I love this job! The opportunity at this job has been incredible! I was able to apply my experience, and run through their management training program. I am currently a manager, and have still so much opportunity to pursue. They also give overtime every week!!! If you are looking to better yourself and to make really good money while you do it, this is the job for you.

Going through the companies management training program was the best decision of my life! I learned so much as a person and now Im an Area Manager! I wouldnt be where Im at today if it wasnt for management at LDP they brought out the best in me.

Have a friend that went to work for this company and theyre terrible. They dont know how to properly train. Theyre very rude and dont care about their staff! Dont work here. If I could give them a negative star I would!

The people constantly send out looking for jobs for positions they dont even need. LDP is a pyramid scheme. Do not waste the time and gas it takes to even drive to their building.
