EDIT TO ADD: over a month later my toe hurts pretty bad and the nail is no longer growing. If it doesn’t improve soon I’ll have to go to a podiatrist. I will edit again if I lose my whole toenail.This place is the worst, I keep giving them a chance because its so close but ill just drive farther next time to go literally any other place. I got a pedicure, he didnt scrub my feet at all, barely massaged them and there was paint all over my skin. He also butchered my nails when he cut them. He left my toes partially painted to go help another customer that was also not satisfied. After sitting there forever and about to be late back to work I started looking for the clear coat so I could just finish myself. Someone got him to come back to finish but they still looked awful. The nice lady next to me said hers from a different person were also terrible but she would just fix them at home.

That was the best pedicure ever! My legs and feet are so soft!! The massage felt like it lasted forever. I almost fell asleep. It was heavenly. Thank you, Tina.

I went in with my mom and sister to get a dip and repaint our toe nails. My sister had to wait 55 minutes before she was helped while other people, who came after us, went before her. Meanwhile, I was being helped with the WORST customer service I’ve ever experienced. The male manager did my nails and let’s just say he was very unprofessional. To try and get my attention, he snapped his fingers in my face. This was very rude and inhuman. Then when I called to complain he said that those events did not follow as if I was making up a lie. He even said he was not the one that did my nails and accused me of lying once again, even though the guy at the front desk gave me his name before I left. But later on during the call he happened to remember that it was indeed him that did my nails but said I was lying again about the snapping. Not once did he apologize for the long wait nor did he ever apologize about treating me like a dog. This is the worst customer service and I would not recommend this place to any one at all.

I recently got my nails done by the “manger” and he was rushing and not even a week later my flowers broke off and two of my nails popped off opening the car door very poor quality and would not go back.

Not once did the guy who gave me a pedecure talk to me..never asked if I wanted water..was more interested on what he was watching on his phone while he he did my toes..when I got my nails done..he seemed put out that I asked for the samples to choose a nail color and didnt get the correct color. And he twisted my fingers and squeezed them hard..again no communication he was more interested in his show he was Watchung on his phone..Id he had been paying attention he would of seen my wince in pain.

It was fine, but my nail tech QUADRUPLE dipped my nails which Ive never had done before and it made my nails way too thick!! Then, he didnt clean out the undersides. I kept looking at the undersides of my nails waiting for him to notice bc I hate feeling like a picky customer and he just....didnt. Finally I asked him to clean up the raggedy undersides and he was like oh itll come off when you wash your hands. It didnt. Because it was raggdy tip and dip. When I left, I noticed my hands were covered in some kind of nail glue residue. In all it was fine but not what I expect when I leave a nail salon. I feel like I should leave a nail salon with my nails better than I could do myself which is why I am paying a professional and this wasnt.

I got a manicure with shellac (sp?) nails. The person doing my nails was in such a hurry, I thought he was running the 100 yard dash. I got my manicure at 4:30 and my thumbnail was peeling at 7:00 p.m. Will get my peeling nail fixed but will not go there again.

I got my nails done here & felt they were rushing through the whole process. I was cut on two different fingers, and they were tender for a few days. I came back within days to have the nails fixed, as they were already chipping, had bubbles on them, and were crooked. The new nail technician took the top layer off and added another. After a few days, that new layer started to peel off. When I went to get them fixed AGAIN, they said maybe it was the color that was the issue (???), yet they insisted that they put the SAME color back on my nails as it was, “company policy”. At this point, I told them to take the color off completely because I didn’t have time to deal with this mess anymore. They were not accommodating, not professional, and rushed through every step of the process all 3 times leaving my nails & cuticles worse than when I came in.I want to say that I have never in my life left a negative review for a company. This service was just that awful.

Terrible customer service! Very gross! Watched them empty the soaking bowls and refill them without washing them out. The guy that did my nails did not ask me how I wanted my nails shaped or anything. Too many good nail salons in town to go back here!

