I was in desperate need for carpet cleaning services on a Friday and started calling all places recommended. Out of all the people I talked to Kelly was the best!! All the other places wanted to send someone out to do an estimate next week. We were in a situation where we really couldnt wait that long. Kelly said he would fit us in Saturday afternoon!!! I was amazed and so grateful!! Naomi and Mario showed up and did an AWESOME job. The person who lived here before us had big dogs locked in one of the bedrooms and they had urinated in areas of the living room as well. The carpet is only 2 years old!! We tried to clean it ourselves and replaced some of the padding but it was still stained and stinky!! We werent sure if it was going to be salvageable...but THEY DID IT!! They explained everything and showed me where the trouble spots were as well. AND they didnt charge me an arm and a leg either!! Very reasonable for what we needed!! Thank you Kelly and your crew!!! I highly recommend Amarillo Dry Carpet Clean. They did an excellent job on my wool area rugs. They took one rug to their shop to clean. They brought it back looking like a new rug! They cleaned another large wool area rug with one stain on it. When they finished, the stain was gone. I was so pleased with the professionalism of there staff. I also had them lay pads for two of my area rugs. They did a great job.

Amarillo Dry Carpet did a great job on our carpet cleaning. It was a good value for whole house cleaning. I like that the carpet is not so wet, no strong detergent odors either. I was referred to Amarillo DryCarpet Services by our buyers agent. When I called, I received an appointment quickly. Very friendly on the phone and in person. They arrived on time and notified us before arriving. I work night shifts and they were very mindful of me sleeping while they were working and I was able to sleep uninterrupted. The equipment wasnt that loud and they completed 4 rooms in about a hour. The house smelled so much better and the carpets look brand new. Im very happy with the value and quality service we received at a good price!

One of my dogs developed a severe bout of diarrhea, and I couldnt keep up with the cleaning when she got so bad that she was pooping in the house. I found this company with a Google search, and called them because the listing had a very positive review about their ability to get rid of pet stains. I called and explained my predicament, and they gave me their earliest appointment for the next day. It was an afternoon appointment, and I was very happy to get a call in the morning asking if they could come early because they had had some cancellations.The two member crew was warm and friendly, and treated both my dogs like old friends, even though my sick one was outside and couldnt quite yet come in. They went over every inch of my carpeting with me, and then got right to work, annihilating every stain, including some old ones that I hadnt been able to get rid of on my own. The carpet looks fresh and new, and Im so happy to have clean floors once again! I will be calling them again the next time I need the extra deep clean that these folks provided me with.

We bought a house and the carpet was stained in multiple rooms, 1 stain was large, another was unknown substances and dark. The carpet looked like it was on its last legs and we were prepared to have to eventually replace it, but amarillo drycarpet got all the stains out and the carpet looks wonderful. They were friendly they did the work at quoted price but, my carpet wasn’t the same after they left, that left me upset. My carpet was barely a year old. It is a high quality karistan smart strand carpet that was super soft. The machine they used left my carpet feeling rough and the texture of my carpet was changed. I was very disappointed.

In less than an hour, they were there and gone. They carpet was completely dry before they were even out the door and the stains were done away with. Unlike most carpet cleaners I have used in the past, the environmentally friendly cleaner they used left my house smelling amazing for a few weeks. Let me start by saying: Convenient (schedule appt. on line as well as good instruction as to how best to prepare for them), the Techs showed up treated/cleaned our house with in one 1.5 hrs. They did a good job of cleaning and getting up tough spots too. I would recommend them if you need a surface cleaning and or if you have some stubborn spots in your carpet. The guys were courteous, respectful of our home and efficient.

Absolutely incredible service! Carpets look brand new! And believe me they were bad( moved into a rental not from me) very professional service techs. Amazing customer service when I scheduled, canceled and rescheduled again!!! Their process takes all residue from other cleaners off, deep nasty dirt pushed in by water carpet cleaning technique GONE! Carpets were dry in about 2 hours and smell wonderful. No issues!
