If I could give this place 0 stars, I would. 1 star is being way too generous. Do NOT rent with these people. Cindi Bulla is by far the worst landlord we have ever had to deal with. She is lazy and incredibly unprofessional/rude. When we first moved in the house there was no air filter, no smoke detectors, the bathtub jets blew out mold, the toilets didnt work properly, the carpet was absolutely disgusting and ripped up, and I can go on and on. The condition the house was left in when we first moved in was inexcusable, it had not been cleaned at all! She REFUSED to fix these problems and basically told us to get over it. Not to mention shes never available when we need something or need to talk to her about something important. I encourage those to never do business with her, she is horrible.

I was having difficulty selling my house, and Shawn Walsh from Realty Central took over from a previous realtor and got the job done in spite of several challenging obstacles that came up during the process. I would recommend him to anyone. He is a great realtor!
