Worst customer service I’ve experienced. Never had to come to a locksmith and I hope I never have to again. He literally left from doing his job and never came back. I had to reach out to him the next day and all he could tell me is that what my car required was not gonna be easy and that he’ll get to it when he can. Literally told me I was better off trying another locksmith.

He got my new key made off of the broken one in no time at all and made me a new spare without asking for it. He also had the lowest quote for my situation by 25$ lower. So from those facts i rate this locksmith a whole five stars. It was such a easy quick experience that i will probably use pauls keys and remotes again in the future. They got my return buissness!

Would definitely recommend. Needed a new car key, and after they got here it only took 10 minutes for me to have my car running again. Very pleased with the price compared to what a dealer wanted to charge me, and got done in 10 minutes what wouldve taken the dealer 3 days and $600 to do.

My challenger key was stolen...they came out and reprogrammed me a new key in a matter of minutes...very fast on arrival to my location and service...great people and great company

Have me a quote got it done quick but didnt leave extras key like was suppose to have then has the nerve to tell me its my fault more or less then he sends me a unprogrammed key

Great service. Price was normal according to internet pricing. Note - this is a mobile service. Paul actually works out of his vehicle. If you follow Googles directions you dont end up at Pauls place of business. Call and Paul will come to you or meet you somewhere else.

He quoted me 30 mins and was there in 15 he was friendly and affordable

Although unable to enter the business itself, the gentleman that assisted me actually fashioned the key I was in need of. I found that quite above and beyond what he needed to do. I thank him and the company for taking care of me ( the customer).

Great service - he came out in the snow all the way across town. Quick and friendly and professionally done! He cut 2 Jeep keys for me (with transponder chips) and it was a better price for both done over what other locksmiths quoted me for 1 key and that was if I took it in to their business.***I definitely recommend Paul’s and will always use them in the future!! ***Use Paul’s with confidence!!
