Have gotten really good haircuts from them in the past. Not today. All girls have war stories of their hair. Today is the worst haircut Ive ever had. Im 55. 8/26/21

My daughter wanted her tips dyed for her 10th birthday. She called in and made the appointment herself, as well as getting a basic price quote. I did the same behind her just to make sure. We arrived a few minutes early and began to wait. Each time an employee was able, we were nicely told it would be just a few more minutes. About 45 minutes after the appointment time my daughter made it to the chair. Once in the chair, she asked how long it would be because Dad didnt need to babysit a big 10 year old. 40 minutes at the most was the answer. A few more minutes or just a bit longer was the answer for the next 3 hours. When we got to the counter 4 hours after the original appointment to pay for the job that we were told would take 40 minutes, the bill was more than 3x what was quoted. Not wanting to destroy the birthday anymore, or explain how the birthday money wasnt going to be enough, I paid and smiled. Less than a week later the dye is nearly gone from 3 washes with the color saving shampoo. It isnt the price or the time, but rather the untruth. We wont be going back.

I called ahead and no one told me of the COVID guidelines. Or the wait. I even asked if I needed to make an appointment. Which is fine. I didn’t have a mask. They had none to offer. The lady then was rude and said well I have three people ahead of you. So it will be awhile. I was just trying to get my sons hair cut. Very very unprofessional. I took my business elsewhere.

Asked for a trim and now I look like a guy. Very bad service.

Check in at the door, was told it would be 45 min, to come back and call them so they would come get me from the po parking lot. I left and came back 40 minutes later and call them and told them I was in the parking lot, expecting them to come get me. Notice other people that had checked in while I was waiting being waved to come before me so I went to the door to find out what was going on. Lady told me I would have to wait, I told her my name was on the list. She went and looked, then told me I would next after till the next available person would cut my hair. Never again will I go to supercuts and wait an hour to get a haircut. Poor service!!

What is the point of making an appointment if the establishment isn’t going to honor it? That is an excellent question and when I asked the manager she said it was because someone was in front of-I asked if this person made an appoint. Nope they were a walk in-so please tell me why I didn’t get priority with my appointment which was already on the books.

Because of COVID-19, our lives have just been completely disrupted. Who knew that getting a haircut would be so challenging? The ladies on Friday, July 17 (Glenda, Lindsey, and Im sorry I forgot my other daughters stylists name😟) took care of my twin daughters and me with such grace! Yes, we had to wait in our car for a bit until they were ready for us, but I love that they were mindful and cautious because you cannot be too careful with this virus. Glenda did a great job on my curly hair, and I have gotten lots of compliments! My girls love their haircuts as well. We love Supercuts because the prices are reasonable compared to other places, but it is a less pretentious atmosphere that makes it more comfortable discussing options and concerns with your stylist. They are willing to go out of their way to make you feel comfortable and beautiful. Also, they dont overly promote products but do reasonably offer suggestions for products that would be good for your hair. Supercuts is amazing! ❤️

My hair was butchered so badly; it will do nothing at all! It stands up wont lay down. I have had this hair cut for over ten years, and never has it been cut so badly I can not even go into public! It is ridiculous; I had her cut it dry, took the comb, and even sectioned it for her.

Not a long wait. Jessica rainwater gave a great fade.. I recommend her to anyone..

I went in for a simple undercut/fade, and walked out with a crew cut. Mind you Im a woman... Completely unsatisfied.

I take my kids here. For the most part, theyre knowledgeable about the products they sell. Prices are okay...not too expensive. Most of the time theres only a 10-15 minute wait time. Theres times its much longer and times its shorter. Its kinda random. I wish they had more sales on services.

My Hair stylist does a AWESOME job on my hair.... I like the way she talks to me about my DISABILITY and problems....She is very HELPFUL and NICE...HER NAME IS GINGER.... I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO FRIENDS AND FAMILY

This place is definitely NOT kid friendly. My wife went in today for a trim and she had my 3 yr old with her. Well my son was playing in the floor with a toy truck. Well the lady at the desk, I believe her name was Kim, started to whine about how he was going to scuff the floor and that her manager would be pissed. My wife told her he wasn’t scuffing anything that he was just playing harmlessly, not to mention he was being quite. lol continued to argue with my wife that he was scuffing the floor. My wife then decided that since our son couldn’t be there and play that she was going to leave and go else where. When she crossed their names off the list the lady at the desk continued to be rude and seemed relieved that they were leaving. Don’t waste your time or money on this place. Go somewhere else. Somewhere that is FAMILY friendly!!

Supercuts, this location is great. Easy to access from the main street, they take walk ins and also online appointments. They do all styles of hair for men and women. Wait time was minimal, I had 5 people in front of me and only waited less than 20 mins. Prices vary in what you hair done and the price is relative to the area. Staff was nice and talked to clients. They also sell products for you to use at home. Try this location for a super cut

Beautician there are friendly and they love cutting and styling hair.My beautician knows just how to dye my hair and style it. I have been going to Supercuts for a very long time and plan on going no where else.

Young lady that did my sons hair listened and did exactly what we wanted. So many times the hairdresser does want they want...but not this girl she was friendly and talkative. Nice place will be back for sure.

List time the screwed my hair up so bad lucky it but the time I went before my last bad experience imthey did a wonderful job depends on it all comes down to who is cutting your hair

First they had to ask manager if doing hair coloring then they stood there talking and looking at me. The girl than came out asked me what color as that too was inconvenience. I just said no thank you walked out.
