Its a really cool and updated gym to come and work out in. It has TVs all around and most of their equipment is up to date and they are open 24 hours 7 days a week. And for $10 a month you really cant find that anywhere else.

Park and walk in (entrance on right side of building from service road before gate). Staff assisted with packaging items to ship. Low prices for overnight delivery in my opinion.

When there’s a Sign that CLEARLY STATES RING DOOR BELL WHEN LEAVING A PACKAGE! Just had a Package delivered and it was placed in plain sight of the Street, door bell wasn’t rung and there was someone was following the Truck.FEDEX needs to pay for any packages stolen because of not notifying customer of delivery.

FedEx lost my package, but denied my claim. They were no help whatsoever when I called to try to figure out what happened. This isn’t the first time I’ve had problems with FedEx. They delivered one of my packages a couple of months ago to a house on another street, and I had to go pick it up myself. I always try to use UPS, and will make sure to definitely use them from now on.

I absolutely hate when packages are shipped FedEx. These people wont even deliver packages if you live anywhere outside the city. Majority of the time the wont even deliver our packages, wont call, nothing. Then if you do get lucky enough for them to finally decoded to deliver they dont have a damn clue where they are going, will call and ask for directions more than once, get lost, deliver to the wrong address all together or call and tell you to meet them.... Deliveries are always late or not at all. UPS is so much better.

I was to receive a package on the 18th of October. I went to check online that it was still on track to be delivered then and when I did it said that they attempted delivery and that they were going to deliver it on the following monday the 21st. I called fedex and stated that I was at home when the delivery driver supposedly tried to deliver my package and that they apparently didn’t do it. Instead of getting my package when I needed it I got a door tag. I also asked them to get ahold of the driver to send him or her back to my house and they said they would try to get in touch with the driver and they would call me back. I waited for an hour and never heard back so I called them back. When I talked to them the second time they said that they were still waiting to get in touch with the driver and they would call me back. I waited till 4:45 and called them back and they told me it was impossible for the driver to bring me my package even though it stated that my package would arrive by 8pm and that I could go and pick up the package at the facility. I could do that of course except that the store is 1.5 hours from my house. I initially called them 5 min after I received the door tag all they had to do is get in touch with the driver and tell them to go back to my house but they said it was not possible to get the driver. I guarantee that if the driver had an emergency they could get in touch with them. I will never use fedex ever again for my own personal shipping and if a person I am buying something from uses them I will not buy from them. I will pay extra to not have to deal with fedex. Horrible customer service no phone number to the dispatch facility, and drivers not doing their job. Again I was home when they stated that they tried to deliver my package but they didn’t ring the doorbell or knock. I would know since my dogs let me know when someone knocks or rings the doorbell. Never again will I use fedex. Very very frustrating.

Our hours of operation start at 10am. Yet FedEX attempts a delivery at 8am or 9am. Then reschedules the next delivery for the next day! We use overnight delivery for a reason. Otherwise why pay extra? We have called 6 times this month alone to complain and nothing has changed. We dont have a choice with shipping as thats what our distributor uses, sadly...

Too high. I needed to ship a couple 6 walking sticks. Fedex wanted $60 to pack and $80 to ship. Got a waste cardboard box to cut up, and some bubble wrap for $10 and sent it via postoffice for $40.They do have better hours than the post office.

This has got to be the worst carrier in texas. Tracking information indicated the package would be delivered by 8 p.m. on the 10th of june. Turns out fedex has two different ways to deliver. Fedex ground and fedex home. Ground doesnt deliver on saturday. Home does. It took three phone calls to finally get someone to tell me that. Very disappointed.

Lost my package went back and forth back and forth twice when I finally got it it was all crunched up talking to people I found out that theyve had similar experiences I would be careful shipping ground the only thing it says Made Me Halfway like it is the employees inside the mailing center they went overboard to try and work out this problem for me and they are the reason I finally got my package
