CUSTOMER SERVICE is the most important aspect of any customer oriented place of business. Larisa was awesome! The other ladies in the store are rude. It was not what they said it was how they said it. The rings however are beautiful.

I went to buy a diamond ring and explained the shape, style and carat I was looking for. They were knowledgeable, friendly and most of all, they made me feel safe shopping in their store. They wore masks, cleaned between customers and enforced social distancing. They were patient and very professional and I had a great experience buying from them. I had previously gone in trying to get pricing and they actually called me to let me know about the sale going on so I got a great deal. Ultimately, I got more than what I was hoping for with the experience and am more than satisfied with my purchase.

If I had to describe my experience at Zales with one word, it would be wow. Wow, the customer service is terrible. Wow, the wait time is astounding - it took 6 1/2 weeks for my ring to get resized. When calling most of the time the phone goes unanswered, if you do get a hold of someone they are very short with you. I got to pick up my ring today, the lady barely said two words to me and just handed me the ring and my receipt with saying nothing. We received an estimated date that it would be done. I scheduled special photos for 8 days after that date, no one could tell me anything on when I was going to actually get my ring only that it had been in repair since 1/11. This was a very frustrating circumstance and I would rather pay another jewelry store for anything with my ring then go back to Zales.

Zales in Amarillo does a great job. They are very clear on warranty. You do have to bring the jewelry in for a check every 6 months. If are are true to the requirements they are good to their word. It is important so they can check it for lose stones bent prongs and such. It can be a pain but when you are paying high dollar for a product you must see it as an investment. There is wear and tear just like any product you own. It is worth it to take it in. There is no excuse with today’s technology to miss. I put it in my phone to remind me to take everything in as per their policy. I feel bad for the guy who had to call off his engagement. Once you buy something like a car you take it off the lot you don’t expect a fill refund. I would sell it on line. You may not get full price but you might get close to it. Like I said I feel for the guy. I am sure you are a great guy. This is a good stir much better than many other Zales stores I have shopped at.

Amazing customer service and responsibility for their products if ever need in repair!

Zales has treated me very well with all of my purchases.I have bought several rings from them and no bad experience at all. The lifetime warranty is a good deal. I have had my personal mens ring repaired 3 times under the warranty without questions. (Must follow warranty instructions on inspections). I wear it everyday and Im extremely rough with it.

We have shopped at this Zales for 28 years. We will never be back. The store manager used racial epithets towards me. I have never been so insulted in my life. Im not a racist never been called a racist ever in my life. My wife and I have taken in 5 children the last six years covering 4 different races including the race I was accused of being racist against!!!! NEVER WILL WE SHOP AT THIS ZALES!!!! THE PEOPLE OF AMARILLO NEED TO KNOW THAT WHEN YOU GO TO THIS ZALES THE STORE MANAGER ONLY NOTICES THE COLOR OF YOUR SKIN. BE CAREFUL YOU COULD BE ACCUSED OF BEING A RACIST ALSO. I WAS DISCRIMINATED AGAINST BECAUSE IM A WHITE MALE!!!!!

Slow on service, fast on excuses. Still waiting on ring, been a month.

I ordered a ring online 6 times that was on there website under new arrivals, every time they cancelled, saying the ring was no longer available or it was back ordered, they never could make up there mind, which one it was. I was told by a supervised they would contact me in 2 days to find out what was going on with the ring Ive yet to hear from her.

Still waiting on my ring to be sized and sent back this ring was bought back in December 22 and we was told the wrong price for it to be size and the wrong price for the insurance. Not happy and will not buy from them again someone was just looking out for there sales not the customer.

It is sucks , had the ring for 6 months , the engagement call off , try to exchange the ring $2k , they want me to purchase to double the cost $4k for a ring ?? That is rip off . Went to other jewelry store , they said They don’t except anything from Zales , look into the ring stone - IT IS CRACK , what the heck ...? Don’t buy anything from Zales , their policy is sucks

Terrible service they will not back up their warranty the Rings fall apart online and at the store

Customer Services at this location is terrible. If I were not tied to them for the lifetime of my ring, I would not return.
