Chad did an excellent job on my hair color. He was the consummate professional. He listened to what I asked for and my hair color was exactly what I wanted. That’s no easy feat because my hair is long and I wanted both blonde and dark colors. I will definitely return and congratulate them on such quality stylists.

A stylist named Jennifer gave me the *best* haircut and highlight I have had in years. I will be back, I will make an appointment so I can make sure and get the same stylist again. I am beyond happy with my hair.

I went to get my hair highlighted with blond highlights. A little gray was coming in. I have brown hair but have had it dyed and it had a lot of blond. I drowned her several pictures. This place had ok reviews so that is why I went. When my hair was done it was gray! Some places were purple. I was upset. The lady that did my hair said I should have left it gray and laughed. I payed $130.00. I left and asked people what they thought and they said it looked gray and purple! I called back to get a refund and the owner said they dont do refunds. She said she would fix it. But I did not go back because I was afraid what it would look like after. I did not want to over process my hair.

It took me a few months of mourning to finally write this review. the haircut lounge royally destroyed my hair. I went in for a style of perm that only is supposed to touch the ends of your hair (S curl) and she said she doesnt know how but would do it anyway.. she permed my entire head and it came out damaged and weirdly crimped. I went back to get it fixed and the guy told me it was perfectly fine to get a perm twice in a day. he once again permed all of my hair, and completely fried my hair. I only got a 50% refund and every day for the last 3 months I have had to straighten my naturally straight hair. oh and my haircut was also uneven and I had to fix it at home.

I love this place, I first came here over the summer and saw Chad. His work is wonderful I will not let anyone else touch my hair. My hair is short and stacked in the back and Ive been wearing my hair like this for about 6 years now and outside of Chad I only found one other stylist in all that time that could do my hair right until I found Chad. Thanks Chad, your wonderful! 😁

My spouse and I Went to get our hair cut, and colored, my spouse just loved chad, he did a rocking job on her hair. I cant remember her name but the lady that did my hair rocks, she did an amazing job on my hair.

Been going here for over 5 years, had my fair share of issues but kept going back. This time was the last straw, waited almost an hour and a half while Chad was doing everything trying to keep up. Only one other girl cutting hair and she has no idea what she is doing. But they sure have been spending money trying to remodel, my suggestion would be hire enough employees before you spruce up the place. But then again the owner is lazy, she could be helping but chooses only to do color by appointment. I really hate greedy incompetent business owners who push customers and employees away. Never again...

What an amazing place to get your hair cut and styled. Very reasonably priced. These people are very non judgemental and some of the nicest people I have ever run into. I wish I could remember her name but my hair stylist did a rocking job on my buzz undercut. Im so happy you guys. Best birthday present ever. Heres to you girl.

I am really disappointed in you guys. The last two visit have been great but today I was told the wait was 15 minutes and there was one person ahead of me. The next thing I know three more people went before me and not one explaination as to why I was lied to. Thanks for nothing guys. Wish you had some human decency to tell me why I kept getting pushed back for no reason.

After being turned down at 2 different places for my son being squirmy they said they could cut his hair. They were quick and efficient. They tried to calm my son down. They were so nice. I truly recommend this place!

I absolutely love Tina! She cuts for both my husband and I and always exceeds our expectations! The staff is always so warm and sweet. The lounge takes notes of what youre getting done so for your next visit you can either decide to get it done the same or differently. Definitely my favorite in town! They never let me down!

I came in after a previous hairstyle turned my hair pink. Brought my hair back to life and gave me a new cut that I love. Im back to my natural color now. Shes a keeper.

Im pretty particular, but they always ask me how I want my haircut. Whats nice is that they keep notes of your last cut in case you cant remember or have a different stylist- they know what you did last time you were in.Friendly people and a good haircut- I saw a couple of bad reviews, but honestly if someone was cutting my hair and I didnt like it- Im not just going to sit there. Id ask them what they were doing. In fact, a couple of times when I wasnt smiling after the cut they asked me if they needed to go back over it.So far Ive only had positive experiences. Ive been for the past three months - about to go back for round four!

Went here to get my hair cut and thought that they would be competent enough to perform a trim. Boy was I wrong. What confuses me is that I even had a picture but I guess the hairdresser totally ignored it. The lady that cut my hair basically attacked it with a a giant hair clipper. She barely used her scissors and everything just looks like it got chopped off. I couldnt even rate this place from 1-10 because the only score they deserve is a negative one. I mean how do you mess up when a picture is provided for you? I would not recommend this place to anyone! If you want a decent haircut youre better off going to the sports clip in the same plaza, just around the corner. Seriously, do not go here.

The stylus are well versed. Plus, you get a complementary beverage. They have computers and a Wii for the kids. Nice, family atmosphere!

I have long hair(to my butt) and I asked for a 1 inch trim and she cut so much off, I CANT EVEN TIE MY HAIR IN A PONYTAIL . . . . as she was cutting it she mentioned she was going to give me volume and started to give me layers. The layers look very choppy and when i grave all my hair in my hand it looks like a stub. I cried .....

Worst hair trim ever. I am new to the area so I decided to give this place a try. Had hair about 4-5 inches below my shoulders. Asked for a 1 inch trim with no layers at or above my chin. I now have chopped up layers up above my chin all the way to my ears. The stylist did not ask me which side I part my hair on in order to cut it so it looks okay when styled - and when I asked her to please part it she said it would not matter and continued to cut. I ended up with a horrible, uneven, extremely choppy (and short) hair cut :(It would have been nice if the people would have been at least friendly (at least they give you something to drink?). I would not ever recommend this to a friend.

Nothing Poor to Fair about it, just poor. Absolutely horrible! Wish I wouldve read the previous review before taking my son to get a TRIM. My sons hair literally looks like he had a fight with the weed eater. I can not believe the lady who cut it even graduated hair school and managed to find a job! I am not one who complains too much because I am in the customer service industry myself. Part of me feels bad because the girl who trimmed my other childs hair did an OK JOB but seriously if this place can not screen their stylist well enough and employ hair stylist that cant even trim hair they do not deserve to be called a Professional Hair Salon. It really just makes the whole place look bad. Will try and post picture.
