The staff is very professional and this time I saw doctor Parker who helped me to understand a little more on why I should wear my aids all the time. They are great to clean and check my aids each time I go in. I love their professional but still stop to hear what you have to say and answer questions with out making you feel stupid.

Went by Livingston to clean and service hearing aids. They did a great job checked out the operation of hearing aids including blue tooth and had one not paired in blue tooth but now are working like new. Checked my ears and had some ear wax. Fantastic job done by knowledgeable folks. Great job young ladies. Thank you so very much.got both working like new.

Had a new person I now meet with. Very different interaction styles. Emily was the former audiologist was very personable and thorough. When she took my hearing aids for cleaning she would also put them in a dryer to dry moisture out, and if my ears needed a little cleaning she would clean them. New person is quick, to the point and I am not sure as thorough. Saw my ear canal had a small amount of wax new audiologist said looks good and went to next ear. Felt my appointment was rushed. Nervous about writing this, but this is what I felt of my visit.

INCREDIBLE SERVICE! Took my 90 year old grandmother to get her hearing aids replaced since she doesnt have a car on her own. They scheduled her in last minute and got her new aids on rush order. Dr Bentley was incredibly kind and patient, as well as each reception desk lady that helped us check out!! I would HIGHLY recommend this business to anyone local or in the area. We were well taken care of!!!

As we were traveling, on our honeymoon pulling a load of miles to go elk hunting, from Atlanta, GA to Durango, CO we suffered a setback when both of my new husbands hearing aids quit working just outside of Amarillo. Dr. Brad Bentley called us back and made an appointment for first thing the next day (we couldn’t get there prior to closing). Dr, Brad and his staff were awesome. Fast, friendly, competitent servicePremier hearing aids from Starkey are good, but over priced by $2K and you had to buy a $500 controller if you wanted to adjust more than the 3 ranges they put in your hrg. aids. Wasnt available as an app for your phone 😕.Also not impressed with the loss warranty. I lost mine for about 4 months. One day my wife found one in the clothes dryer. About 10 days later, she found the other one, in the clothes dryer. In the mean time between losing them and finding them, I called Livingston and asked if the loss was covered under the warranty. The young lady said they were. I asked what was the replacement cost? She said $1000.00 each! I said to myself, I dont think so.Starkey was coming out with a new and better (?) unit just after I bought mine. I read the literature. It sounded great, but I dont know.I asked about the new product, they said none of the employees had been to any training and they didnt have any pricing.

Dr. Palmer is very friendly and knowledgeable about his field. He always makes sure that I understand about the information and care of my hearing aids. If their is anything he can do to improve my quality of hearing he does so with adjustments and time.Thank you 😊 for making my hearing apart of my life again.Charmaine Long

I can not put into words what the hearing aids have done for me!!! I can hear for the first time in years..I lost most of my hearing when I was a kid and didnt know how bad my loss was..In June of 2014 I took my son with me and was tested.When the Dr. told me how much it was going to cost!!! I told my son Lets go no way in ???? am I going to spend that kind of money on hearing aids The Dr. told me he would build them and let me try them for 45 days and if I didnt like them all I had to do is pay 300.00 and walk away and if I liked them I could make payments....so I tried them!!!! the greatest thing that has happened to me in years!!! I can hear my grandkids and great grandson for the first time...I just ordered a new set today!!! Thank you so very much Dr. Palmer

They sent me a letter for a free hearing test, as soon as they found out I have no insurance they told me that they could not do anything. For me they lie try to take advantage of people.

Ive worn hearing aids since I was in my 20s and have worn probably every brand of aid there is. I have also gone to more than my share of hearing aid offices over the years to take care of my hearing loss...some businesses/offices were good...some not that great...one even landed me in the local ER, but that is a tale for another day. I have gone to LHAC for almost 18 years and have found this company and this office to be home for my hearing loss and hearing aid needs. One of the key things I look for in a hearing aid office is their ability to provide TRUE customer service. The staff at LHAC have mastered not just the act of customer service, but more importantly the SPIRIT. Customer service is NOT something they teach in school...you have to really HAVE it. The management staff at LHAC must understand this because their Team provides true caring service. Over the years as my hearing loss, my need of stronger aids and more advanced testing has grown, the team at LHAC have treated me fairly and as member of the Livingston family.Another important factor is that LHAC utilizes state-of-the-art technologies in their hearing testing. Its not just a trust me, you need these hearing aids. They show you through quality and thorough testing exactly why you need what is recommended. They WANT you to hear not just better, but the best you can. As a rating, Id give them a 5 stars...but since there is always room for improvement...Ill give they 4.99 stars.

Awesome staff, quick service.

They dont take anybody under the age of 18... My 15 year old son cant hear anybody on a cell phone unless he puts it on speaker. That really offends me! How rude and unprofessional!! I am offended & upset!!
