiency of the Woodbridge windows. We were very impressed. We have known for a long time that we needed new windows but the evidence we were shown was completely convincing. The instillation took approximately 6 hours and they look absolutely gorgeous! This experience with Woodbridge has been very excellent. All the way from product demonstration to installation. Receiving top quality windows was a major must for our home since it was outdated. Were very pleased with the outcome. Finance department worked with us to get us the best rate. The installer Larry was very professional and very experienced. He definitely knew what he was doing and had the windows installed in no time. Adrians demonstration was very formal and informative. There was no way we couldve went with a different window. Walking away from this deal was not an option and were very pleased to have partnered up with Woodbridge Home Exteriors!

Windows are great! Install took a day and a half for 17 windows. All in all the install crew was friendly. Only complaint was the layers of dust left behind on everything. Other than it was a good experience and would definitely recommend these windows to anyone.

Highly recommend these folks if you need to improve the windows in your house or business. Theyre very adaptible to difficult schedules for setting up estimate appointments or installation dates, and they do good work. The work was done promptly, they were very thoughtful regarding safety, and they accommodated all my pet-related concerns as well. The windows themselves are quite an improvement over the 1957 originals.Would do business with them again without hesitation.

Turned down insurance claim. Not an investor friendly company. Requires owners to be present during the quoting process. This is due to their need of aggressive sales tactics. Will not allow property managers to represent the owners interest in the property.

The windows look great and we can definitely feel a temperature difference since upgrading from our 1970s window. Its adding value to our home and the lifetime warranty is a huge selling point! Definitely getting more work done in the future!

Im sure the employees are forced to do it but you should probably keep a list of houses not interested in your services. Im really tired of your people ringing my doorbell during dinner hours and on holidays. It pretty much guarantees I will never be a customer.

I should have read these reviews first. Home advisor recommend Woodbridge. So a salesman came out we liked what we saw. We signed a contract and put $4000 down and we were told that they would call us once they ran the credit check. We specifically asked to be called as soon as they knew what the financing would be in case we didnt like the interest rate. We were never called about the financing. We were called so they could come measure. I called them and ask about the financing. I was told what they could offer and was not impressed. I then informed them that we would be pursuing other ways of payment. I was told that we needed to hurry up and make a decision. So we decided to pay cash. We gave them the bank info and no one ever called to let us know that they had done their job and our payment was ok. Theyre still trying to come measure the windows. I was told that once they measured that they would build the windows. So after returning their call I was put on hold for 5 minutes to speak to voicemail. I then got 3 calls one right after the other while I was talking to my daughters doctor. He left a message finally. So I called back when I got a chance. I started to explain the problem when I was interrupted. I was then hung up on. I called another person about a hour later and was told that the service manager didnt hang up on me that the call was lost. I then explained that he sure didnt try to call me back. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EXPERIENCE EVER!

The door knockers are sexually harassed by employees and managers, management is horrible, they keep you until your usefulness hits its top limit. They fire workers every 3-6 months to get the hyped up new meat who make more money in the beginning and once they show two weeks of weakness or not meeting the outrageous quota, to even make commission, they are fired.They call sexual harassment claims drama. They dont deserve a penny! Dont be fooled by their kindness because they lie. All coming from a ex employee who quit do to unresolved harrassment.

I did not buy from Woodbridge. They are expensive. I bought from another company same quality of siding and same guarantee for half the price.

The parts they put on my house do not stay on. Its cheap material and the wind just blows it away. It should be more durable especially here in the Panhandle. I had shutters blow off the house two months after but them on then it took awhile for them to fix it and didnt even clean the dirt off of them. Its been about a month since they fixed the shutters now they are blowing off again along with other siding parts of the house that should be durable. It hasnt even been 6 months and already having them fix it twice. If they ever answer their phone then maybe we can get it fixed. I would not recommend their services its just a waste of money and a bad product.

These people came to my sisters house ..you know one of those door to door people 1st red flag..anyway she dicided to go with it and signed an agreement with the sales man promising that she could cancel if she didnt want to go though with it. Now theyre calling that paper a contract and are refusing to refund her 1000 dollar down payment. So now shes having to go through small claims court to get her money. You would figure a company like this wouldnt want a put a potential customer through this but the manager is not cooperating at all..dont trust these door to door people!

The only people that are helpful in this company are: Tommy, Frank and i forgot the name of the other guy but works for Frank, they promised to show up between 7:30 am and 8:00 am, is 9:27 and no one knows anything, dont bother calling that costumer experience guy name Sammuel he wont call you back, we tried to contact everyone we talked with and only Tommy talked with us, i wont recommend this company for anything, just a waste of time and sleep.

DO NOT USE WOODBRIDGE! The customer service is appalling, and they dont care about your experience after theyve made their money!Somehow they made the wrong windows and didnt notice until my wife saw them trying to install the wrong ones. The sales rep tried to blame us, but ultimately someone agreed to get the windows corrected. After a month, the local office sent an email telling us to have the city close the permit, but without any word on the windows. After dozens of attempts to clarify the email over the next month, they never responded to our question.Our issue finally got elevated to the regional service manager after we called the main service line. He told us this should have never happened, but never apologized or offered any compensation for the fact we had to hassle them so much and wait 3 months for the problem to be fixed.They wanted us to refer them to others, so heres our recommendation: FIND SOMEONE ELSE!

As a previous employee I never realized how much the salesman took advantage of their customers! They quoted a family friend and they were triple the price of another company in town on their quote for fascia and soffit!! What a RIP off!! Shop around for prices but dont shop here!
