The initial service was pretty great. Told them about what I wanted and they gave me suggestions to make it better. Unfortunately I had my car in the shop twice. The first time the install went quick, but no time was given to test the suspension for air leaks or ride quality, which the leak wasnt minor and had my fender resting on my tire in a couple of hours. Explained to them what was going on and my other concerns overall for the system, they were happy to fix it. I brought the car back in and got the issues fixed and they went over my concerns, unfortunately there was still a leak in the system. They informed me they werent able to find the NEW leak (I sprayed the new parts installed and found the leak when I got home which hopefully is just slanted-cut hose). This may just be an outlier of a situation due to the complexity of the parts themselves, but it is what it is.Edit to response: The second leak was there before the car left the shop. When told about the leak, I asked, How long has the car been sitting since the last time it was aired up? and was told Lunch yesterday. It was down 30 PSI from the set 51, so at least it was a lot slower than original, but considering I started moving the vehicle before airing it up and was warned, You may want to air up the back.......

Amazing costumer service!!they did a great job on my husband 08 Jeep Srt8. , we definitely recommend them. Brett and Jorge stayed 3 hours after closing to make sure our jeep was exactly how we wanted it. Everyone of my husband friends ask where he got his Jeep done and we always tell them “BOOST PERFORMANCE” in Amarillo. We don’t hesitate to tell them where because we know everyone single one of the works include Brett and Jorge will do a phenomenal job!!!I go based on review and let me tell you when I read all the amazing review they had I definitely took a chance and we do not regret it..

The entire staff was very professional and seemed to value my time. I was looking for mild modifications to a sixth gen camaro, which they respected and told me what to realistically expect. They were speaking from experience instead of just guessing or trying to quote high numbers for a sale. They turned my car into an entirely different animal, and turn around was very quick for the work done. The hard parts install was the cleanest most meticulous work I have seen from any mechanic. The tuning was just as good, and they were able to really wake up an already good automatic transmission. Premium work and well ran professional business.

George at Boost Performance is a true professional! His shop is super clean, he treated me and my wife with great respect and my car was taken care of better than I could have ever asked for. If you are thinking of calling dont wait, this shop will get you taken care of like you are family.

Would like to say these guys are very honest and great people to do business with I have had a couple of cars tuned by them and they are fantastic first was a 2012 Camaro SS and then a 2010 Camaro SS and now my 2013 ZL1 they will not steer you wrong by any means sometime I just stop by and say hello to them they have treated me like family I will not go any where else for parts or services these guys rock.

Customer service is a joke, Represintative that I spoke with was very rude and couldnt even give me his name, I ask them to look up work on a vehicle they worked on(my vehicle) and couldnt even find files on the vehicle under their files. I asked them to put my vehicle back into manufacture settings and was told I need to take it to someplace else, these guys are ridiculous.

Will not be going back to this location again. I will load my vehicles on a trailer and drive all the way to Dallas before I go here again. The guy that was talking to me was very rude and unprofessional in just about every way possible. I guess they only want to deal with you if you have big money.
