Phone Medic is fantastic. Friendly and pleasant. Most importantly they got my computer in and back to me quicker than I thought possible. They are my go to guys for all my phone and computer needs from now on.

I had issues with my phone and took it to Geek Squad and they couldnt do anything about it after 2 separate appointments, telling me Id have to send it in to get it replaced. The Phone Medic guys had it fixed in an hour. They are friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. I wish they were open 24/7. Anyway, 10/10 would recommend.

I took my phone here and was told the price to repair a screen would be $162 I was ready to walk out when the guy behind the counter told me there was a lifetime warranty and if it every broke I wouldnt be charged to repair it. So I hesitantly agreed. It took a whole week for my phone to be finished not only that but there was glue all over the edge of my phone and the screen started coming up on the second day (i was able to see the light from inside my phone). A couple weeks later my screen had a small crack and I took it back to this place and was told there was no warranty and if I wanted my phone repaired it would be another 162. Yes they offered a discount of 62 dollars but I would never get cheated twice. They also offered to give me a phone case once my phone was repaired by someone else or I got a new phone but when I went in the owner was upset with me because the receipt says warranty doesnt cover physical damage but I was told it did before i paid. Definitely not happy with this I went to cellular xchange on Amarillo Blvd and got quality work for half the price. Not only that but my phone was repaired in two days.

Gabe was super friendly! Both of the guys even stayed open a little later for me to get there! They fixed up my screen and offered a tempered glass protector, which I ended up getting! For someone that has never broken a phone, they made the process so easy and they were the most reasonable option for my pocket book! Will be sending friend their way! Wasn’t able to charge my phone through the charger port for 4 months due to junk being in it. I took it to Gabe, and he fixed it in less than 5 minutes. Will be going back to them w future problems. Thanks.

Will not be back. had my iPhone repaired and before asking me if that was OK to put a white screen on a black phone. they put a screen protector on it as if that fixed that it was a different color.I took it back and they told me they would replace it for no cost, but I had to wait till the black screens arrived. after 2 weeks of going up there the OWNERS told me that they would call me when they came in but due to covid 19 it has been delayed. well now its August, 8 months later and still no call. Im still waiting on to have my phone fixed properly.But they did try to sell me a different phone conveniently.

Friendly staff, willing to help and work with you. They changed my Digitizer and front screen but know that if you have a Galaxy note 10 and if your back screen is cracked you will have to pay for a new back glass to be replaced also due to Samsungs agreement with them.

They have amazing customer service but I’m pretty sure the screens they use for iPhone are not apple certified or whatever. If you want cheaper than apple then this is the place to go but your screen will not act right sometimes. I’ve done everything I can with apple without getting a new screen but nothing worked. I guess I’m better off getting a new phone

This place is AWFUL! They charged me $300+ for a laptop screen I still can’t use! Brought in a broken touch screen and they gave me back a laptop where the touch screen didn’t work. I brought it back and they took 3 weeks to TRY and fix it and gave me back again, a computer I cant even use. They tried to tell me there was a defect on my laptop that HP would fix if they sent it in. I called HP and there’s NO recall on my laptop. They refused to refund my money when my laptop is STILL BROKE! Stole my money! I will never recommend these people. Even the friend who recommended them regrets sending me to them. Terrible service!

Dont let the name fool you! They fix phones and they fix computers and theyll sell you laptops and desktop computers! Its a one-stop shop for your computer and phone needs. Theyll give you personal service and are very reputable. I brought my old computer in to see Andrew and he built me a new one thats 10 times better than the old one.

Phone Medic of Amarillo is - by far - the best shop in Amarillo for all cellular needs. I have visited other stores in the past before I call Phone Medic. My broken XR screen was fixed within 20 minutes and was done cheaper than all the other Amarillo stores. They have also fixed my wife’s phone quickly and cost less than all the others. They will be taking care of all our cellular needs from here on out. Phone Medic is Professional, courteous, fast, and all at a cost that is more than reasonable.

I cant say thanks enough to these guys. Very professional and doing what they can to help the community during one of the hardest times our community and country has EVER faced. Their Chromebooks During Covid special was unreal, not making any money on them to make things easier for everyone...SELFLESS. No reason to go anywhere else for any of my electronic repairs. Cannot say enough good things about Phone Medic! Just took an iPhone in for repair. Walked in with a completely cracked and non functioning screen. An hour later, I had a working screen and protector. Very reasonably priced. Friendly service. I hope i don’t have to use them again... but if you’re looking for a great repair, I would HIGHLY recommend them.

