I had been going to another salon in town and was never fully satisfied. I decided to get my next dip fill here since after seeing it at lunch one day and the tech was so nice! She wasn’t bothered by my details like specific shape and thickness of nails and took the time to meet my expectations instead of hurrying to get to the next customer.I was so so pleased! I will definitely go back AND I’m telling all my friends so still go to the first salon to switch too 😁

Came here while I was visiting and I must say this place was AMAZING! Not what I was expecting (in a good way). The lady that did my nails (didn’t catch her name) did a beautiful job on my nails. I had grown out acrylics from prior fills etc, she used my real nails instead of doing another acrylic nail. I must say, I will never be doing acrylic nails again. She took her time, paid attention to the detail and was very gentle. The other lady’s in there were so sweet, kept checking in on me, asked me if I wanted any water, very clean and bright place too. The lady next to me actually got some wine, how cool is that! Great place, would recommend!

Went there for a manicure on my natural nails. Told the lady I wanted a design. The nail tech did a Horrible job trimming my cuticles, if that is what you called it. She had a Very shakey hand as she painted my nails, and worse as she attempted to draw lines on my nail. I told her to take it off, and Id wear them plain. They dont know how to do any nail art, and the lady I was put with couldnt draw stick people her hand was so shakey and bad. I can not stand going somewhere, paying for a service, and not pleased. Unless this was intentional because they dont want your business. Well if that is the case, they got their desire because I wont be back. If you cant paint, which is why you go to a nail spa, then your business is basically trash. Dont deserve 1 star.

Terrible experience and customer service. My mother, mother in law and I went for pedicures and 3 full sets of nails. The nail techs were not professional and the basic nail color looked like a three year old did them! Then another nail tech started on my nails while I was still getting a pedicure, the color was not what I wanted and she persistently argued me about keeping the color. After a long dispute my mother in law finally said we were going somewhere else. Then they overcharged with ridiculous excuses for why it was so high. We will NEVER be back.

I got my nails dipped on Wednesday, and had 4 broken nails by Sunday. I did nothing out of the ordinary. Terrible quality!
