In 3 days they had a new tub and shower install no mess. Very happy with whole project from start to finished.

Did a fine job on our bathroom update/remodel. Quality work and done quickly. However, the person doing the work seemed to take any questions I asked as a personal criticism. Since the job was completed theres been no follow-up or contact, not even a cursory thank you for your business.

From the time they walked into my home, until they were finished, I found them polite and friendly. The two installers never said a foul word, which is rare in todays world. I really appreciated that. They gave me the feeling that should I need to leave the premise, I could and not worry about anything. They kept everything very clean as they worked and cleaned up when they left so that I had nothing to do except enjoy my new bathtub. Very efficient. I am so impressed that I am having them remodel my other bathroom.A very pleasant experience. I would highly recommend ReBath to everyone who is planning to remodel their home.

Re-Bath of Amarillo did an excellent job on our bathroom. The employees were polite, hardworking and knowledgeable. They even made sure the job finished to our satisfaction and bent over backwards to make sure everything was done.

ReBath has tons of design options, they gave me a free consultation(without trying to sell me stuff I didnt need), and they just finished installing a new bathtub and surround. Looks so much better! Would definitely recommend!

Was very pleased with our recent bath tub replacement. We replaced our 34 year old bathtub and tile. We went with a shower and we love it. The installer John was very professional and knowledgeable not to mention very friendly. I will recommend Rebath to my friends and family.

We have a mobile home and we all know how shabby the showers are.After visiting the store and looking at the products, our mind was made up. We had a style/design in mind.....Everything from the consultation to job completion was expertly done in a timely manner. The installers left the bath and rooms leading to it in perfect condition.I did have to call them on a small problem and within a day they were back at the job site and fixed the minor problem to our satisfaction...I would definitely give them a call or go look at their showroom.....Re-Bath isnt what you might think......... give them a call.

It appears Im going to be the odd man out with this review. This company even came with a verbal recommendation from a co-worker. Unfortunately, I cannot do the same.If you still decide to use this company, please take the time to read what Ive learned....Do not schedule an appointment with your designer until you have an entire day to comb over and list EVERY DETAIL on your NCR paper contract (all fixtures, placement of said fixtures with measurement locations for each item listed).Be prepared to sign the contract that day to lock in your discounts or lose them.Make them show you each and every item to be installed.If they say your install will take 5 days, plan for 9.Do not trust the workers when they say, dont worry, youre going to love it. Its been just over a year since we started this whole remodel and I still dont love it. Its functional, but it is NOT loved and likely never will be.Using their finance company did prove to be useful. Specifically if they are pressuring you to release the second half of the payment, but your bathroom isnt done or something is wrong... You can file a complaint with Enerbank. Re-Bath seems to take your telephone claims and in writing claims more seriously when you threaten to do just that.Dont worry about the lifetime warranty, after youve dealt with what weve dealt with, youll likely never want them to set foot in your house again.Finally, Susan lies. Nick is NOT always right and very thorough

The firm redid our shower and sink. The stone in the shower is beautiful. The job was professionally done. The bathroom was very clean after every day of work. The courtesy of the employees is exceptional. I highly recommend this firm. Our family is very pleased with this job and the high quality of work. I would use this firm again.
