Its always a gamble trying something or someone new, but I am so happy I hired Maid in Amarillo based on their reviews! Moving back to Amarillo, Texas after living three years in Colorado, the home we purchased in The Greenways was needing a deep clean. With my wife sick and myself being a Disabled Combat Veteran, these gals arrived at our door with all of their cleaning supplies and spent the next four hours applying their professional skills and services! My wife and I are totally pleased and impressed with these fantastic ladies of Maid in Amarillo Thank You!

We got the Deep Clean service and were absolutely blown away with the attention to detail. Very friendly service. Great communication. We never had to wonder what time they were showing up or leaving. They absolutely went above and beyond and are a great value for the money we spent.

The real estate market is so crazy right now!! So, I found a house I wanted, but my house was a disaster!! In one day I got Maid in Amarillo scheduled for a move out clean, and I’m so thankful for these women!! They cleaned my house from top to bottom and got it show ready!! I don’t know what I would have done without them!! Probably would have broken my back and my house still would not be as clean as it is now!!! Thank you Maid in Amarillo!!

I will never use again nor recommend Maid in Amarillo. I paid the additional fees for deep clean, wall clean and oven, etc. Five minutes after they were supposed to arrive, I received a call stating they needed to move it to that afternoon. There was no communication between Maid in Amarillo and who they sent out as I had to try and explain the additional services paid. They ran out of oven cleaner and didn’t even attempt to clean the sides, etc. I had to ask them when they were ‘done’ to go back through and do things that were missed. Ended up having to hire another individual to complete the job.

The ladies are so wonderful! Incredibly thorough and do a fantastic job!! Highly recommend, you won’t regret it!!!

Not quite what I paid for--I signed up for a deep clean and didnt receive that. The level of cleaning done was more of a routine clean. Im moving out and wanted to make my place look good for the next tenant, and right now I wouldnt say my unit is move-in ready yet. I should have asked my cleaners to go back and redo the areas that werent finished, and I didnt, so I really have myself to blame! They were nice and probably would have done it! But on the other hand, I sort of expected that if I paid for a professional service, it would be done and done well. On the bright side, my cleaners were professional, courteous, and speedy. Booking the appointment was INCREDIBLY easy. Their website is so sleek and easy to navigate, and the FAQ covers so much useful information. Everything I expected, apart from the thoroughness of cleaning that was done. I would recommend Maid in Amarillo for a regularly scheduled preventative cleaning service, but maybe not for persistent, stubborn grime like in my home.

I have only used them once but I asked for a deep clean because it had been a while since I had done that. They were super! My house and bathrooms smelled so fresh for days! And everything including ceiling fans, blinds, and Windows were squeaky clean!

He came to do an onsite consultation which just shows the extra personal touches that this company does. The team that came was incredible!! I would highly recommend this company!! They are very accommodating and professional!! I needed them to clean the house that I moved out of, and am trying to sale. The owner got everything scheduled, and even cleaned my carpets himself!! I just wish they could come to Springlake, Texas so I could use them all the time for cleaning needs!! Great job!! Maid In Amarillo is simply amazing! They sent a team of two over to my house and deep cleaned my entire house including the windows! Im already using them on a weekly basis and + the owner is so nice and takes a very personal approach to every house his company cleans!

They are very personable. There is always 2 and they come prepared to work. Theyre very good and always do what I ask. I really appreciate theyre efficient and prompt.

I booked this company for a move-in cleaning. Two ladies arrived and worked for 4 hours, doing a deep clean which included windows, shutters, baseboards, insides of cabinets and drawers, fans and lights, oven, plus all the normal things you would routinely clean. Communication was exceptional, so I knew exactly what to expect. For example-they called to let me know when they were 30 minutes to finishing so I could go through the house and inspect their work, and said if there was anything unsatisfactory that they would fix it right then. I was very thorough in my inspection, and every inch was cleaned beyond my expectations! I cant say enough good things about the company. I will definitely use them again and would not recommend anyone else!