I went to have my nails done here not really knowing what to expect since all nail spas are clearly different. But my experience here was totally outstanding! My nail tech, Nam, did exactly what I wanted to perfection. Im from San Antonio and I travel to Amarillo 5-6 times a year and sometimes more, but at least now I found my nail spa to go to when Im in town. They also offer a variety of other services to pamper your self. So if youre looking for a place beautify yourself...Venetian Nail Spa is the place!💅❤👍

Had my eyebrows waxed, the young girl who did them was not trained properly. I have burns on my eyelids and forehead, hurts extremely bad, had to put ice packs on all night and still red, this has never happened ever and I do it twice a year, will never go back there.

This was my first time trying this place. They’ve only been open a couple of months and was interested in trying them. The place looks very nice and is very well decorated and set up. Everyone here is very friendly and they have an amazing selection of colors to choose from. The place is very clean and everyone is very nice. Their prices run about the same as most other places in town, but I’d definitely say you get more from the overall experience here than from some other places so totally worth it to me. I normally don’t leave reviews but I was very happy with the entire experience and will definitely be coming back. If you’re thinking about trying this place, definitely do!

From the time I stepped in the door I was bombarded and being rushed. I got both a manicure and pedicure. The pedicure was relaxing, done in a calm/relaxing manner and done well. However, the manicure was very uncomfortable. The lady was rushing and it was not relaxing at all. I got my nails done on a Thursday and by the following Saturday my nails are already cracking and flawed. The business was not busy at all so I don’t understand the big rush the whole time.UPDATE: they did fix my one cracked nail and I do appreciate it. However, I will not be returning for nails ever again.

I wont have to say anything mean because the guy working here already said enough mean things. If youd like emotional damage, sure, visit this place. Making rude comments about peoples weight is totally inexcusable and unprofessional. You owe my friend an apology!If I ever do visit Amarillo again I can assure you I will not be visiting this den of insults.

This was my first visit and I was very pleased. I was greeted as soon as I walked in. I was checked in and seated right away. The gentleman that did my nails was polite and did a great job. This may be my regular place for nails.

I went here for the first time a few days ago and had a pedicure and a full set of solar nails placed, because so many of my friends l recommended it, the pedicure was great but I developed an infection in my toe where an ingrown nail was cut out, Nothing a round of antibiotics can’t take care of, but my nails are absolutely awful, it was obvious that guy was NOT skilled in solar nails, especially when he kept using his fingernails to scrape off the excess underneath and on the ends, they are misshapen, various thicknesses, lumpy, and chucks of acrylic are underneath. I rarely ever complain but they are pretty terrible and more education with this technician is really needed.

Wish I could give this place a 0. Came in with 2 other people, waited over an hour and still hadnt started my nails. Didnt bother to check on me as I was waiting. Will not come back.

My nail polish was uneven and all over my fingers and even on my legs! I wanted a mani pedi but didn’t get the manicure and the lady kept hitting my cuticles and made my fingers bleed. It looks like my 5 year old sister did my nails. I got my eyebrows waxed and their were chunks of wax in my eyebrows that I had to get off. I don’t understand how this is acceptable when I’ve been going here for months. Worse nails I’ve ever paid for. I wish I could get a refund because $93 Is way to much for this type of quality, this was worth no more than $20.

Best nail salon in Amarillo. My gels last for over a month each time I go there without cracking. It’s a little more expensive but worth it.

The staff was amazing, they went above and beyond to ensure myself and my daughter were satisfied; our nails look GREAT!! Seriously havent had a technician spend as much time taking care to ensure the colors were perfect and shape looked even in such a long time. Everything was beautiful and clean.

I love Venetian and Lisa has been doing my nails for years. I won’t go anywhere else. I enjoy the variety of services offered by Venetian. Many options to choose from. Pedicures are wonderful as well!

I went in for a dip manicure and was rushed from the beginning. It was a Sunday, and they claim to open at 12:30 pm. The person opening the doors didnt even arrive to unlock the door until 12:35. My manicurist was rushing and the job was done poorly and looks unfinished. During a time of a pandemic there was ZERO social distancing and several patrons were not wearing masks properly. They were not asked to correct the issue either. Every pedicure chair was full and manicure stations were side by side.

This place was awesome! Luckily I didn’t have to wait and got in quickly! Hanna the nail tech girl was super fast on my nails and did an awesome job! When I go back I will definitely ask for her! The place is really nice and clean. 👍🏽
