The president of the company is a very hateful woman. I had special ordered some products and she was very rude. I was working with a very wonderful person and she stepped in and made it well known that I was taking way too much of the companies time. When I was working with the wonderful gentleman he was explaining the 2 different pumps and filters I could purchase from them for my new pool. I was going to make these extra purchases today on top of the special order I was picking up today. Once I called her on her ugliness she got even more hateful. Told me I was taking too long and so I told her I would just forget the filter and pump today and just get the items that had come in. She said I will not sell these to you. And pulled them away from me at the check out desk. Needless to say I walked out and will not ever be back. I will not do business with a company that makes there clients feel they are an inconvenience. I will purchase everything I need elsewhere.

I called Tuesday and Wednesday to get an estimate and they told me he would call me back then on Friday when I called back again for the 3rd time they dont told me I would have to wait till Monday Because hes in Hereford working! I dont understand because I know they have phones in hereford ! he could have easily called and set up an appointment with me ! I think it was so unprofessional for you to tell a customer for them to call back especially after theyve called 2 or 3 times just trying to get estimate to use your company ! I hope the next person that wants a pool by you guys doesnt get the same treatment!

Ok its been 3 years now since install. The pool is still sloped since they didnt bother to level the sand, said it was my fault because there wasnt enough sand to work with. I had a 10 yd dump and they took 3 months to get around to making me the first of the year install. Liner is almost toast so ordering a new one from Amazon along with a metal ladder to avoid the White Mold we fought for 2 years. We had a deck with walkway to the pool already built and had wanted them to install it with a flat side to the deck and the install team couldnt do that. This year we are dismantling the pool ourselves and setting it up correctly with a new liner, new sun cover, and a new winter tarp. The company is great , their contractors leave something to be desired.

Best pool supply supplier ever! They are insanely knowledgable and more than willing to help you have a great pool. Year after year this is the only place you need. Also, super comprehensive water testing for free and great advice how to fix it! Love this place.

Purchased a spa there 3 weeks ago has leaked water since I got it was initially told it was too full I explained it was leaking at 1/2 full was told to watch and I did have been calling for a week now to get someone out to look at it. Left messages and was assured they would call me 1 st thing this morning after 3 phone calls today and a threat to contact my attorney and return it finally have someone scheduled in the morning. I have been nice and patient till last phone call.I agree with the other poor customer service post. I really would have appreciated at least a returned call and some communication. I have a small business and all about supporting local but customer service is a must.Update spa had a leak. Part ordered 1 week ago. Service man left panels off and screws on ground. I called this morning 930 to ask when they may be back out. Tandia said she would check tracking number on part and call me back its now 3:13 6 hours and still no call back here we go againI explained I live rural are and did want cat or rabbits getting in the spa that was left open. Guess Ill call back and ask for owner however they always say they are not there

The lady at the desk was very rude and acted like i was stupid for not knowing the difference between a filter and a pump gasket. 2 stars covers the cheaper price and covers the fact that they had what i needed in stock.

Unfortunately I didn’t know enough about pool companies to have Texas Blue Lake put my pool in. BIG MISTAKE! If i had it to do over again they would be my first choice. They have responded timely and professionally any and every time I’ve called for service repairs. Our service tech Domingo couldn’t be more professional and competent. Just because another company might give you a lower bid, or your builder recommends them, just go with the facts. You can’t be in business as long as Texas Blue Lake Pools has been and maintain a five star rating and not be doing something right. Refer to my other reviews to see what company NOT to use.

Called for information on how to start up my pool. The lady got rude and loud over the phone. I guess if you dont know what to ask dont call. She made me feel like an idiot.