Visiting for two days and my phone battery died. Spoke to Gabe and he said he could fix it and replace the rear camera. Dropped it off, went to breakfast and got a call it was finished before we were done eating. Excellent work. You cant tell anything is different other than it now works like new! Galaxy S6. Read reviews thought I try phone medic, they quote was reasonable and the turn around was supposed to be fast by a day turn around, dropped phone off due to my screen was cracked, only problem with the phone and my contact information, must have been miscommunication one gentleman had no idea about the phone and made the comment maybe wrong place until he talked to the other gentleman and re verified. Called the next day to see if my phone was ready and is was not they said try again tomorrow, I called the next day and it was still not ready try around 4pm, got off work drove 45 miles to see if the phone was ready arrived a little after 4 it was still not ready they said try around 4:30 so I returned little after 4:30 a different gentleman said its still not ready try around 5:30...So here I go again showed up around 5:45 the phone was finally done the gentleman handed me the phone he had already turned it on! Got in the car drove off and only to find out down the road later my power button did not work it was stuck in the outer shell housing and would not pop back out to reset which is important for a droid turbo for screen unlock and to turn the power on ! So I called back to explain the problem and the answer to the problem he gave me was :well you must of broken is when you dropped the phone I didnt tell you figured you already knew, but the phone works tho right? Uh no sorry excuse my power button was working fine before I brought the phone in and for one I did not drop the phone it was in my back pocket and screen slightly cracked when I sat down causing it to lose image and go black, but I know the power button worked because I was able to turn it off and on to make sure it was just my screen before dropping it off at phone medic.....poor customer support and not contacting the customer for issues or updates even when a customer leaves information paid around $170 for screen repair and next day turnaround and know have more problems with my phone they did good work on the screen looks like the cleaned the phone up too but still should of told me upon arrival or call to tell me about the power button being stuck in the phone, I will not use phone medic again!

He explained to me exactly how I got a virus and left me some software to help ensure I dont get a virus on my computer again. I shorted out my pc like a champ, and they were able to fix it, it wasnt very cheep but you get what you pay for, and for me that was a solid state drive so i guess it wasnt ridiculous..

Great service. Fair price. I was driving through Amarillo and dropped my phone at a gas station breaking my screen. I was directed to these guys by the attendant at the station, as the best in town. They absolutely were. The guy explained what he needed to do to fix my phone because the frame had been bent. He did not charge me for the extra service and I was out of there in 30 mins with a working phone. I would recommend these guys to anyone in the Amarillo area. Its not to often that someone goes above and beyond on their own time. Stand up guy!

Called this dude just to ask for parts and he wouldnt even listen to me... Called Battery Joe and they listened and answered my question even offered to order my part. BTW to the rep reading this I am a certified mechanical tech but nice try with the whole its harder than you think. A simple YouTube search would show you just how easy it is and can be done in about 5 minutes. Typically I see diesel shops refusing parts to try to make more money on labor.. not cell phone stores.

Wow! I went to All Star Computer with a virus on my computer. They were very thorough with the service, explaining to me what happened and how the virus may have gotten to my computer. They were so quick as well. Some pc repair shops in town told me it would be a few days, but All Star Computer had my computer back to me the very next day! They even delivered it to me and set it up for me. I recommend these guys above and beyond any of their competition. Best computer repair shop in town, and very fairly priced.

Did not fix my iphone right went back and the guy said he was going to order the part that was suppose to fix it but every time i went he said it havent arrive yet. Kept on going every week on my day off for 5 weeks and he would say the same thing. I would not recommend this guy he will rip uou off

I called to see how much it would cost to get my iPhone 6 screen replaced, right away I got a good vibe from them. The man I spoke to was super polite! I did find one place cheaper in amarillo but I couldnt find any reviews, so I chose to go to phone medic! The few extra dollars was definitely worth it. They told me 45 minutes but got it done in 20 (probably because it was a slow day). The work was excellent! I would trust them again with my $700 phone. Dont go anywhere else!

My digitizer was broken and they said they tried to fix my phone. Said they couldnt fix it and I had to buy the same type of phone from them. They did this for a few weeks, getting new parts for my phone. As soon as I said I was going to a different place they got crazy about selling me the same type of phone. I left and got my phone fixed somewhere else. They dont even try to fix phones; if they do they just use teenagers that dont know what theyre doing. If I could put zero stars I would.
