The haircut should have been an easy trim, but terribly uneven... didn’t get the back of my neck. I just had to have a trim while out of town and saw this had good reviews, but I don’t know how. It was an awful haircut and when I tried to have him even it out he made it worse. I had to trim it myself to even it out... all around disaster.

In my experience there are not a lot of stylists that are experienced at working with naturally curly hair. I have tried for years to get a cut that I am happy with. I have finally found the place! After a casual conversation about my hair with Denise H one day I decided to book an appointment online. I am SO glad I did! I finally got what Ive been looking for in a style. And in a stylist! Tyvm!!

I have used smartstyle for 7 years Denise is amazing. My daughter loves her and so do I. She was the only one who get my daughter to quit cutting her own hair.she is always gets the style we want.

I talked about getting a straight haircut-a bob. Shoulder length. My hair is curly it shrinks significantly!! I walked away knowing what is done can’t be undone—but I had a breakdown in the middle of a Walmart aisle because of how short it had been cut and not even evenly done!! My friend and husband say play with it style it—it doesn’t change that it’s a horrible cut! And it’s too short to throw it up in a pony tail to hide !!! She literally spent 10 minutes hacking it-and she was done. Horrible!

I trust the stylist to cut my hair like I want it. Always courteous and efficient. And very reasonable prices.

If you plan on just getting a haircut, then this place is fine. However, I wouldnt suggest getting your hair dyed unless you want spotting or an uneven job.

Convenience of being inside a Wal-Mart store. They were busy that day, so I had to make an appt and come back in an hour. Staff is always friendly and does a great job with my hair. Hence, I keep coming back!

I just got a basic haircut just straight. Its super uneven and it angles to the side. The lady was sweet but must of been blind. They screwed up my sisters hair too.
